Until recently a distinction between history and historical sociology made little sense, but now, with the contemporary tendency to prefer the present reality of the past constructed from collective memories or narratives of one's experience over factual accounts verified by historical inspection, there seems to be a more notable distinction between the "sociology of history" and historical sociology.<br>To grasp the situation with respect to sociological methods as whole, this article introduces some presentations from workshops and symposiums organized by The Kanto Sociological Society during the last two years. We argue the interaction between historical materials and the sociological imagination and the reflexivity of historiography and "lived history".

本論は,「子ども」を保育園などに預けることなく,母親たちの相互扶助システムのもと,新たな働き方を模索するNPO 法人マザーズライフサポーターの成立経緯や諸活動を紹介する.その上で,マザーズライフサポーターの運営方法(とくに経済活動)と中国の「包」的営みとの類似性から,その活動の社会的な意義を問い,「家族」にいかなる影響を与えるのかを考察する.

近年、ソーシャルワークにおける国際的な諸基準は性の多様性について明確な立場を示しているが、日本の専門職界においてLGBTに関する取り組みはまだ少ない。本稿は、日本を含めて性的マイノリティの実態の把握と関連基準の比較を目的とする。この目的を達成するために、本稿は4部構成となっている。 第一部は、性の多様性をソーシャルワークにおいてどのように理解すれば良いかについて論じ、クライエントの性をアセスメントするために、身体・心理・社会・文化的・スピリチュアルな枠組みを採用している。第二部は、世界中と日本のLGBTについて入手可能な国内外の量的データをまとめている。第三部は、性の多様性に関するソーシャルワークの専門的な基準に係る国内外の文書を比較している。第四部は、理論的モデルのレビューに基づき、LGBTに特化して、反差別的及び文化的力量アプローチに基盤をおいたソーシャルワークの原則を整理している。

当院は感染症科を有するエイズ治療拠点病院である.平成23年から医療ソーシャルワーカーの採用を開始し,患者・家族支援に注力してきた.また,平成24年から転退院支援について統計を開始し,平成25年を初年度としてヒト免疫不全ウイルス(human immunodeficiency virus: HIV)感染症/後天性免疫不全症候群(acquired immunedeficiency syndrome: AIDS)患者・家族支援を実施している.エイズ治療拠点病院として,当院地域医療連携室が実施したHIV/AIDS患者・家族支援の実践を通して,HIV/AIDS患者・家族を取り巻く問題点を明らかにし,今後のエイズ治療拠点病院の課題について報告する.Our hospital which has a Department of Infectious Diseases is a core hospital for patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).Since 2011,medical social workers have been employed to support the patients and their families,and in 2012,statistical analysis on the support for the patient's discharge from hospital or changing of hospitals was started.From 2013,the patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and those with AIDS are being supported along with their families. As an AIDS core hospital,the regional medical collaboration room of our hospital supports HIV/AIDS patients and their families.Through these activities,we have identified the problems these patients and their families are encountering. Herein,we report the future issues of the AIDS core hospital.
