Over the past few decades, the effectiveness of antibiotics has been diminished owing to the emergence of antimicrobial resistance resulting from the overuse of antibiotics. Antimicrobial stewardship aims to improve the appropriateness of antibiotic use to reduce antimicrobial resistance and benefit patients. Antimicrobial stewardship requires structural prerequisites for implementing antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASPs), such as the presence of a multidisciplinary antimicrobial stewardship team (AST), to ensure appropriate antimicrobial use at healthcare facilities. However, manpower shortage for ASTs in most Japanese hospitals has resulted in limited implementation of ASPs. Our study provided a directive for promotion of comprehensive ASPs including various outcome measures. Our findings would provide useful benchmarks for hospitals planning to implement ASPs in Japan as well as around the world. This review provides a framework for evaluating the outcome measures and benchmarks of ASPs based on our study.

<p>『こゝろ』の「奥さん」は、先生が〈家庭〉を学び、Kの力から逃れるための指導者の役割を果たしている。しかしそのことは、「先生の遺書」では抑圧されている。当時のメディアにおける軍人未亡人のイメージを参照すると、奥さんが軍人未亡人であることで先生の自殺は大義に接続されるが、一方で、軍人未亡人は経済的・性的側面からも注目されており、その点から見れば『こゝろ』は、戦死者遺族女性の生き延びる努力の物語になる。</p>

インターネットのブロードバンド化により映像配信が盛んに行われるようなりつつある。しかし、限られた人手や予算の中で映像内容を理解し、整理や編集することが難しいため、視聴者にとって理解しにくい内容となっている。本研究では、解説者が手作業で行っているサッカー映像のゲーム分析を自動化する。映像に対して2値化、円形度、ハフ変換、アフィン変換、オプティカルフローを用いて画像解析を行い、選手、ボール、ラインを認識し、視点移動、カメラワーク認識、プレー認識を行う。その結果を時間、場所、チーム、プレーについて数値化したスコアブックで管理する。さらにスコアブックからボールキープ時間やボールの移動軌跡に展開する。実際の映像に対して実験を行い、手作業との比較において本手法の有効性を確認した。

モリエール作の喜劇『ドン・ジュアン』は、スペインのドン・ファン伝説に想を得た作品である。しかしモリエールのドン・ジュアンは単なる女たらしではなく、思想上の真摯な造型である。ドン・ジュアンとは何者か。Dom Juan de Moliére est l'œuvre qui emprunte ses éléments à la légende du célèbre séducteur espagnol.Mais le héros de Moliére n'est pas un simple galant.C'est un per-sonnage qui réalise le nihilisme comme le résultat des aventures de sa pensée.Pour l'eclaicir nous avons examiné les particularités de l'amour de Dom Juan,son idée concernant la morale,et son mode de conduite.Nous avons aussi indiqué que le séducteur,quoiqu'immoral,est un homme de grand mérite à cause de sa sincérité propre.Puis nous avons exposé le rapport de la raison et de la conscience,qui se trouvait au fond des problémes du nihilisme.Enfin nous avons vu quel est le sens de la décision de Dom Juan de devenir hypocrite,laquelle le conduit à la perte.

菓子や飲料のパッケージデザインは、目にする頻度や購入機会が多く消費者にとって慣れ親しんだ記憶とともに親近感が生まれやすい。そのため、ロングセラー商品などではデザイン変更に注意が必要となる。「いつもの商品」であるという認知・安心感とともに新鮮さの付加が求められる。本研究では前述のようなグラフィック表現について、構成する要素の重要度(変えて良い部分、いけない部分)の数量化を目的としている。具体的な題材としてアルミパウチ飲料を対象とする。中でもロングセラー商品である、ウイダーinゼリー(森永製菓)に焦点をあて、同商品の市場における位置付けおよび買いたい気持ちに相関する要素、商品認知を導く色やロゴなどの構成要素と重要度を解析により明らかにする。

Das Thema "Martin Heideggers Denken und das asthetische Problem des Schonen" weckt vielleicht den Eindruck, als seien hier zwei sich fremden Sachen zwangsweise zusammengefugt worden. Aber die Frage nach dem Wesen des Schonen und der Kunst spielt eine einschneidende Rolle in der denkerischen Wende Heideggers in der Zeit seiner "Nietzsche"-Vorlesungen. In dieser Abhandlung beschaftigte ich mich besonders mit der zum erstenmal von Kant getroffenen Bestimmung des Schonen auf Grund des Wohlgefallens "ohne alles Interesse". In dieser Interesselosigkeit im Schonen, die danach wiederum von Schopenhauer in bestimmter Weise ausgelegt und spater von Nietzsche in Zur Genealogie der Moral scharf kritisiert wurde, sieht Heidegger "die hochste Anstrengung unseres Wesens" und "die Befreiung unserer selbst zur Freigabe dessen, was in sich eine eigene Wurde hat." Zwar gehoren fur Heidegger, sowohl die Kantische Asthetik des Schonen als auch Nietzsches Lehre von "Wille zur Macht" als Kunst zur neuzeitlichen Subjektivitat und damit in die Geschichte der abendlandischen Metaphysik, aber er weist zugleich darauf hin, dass die dort angesprochenen asthetischen Zustande ("Lust der Reflexion" bei Kant und "Rausch" bei Nietzsche) die Moglichkeit eines wesentlichen Bezugs zum Sein eroffnen. In dieser Hinsicht kann man ein ambivalentes Verhalten Heideggers zum abendlandischen Begriff des "Schonen" erkennen.

本研究は,これまでのコ・プロダクション研究に残された課題を出発点とし,この概念が象徴する協働の意味と原理を理論の側面から考察している.結果として,第1に,利用者の生産的意義を積極的に捉え,それを協働の対象設定に包括したのは,コ・プロダクション概念構成上の最大の特徴であると言える.それは「協働」という行動を,利用者の自発的・非自発的関与を伴う個別のサービスからサービスシステム全体を対象とした,多様な次元に存在する一種の「属性」であることがわかった.第2に,社会サービスにおける協働の実践・実務に対して,コ・プロダクションは協働を「規範的価値」として主張するものではなく,また,生産的効率性の向上を一方的に追求するものでもない.この概念は,社会サービスの固有な普遍的・潜在的な属性として,従来の契約関係,ネットワーク,パートナーシップなどを統括したものであると考えられる.

食道・胃静脈瘤患者に対する塞栓療法が精神神経機能へ与える影響を, いわゆる「潜在性肝性脳症」の評価に有用であるとされる定量的精神神経機能検査 (Neurophysiological tests : 以下NPテスト) を用いて検討した.対象はNPテストで潜在性肝性脳症と診断した食道・胃静脈瘤患者のうち, 内視鏡的食道静脈瘤硬化療法 (Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy : 以下EIS) 治療群8例, バルーン閉塞下逆行性静脈塞栓術 (Balloon occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration : 以下B-RTO) 治療群5例, 対照群5例.NPテストは治療前日と治療終了約1週間後に, 対照群は1~2週間の間隔で計2度施行しその変動について検討した.EIS治療群は数字追跡試験Aと積木模様試験において治療前と比較し治療後に有意に検査値の改善 (ρ<0.05) を認めた.B-RTO治療群は積木模様試験において治療後に有意に検査値の改善 (ρ<0.05) を認めた.対照群はいずれの検査においても有意差を認めなかった.EISやB-RTOは潜在性肝性脳症を改善する可能性が示唆された.

It is well known that the mechanical properties of human bones change with aging, accompanied with the geometrical changes. While structure model index (SMI) is often employed to quantitatively evaluate the bone shapes, it is impossible that changes in shapes of bodies with concave and convex faces are accurately distinguished. In this study, SMI was extended to solve the problem, and this extended version of SMI (ESMI) was adapted to vertebral body models, where the models were built based on young and old aged vertebrae. Uniaxial compressive deformations of the vertebral body models were also numerically simulated by finite element method, and the relationship between the shapes and stress concentration factors was organized by ESMI. The results showed that ESMI distinguish shape changes of vertebral bodies more accurately than SMI, and the ease of stress concentration depending on the diameter of narrow part in vertebral body was successfully evaluated by ESMI.

Various zooplankton studies have been conducted in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean, but studies investigating spatial changes in both meso- and macro-zooplankton populations are limited. To reveal the north-south change of the mesoand macro-zooplankton community structure and the population structure of large copepods, we investigated zooplankton communities collected by the Ocean Research Institute (ORI) net along the 110°E transect in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean during the austral summer. The zooplankton abundance and biomass were high at the stations north of 60°S and was dominated by large copepods, especially Calanoides acutus. A cluster analysis identified four zooplankton community groups. The distribution pattern of the community groups is likely to be related to the frontal system. The population structure of the dominant species of C. acutus, Calanus propinquus and Rhincalanus gigas had a similar tendency ; early copepodite stages were abundant in the northern region, while late copepodite stages dominated in the southern region. The meridional changes in the population structure are explained by different reproduction periods in each region related to sea-ice melt timing.
