Pancuronium およびその生体内代謝産物は Spectrofluorimetric metbod によれば overall として測定される. また Pancuronium は蛋白結合, 脂肪溶解により不活性化される. したがって血中 Pancuronium の濃度そのものが効果を示すと解釈することは困難である. 著者らはマグヌス法において蛙腹直筋の Acetylcholine による収縮に及ぼす血清量 (蛋白量) ならびに Pancuronium の影響を検討した結果, 血清蛋白量の増加に伴って Pancuronium の不活性化が著しく, 蛋白濃度が1.4g/dl以上では72%以上の抑制がみられた. 成人に4mgの Pancuronium Bromide を bolus に静脈内投与後5分に0.48, 30分0.4, 60分0.3 (μg/ml) に相当する生物学的活性濃度を認めた.

The six major determinants of gait, as proposed by Saunders et al., were reviewed. The results showed that each of the first three determinants (pelvic rotation, pelvic list, and stance phase knee flexion) have only a minor effect on decreasing the vertical displacement of the center of gravity (COG). The major determinant of COG displacement is heel rise, and the second is the inclination of the lower extremity in the stance phase. In spite of the assumption that decreasing the COG displacement decreases gait energy consumption, the energy required for walking with a flat COG trajectory increased dramatically. Therefore, the major gait determinants as defined by Saunders et al. should be corrected in terms of both the COG displacement and energetics.

本研究は,ニューヨーク マンハッタン島を研究対象地として,都市的な文脈から高層建築のあり方を捉え直すことを目的とする.研究方法は,マンハッタンにおける高層建築61事例を選定し,そのボリュームの形態や表層の特徴を整理することにより, 4 つの形態のパターンを得た.さらに, これらのパターンを地図上にプロットし,高層建築の形態とその建設された地域との関係性を明らかにした.最後に,複数の高層建築が形態や表層の操作により,一体的でまとまりのある空間が作り出されている事例を検証することで,その構成を明らかにしている.

本稿では、イスラームの初期東方イバード派における人間の宗教的分類と、同分類で用いられる忘恩・偽信概念の役割及び両概念の関係を、同派の学者による書簡や神学書を用いて考察した。クルアーン、ハディースにおける用法を確認した後で、東方イバード派は、二/八世紀には偽信者を多神教徒から区別する作業を行い、人間の分類に際しては一神教と多神教、また現世と来世という二重の基準が使われていたこと、偽信は大罪や義務行為の不履行という行為と関連づけられた一方、忘恩は、啓典クルアーンの解釈の誤りという知的営みを意味に含めて展開されたことを明らかにした。そしてこれらを踏まえ、一部の研究者が主張する、同概念が同義であることについて、両概念は互いに密接に関わり、重なり合う部分が多いものの、少なくとも初期の時期に、両概念が同義であったと考えられていたと断じることは難しいと結論付けた。

我々は, パソコンを使用してEOGで記録した水平追従眼球運動を自動的に定量評価する方法を開発した. 方法の骨子は, 視標追跡運動が滑動性追従眼球運動 (SPEM) と衝動性眼球運動 (saccade) という全く異なった2種類の眼球運動から成り立ってる事実に基づく. 眼球運動波形からsaccadeの生理学的条件に基づいて作成したアルゴリズムにより, saccade成分を抽出し, 取り除き, SPEM成分のみで再構築した眼球運動波形を周波数分析法により処理した. この方法により, SPEM成分のみの利得と位相の評価が可能になった.

Treatment of 5'-acetylthio-5'-deoxy-2', 3'-O-isopropylidene-5-bromouridine, prepared from 2', 3'-O-isopropylidene-5-bromouridine, with sodium methoxide in methanol afforded 5'-deoxy-5'-thio-2', 3'-O-isopropylidene-S6, 5'-cyclouridine. Deacetonation of the product gave 5'-deoxy-5'-thio-S6, 5'-cyclouridine, a sulfur-bridged cyclouridine fixed in the"anti"conformation. Starting from the 5'-amino derivative a N6, 5'-cyclouridine was similarly prepared. The nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectra of a series of O-, N- and S-cyclouridines were compared and the characteristic features were discussed.

Oxidation of 6, 5'-cyclo-5'-deoxy-2', 3'-Ο-isopropylideneuridine with selenium dioxide gave the 5'-oxo derivative, which was converted to the 5'-ethoxycarbonylmethylidene derivative (3). Reduction of 3 afforded, after deprotection, the title compounds (6, R and S). The base-catalyzed epimerization of 6 at the 5'-position was observed, and the equilibrium was in favor of the (R) -epimer.

6, 1'-Propanouridine (10), a carbon-bridged cyclouridine fixed in the syn-conformation, was synthesized from D-fructose. Two additional carbon-units were introduced at the 1'-position of 1'-hydroxymethyl-O2, 2'-anhydrouridine 13 and inversion of the 2' hydroxyl group was achieved by sequential oxidation-reduction reactions. Finally, the spiro-carbon bridge was constructed by radical cyclization of the 1'-iodopropyl derivative of 5-chlorouridine. Dehydrochlorination followed by deprotection gave the desired 10. The circular dichroism (CD) spectrum of 10 showed a negative Cotton effect ([θ]=-6100) at the main absorption region, whereas 5'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-2', 3'-O-isopropylidene-6, 1'-propanouridine (30) showed almost no Cotton band at the same absorption region. These results suggest that the critical region in which the CD Cotton effect changes from negative to positive is present in the syn region where 10 is located. Correlation of the magnitude and the direction of the sign of the CD Cotton effect and the torsion angle (χ) is also discussed.

本研究は, 罪悪感と羞恥心(恥の意識, コミュニケーション不安)の関係および性格特性との関連を明確にするために行われた. 大学生292名を対象に, 罪悪感喚起状況尺度, 状況別羞恥感情尺度, 自己意識尺度, Big Five尺度による自記式調査を実施した. その結果, 罪悪感と羞恥心間に高い正の相関関係が認められた. また, 羞恥心の影響を除去した純粋な罪悪感は, 調和性, 私的自己意識と正の相関が認められ, 罪悪感の影響を除去した純粋な恥の意識は, 情緒不安定性, 公的自己意識と正の相関, 調和性と負の相関が認められた. 罪悪感の影響を除去した純粋な気恥ずかしさ(コミュニケーション不安の下位因子)は, 情緒不安定性, 公的自己意識と正の相関, 外向性, 開放性, 調和性と負の相関が認められた. 以上の結果, 罪悪感には社会的適応機能があり, 羞恥心は不適応行動につながる可能性が示唆された. また, 罪悪感, 羞恥心と自己意識の関係は男女で異なっており, その原因として性役割の違いが論議された.
