本申請は、非溶融-粉末成形焼結法を用いて、微細複雑形状-光デバイス(ナノフォトニクス)実現を目標とする。これにより、光を使った小型・省エネ「光速」演算処理を可能にする光電融合アクセラレータ実現を目指す。その背景にはCMOS微細-集積電子回路の終焉が徐々に近づく現状を打破する大きな可能性を秘めた「光を人為制御する」新たな演算手法として注目される。これ多くの研究要素から本研究では「光非線形素子・光データバス(導波路)」製造技術にフォーカスを絞る。具体的には、申請者が独自に開発した製造装置を活用する事で、数多-存在する製造条件の最適化の発見に成功したことで、透光性-光デバイス製造に成功した。

腫瘍の生物学の研究の進展があれば, その診断法や治療法の改良・進歩が期待される.アポトーシス研究の進展に伴い, 放射線治療の基礎として放射線誘発アポトーシスに対する関心が高まるのは当然である.本稿では, まず, 放射線細胞死研究と, アポトーシス発見とその基本概念の確立との関係, さらに, p53, bcl-2などアポトーシス関連遺伝子の機能と放射線感受性との関係など, 最新の知見を紹介する.最近, DNA損傷に加えて, 放射線細胞死の標的としての膜損傷が, 放射線誘発アポトーシスの分子機構ならびに細胞内情報伝達の研究の進歩に伴い, クローズアップされてきた.さらに, アポトーシス実行過程の引き金となるタンパク質分解の役割と関連遺伝子, 放射線障害・リスクの軽減におけるアポトーシスの役割も注目されている.最後に, 放射線誘発アポトーシス研究において発見された増殖死型アポトーシスの意義について言及する.

Neonatal herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) is a devastating disorder, although it can be treated. Early diagnosis and antiviral therapy are essential. In this study, we report on a female neonate with HSE, whose brain MRI was of diagnostic value. She exhibited lethargy, poor suckling, seizure, and central apnea on day 13 after birth (day 1). An examination of her cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) on day 2 showed mild pleocytosis with lymphocytic predominance. On day 3, multiple high signal lesions were found on diffusion-weighted images (DWI) in brain MRI in the bilateral corticospinal tracts, bilateral frontal and right parietal cortices, bilateral thalami and pallidums, left cerebellar white matter, and pons. Although a traditional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) did not detect herpes simplex virus (HSV) in the CSF on day 2, acyclovir administration was not discontinued, because MRI showed corticospinal tract lesions, which have recently been reported to be preferentially affected in neonatal HSE. Real-time PCR thereafter detected HSV from the CSF on day 2. It is important to recognize that the negative results of the first HSV–PCR do not exclude neonatal HSE, if DWI shows a characteristic lesion distribution in early stages of the illness.

The slant line regulation was amended in 1995, causing an awkward feature that some part of height-limit becomes more restrictive with setback. To remedy this situation, two rationality conditions are imposed:(1) deregulation condition with setback; and (2) non-decreasing height-limit condition. The hinge point and the origin of distance upon which the slope of the slant line depends are recommended to coincide to ensure the flexible regulation while satisfying these conditions. Two amendments of the current regulation are proposed.

鶏肉の加熱中のうまみ成分の変化を明らかにすることを目的とし,鶏ももミンチ肉を緩慢加熱(オーブン(O)210℃,35分),急速加熱(電子レンジ(M)500 W,7分),4種類の組合せ加熱(M 3分+O 30分,M 4分+O 25分,M 5分+O 20分,M 6分+O 15分)で加熱し,加熱中の温度履歴と鶏肉のうまみ成分との関係を検討した。5'-IMP量は,緩慢加熱の時間が短い条件ほどその減少は抑制されうまみの保持に効果があった。グルタミン酸及び総遊離アミノ酸量は加熱条件による顕著な違いは見られなかったものの,緩慢加熱の時間が長い条件では分子量約18,000のペプチドの消失が見られ,タンパク質やペプチドの分解により生じた低分子ペプチドによりうまみが増加している可能性が示唆された。以上の結果から,加熱条件によって5'-IMP,グルタミン酸,ペプチドの量が異なり,加熱条件を組み合わせることにより,よりうまみの強い焼上がりにできる可能性が示された。

This paper aims to clarify the today's OKINAWAN folksy disciplines, at OROKU district which has been requisition by Army in NAHA City. Research methodologies are interview, document analysis and interpretation of an aerial photograph. The evaluate the appropriateness for case study, first, we draw a comparison between requisitioned settlements and others in folkways. Accordingly, there are really not much difference between two kinds of settlements. Second, we trace requisitioned settlements' history of sacred spots and colonial morphology. Results are followings; 1.Inhabitants has been regarded hilly land as a sacred cow. 2. Settlement's meeting house has been recognized as important facilities. 3. 'Utaki' and other Okinawa's sacred spots has been treasured, but change in shape and quality. 4. The hierarchy between head family and cadet family is decreesing. 5. The south facing street pattern was changed back to back pattern
