本稿では、実用的な音声認識デコーダの実現に向けて東京工業大学で開発が行われている、WFST を利用した音声認識デコーダについて、概要とその性能について述べる。本デコーダでは、スケーラビリティを向上させるために、省メモリ化として on-the-fly 合成と disk-based search、高速化として、GPU を利用した音響尤度計算の実装が行われている。この他にも、実用化に向けた様々な機能が実装されている。これらについての詳細を述べる。また、WFST 音声認識で問題となるメモリ消費量の増大を解決するために、本デコーダで行われている省メモリ化について、CSJ を利用して性能評価を行った。その結果、on-the-fly 合成を行うことで最大で 60%以上のメモリ消費量の削減をまた disk-based search を行うことで最大で 60%以上のメモリ消費量の削減を確認した。さらに、これらのアプローチを組み合わせることで、すべての WFST を事前に合成した場合と比較して、80%程度のメモリ消費量の削減を確認した。これらの実験により、本デコーダの省メモリ化についてのアプローチの有効性を示した。This paper presents an overview of the Weighted Finite State Transducer (WFST) based speech decoder being developed at Tokyo Institute of Technology and illustrates the performance via evaluations on the Corpus of Spontaneous Japanese. The decoder has a rich feature set including on-the-fly composition, disk-based search and a new method for accelerating acoustic likelihood calculations using graphics hardware. To provide flexibility there is a highly configurable front-end, batch or live operating modes and lattice generation. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the memory consumption in various configurations. By using either on-the-fly composition or a disk-based search network a memory reduction of more than 60% was achieved. Furthermore, a combination of these techniques with additional factoring of the WFST reduced the memory consumption by over 80%.

慢性皮膚疾患に感染した51頭の犬に対して, 34種の抗原を用いて, 皮内反応テストを実施した結果, 4例がスギ花粉抗原に陽性反応を示した. この4例は, Prausnitz-Kustnerテストが陽性で, スギ花粉に対する特異IgE抗体を持っていることが示された. さらに, スギ花粉の素抗原を鼻腔内に滴下し, 臨床観察を行ったところ3例中2例で鼻汁の漏出を認めた. 以上の結果から, これらの大はスギ花粉に対する過敏性と診断され, スギ花粉は犬のアトピー性疾患の原因の一つであることが明らかにされた.

Objectives: The aim of this review was to summarize the lessons learned from the experience in protecting the health of workers engaged in operations following the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). Methods: We reviewed all types of scientific papers examining workers' health found in Medline and Web of Sciences as well as some official reports published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and other governmental institutes. Results: The papers and reports were classified into those investigating workers at the Fukushima Daiichi and Daini NPPs, workers engaged in decontamination operations in designated areas, and other workers. Regarding workers at the NPPs, many efforts were made to establish an emergency-care and occupational health system. Risk management efforts were undertaken for radiation exposure, heat stress, psychological stress, outbreak of infectious diseases, and fitness for work. Only a few reports dealt with decontamination workers and others; however, the health management of these workers was clearly weaker than that for workers at the NPPs. Conclusions: Many lessons can be learned from what occurred. That knowledge can be applied to ongoing decommissioning work and to future disasters. In addition, it is necessary to study the long-term health effects of radiation exposure and to accumulate data about the health of workers engaged in decontamination work and other areas.(J Occup Health 2015; 57: 497–512)

本研究の目的は,自重を中心とした筋力トレーニングが豪雪地で暮らす高齢者の身体資質に与える効果について検討することである。23名の男性高齢者(65.6±5歳)と28名の女性高齢者(64.1±5歳)に対し筋力レベルの向上を目指すための,スクワット,シットアップおよびプッシュアップなどの自重を中心としたトレーニングを週に2回のペースで4ヶ月実施した。トレーニング期間の前後で握力,脚伸展パワー,6分間歩行およびショベルパワーテストの測定を全被検者に対して行ったところ,男性高齢者における6分間歩行および両グループの脚伸展パワーの値に1%水準の有意な変化がみられたほか,両グループのショベルパワーテストの値で5%水準の有意な変化がみられた。しかし,コントロールグループでは有意な変化はみられなかった。また,すべてのグループでショベルパワーテストと脚伸展パワーとの間に有意な相関がみられた。これらの結果から,本研究で用いた自重を中心とした筋力トレーニングプログラムが除雪能力や脚パワーの向上に役立ち,豪雪地で暮らす高齢者の日常生活における身体負担の軽減や不活動性に対して効果を発揮することが示唆された。

近年,日本では急速に高齢化社会を迎えつつあり,閉経後骨粗顆症は,歯科臨床領域においても注目されている.特に顎関節部に対する骨粗蛎症の影響を明らかにすることは,骨粗耘症と,顎関節症をはじめとする咀咽機能の低下との間に関連性が考えられることから重要である.そこで本研究では卵巣摘出ラットを用いて,エストロゲン欠乏が下顎関節突起に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,骨密度測定および軟X線写真の2値化画像解析を行った.画像解析の結果から,エス1・ロゲン欠乏により下顎関節突起の骨形成が抑制されることが明らかとなり,歯科領域においても閉経後骨粗胤症に対する注意が必要であることを提唱している.

The dates of affairs concerning the investiture of Ohi-oh (大炊王) or later Emperor Junnin (淳仁天皇) to be crown prince are described in the "Haitei-Sokuizenki (廃帝即位前紀)" section of the Shoku-Nihongi (続日本紀)(vol.21). However, they are different from the dates of the articles about the same affairs in another part of Shoku-Nihongi (vol.20). The Kanshi (干支), or Chinese Ten Heavenly Stems and Twelve Zodiac Signs, belonging to these dates of "Haitei-Sokuizenki" do not match the calendar made with the Gihoreki (儀鳳暦) calendrical system (Chinese name "Linde-li [麟徳暦]") which was used during the era when these affairs took place, but match the one made with the Daienreki (大衍暦) system (Chinese name "Dayan-li [大衍暦]") which was used later in Japan. On the other hand, most dates of articles about Emperor Junnin's reign, called "Haiteiki (廃帝紀)", which is also part of the Shoku-Nihongi (vol.21-25), match the Gihoreki system. These indicate that the "Haitei-Sokuizenki" was completed after the "Haiteiki" had been compiled. This paper aims to infer in which editorial stage of Shoku-Nihongi the "Haitei-Sokuizenki"was completed and concludes that this was at the stage of the so-called "Kokushi 14 volumes (国史十四巻)" i.e. 794 A.D. And it is also surmised that the "Antoku 20 volumes (案牘二十巻)", which is pre-revised version of the "Kokushi 14 volumes", was almost completed as a national history book.

『日本書紀』巻第一一は、所謂「民の竃の賑わい」の説話に代表されるように、崇神・垂仁と並んで徳治を実践した天皇として仁徳(大鷦鷯)天皇を描出している。菟道稚郎子との皇位互譲を通じて、その即位に至る経緯を述べる即位前紀は、とりわけその特徴が顕著である。また、元年条以下に於いては「一に曰く」・「一書に曰く」等の異伝を僅かに一条みるのみで、他の諸天皇紀と比して極めて整然とした印象を強く受ける。そのような特徴を持った仁徳天皇紀に於いて、皇位互譲を主たるテーマとする即位前紀を中心に、それに連関すると考えられる元年紀以下の后妃(磐之媛・八田皇女)・氷室起源・易名・鷹甘部設置伝承等を採り上げ、仁徳紀の構成上の特色を検討した。その結果、仁徳紀の構成上の編纂意図の一つとして、徳治を実践する天皇の支配領域が奈辺にあるのかを明示することにあったことを指摘した。それは、崇神・垂仁がそうであったように、令制下に於ける理想的天皇像を語る意図に基づくに他ならない。また、前後の天皇に比して特殊であると指摘される、即ち、日本国内に自生する最小の鳥であると考えられるミソサザイを意味する鷦鷯(さざき)を和風諡号とする理由を、その天皇の支配領域に関連することも指摘した。と同時に、仁徳記・紀を通じてその実在性を含め、仁徳朝としての歴史的事実を導き出すことが、困難であることも併せて指摘した。
