<B>【目的】</B>2008年度の福山市保健所3歳児健診時のアンケートより、育児不安の高低と育児リフレッシュとの関連等がみられた。本研究は,福山市において,このような育児ストレス・不安をもつ親たちのために、実験的に母親同士のコミュニケーションとリフレッシュ、母子分離体験とを同時に得ることができるオリジナルのプログラムを設計し、効果を検討することを目的とする。<BR><B>【方法】</B>(1)アンケート結果に基づき、プログラムを設計、実施。(2)その際、_丸1_毎回の振り返りをKJ法で分析。_丸2_全8回のうち第1回目に2009年度版と同様のアンケート調査を行い、最終回にもう一度同じ内容のものを実施し、その変化を見る。_丸3_最終回にインタビュー調査を実施し、内的な変化を聴きとる。<BR><B>【結果】</B>(1)全8回のうち、最初の2回はアンケート結果に基づく講義や自己紹介、参加者中心プログラムについての理解、続く5回は、短い講話のあと2人が各自自由にリフレッシュタイムを取り、残った3人の親で5人の子どもを見守り、最終回にアンケート等を実施。(2)KJ法の分類では、講話よりもリフレッシュに対する感想が多く、貴重な体験であったとの記述があった。(3)_丸1_育児不安値が2008年度の中央値よりも高い母親が多く参加していた。_丸2_プレ・ポストの結果の得られた母親8名のうち、比較的高かった4名の育児不安値が下がり、低かった4名が上がるという結果になった。_丸3_個別にみると母子分離体験がうまくいき母子ともに自信を持った親子と、逆に参加によるタイムプレッシャなどの負担増や分離場面で問題が顕在化した親子が出てきた。_丸4_インタビューでは、ほぼ全員から育児の大変さが語られ、プログラムには肯定的であったが個性に配慮した改良が必要である。

<p>下肢の感覚障害によって歩行時のクリアランスが消失するなどの異常歩行が生じる.そこで感覚を代償をするために,フットスイッチを使用した聴覚フィードバック装置を作製した.この装置は,足底接地時に日階名(音階)「ド」「レ」「ミ」と発生する設定が可能である.足底接地時の音の発生によりフィードバックが可能.さらに,フットスイッチの信頼性の検討を行った.検者内信頼性は健常者27名54肢(男性13名,女性14名),年齢21.3±0.4歳,検者間信頼性は14名28肢(男性7名,女性7名),年齢21.2±0.4歳を対象とした.フットスイッチを踵と母趾球に貼付して,快適速度にて6歩行周期分の1歩行時間と足底接地時間を測定した.検者内信頼性と検者間信頼性ともに級内相関係数は0.800以上と,高い信頼性があった.</p>

International Space Station and other building project in the lower orbit rises the demand of EVA(extra vehicular activity), and due to this, the robots that helps EVA is highly expected. In this paper, we clear the development and designing requests of EVA Supporting Robot and its dexterous hand. The dexterous hand used in the EVA must be small enough to use EVA tools, able to output high grasping power and modularized so that the hand can be exchanged depending on the mission. Following to the requests, we designed a test model of dexterous hand. In this paper, new index robot finger for our dexterous hand is introduced. The finger consists of 1 actuator and 1 passive joint. The architecture and features of this finger are shown in the last half of this paper.

<p>We can imagine anything — not just an object at our hand, but also something we have never seen in our life, such as a dragon, number, heaven, and so on. In this article, we discuss a potential methodology to characterize such imagination as a conscious process, which we cannot sufficiently associate to the corresponding external stimuli. As one of such conscious processes, here we take reading of text, in which the reader construct a rich imaginary world along the storyline from looking at a quite limited visual stimulus, namely just a series of letters on a text. In particular, in the state of absorption, the reader often feels oneself <i>into the imaginary world </i>as a character. By reviewing past research on the absorption in reading, we propose a hypothesis, in which both conscious process itself and something in the conscious experience are <i>objects</i>, that is defined by the consistency between its intention and extension (inductive and deductive way of definition). In this hypothesis, difference between absorption and non-absorption is considered analogously as difference in the point of view of an object in consciousness. On the basis of the prediction of this hypothesis, we discuss empirical tests on our hypothesis.</p>

In 2015, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare released a report on the need for pharmacies to support public health, although the details of such a service was left to each pharmacy. Consequently, pharmacists had to determine the nature of such services. We considered the services that pharmacists could offer to improve people's lifestyles. This study tests such a service at a pharmacy. We prepared a lifestyle self-review test. From September 2015 to February 2016, pharmacists interviewed members of the community using the test, and pharmacists at 50 pharmacies in Aichi prefecture, Japan, set goals for lifestyle improvement. We analyzed 289 tests. The number of people who had a dietary goal concerning snacking was reduced from 19 people who snacked every day to 11. The number of people who had a goal to reduce their drinking was reduced from 7 people who drank every day to 4. The number of people who had an exercise goal was reduced from 17 people who did not exercise every day to 7. The people who had a sleep goal increased the number of days in which they got adequate rest. Those who had specific, tangible goals for walking achieved their goal at a higher rate than did those who had a goal but no tangible elements, such as time spent or number of steps achieved. Overall, the lifestyle self-review at the pharmacy was effective for lifestyle improvement. Pharmacists should help people set goals with tangible elements to improve their lifestyle more effectively.
