仮名草子。切支丹の我が国への渡来から寛永15年の島原の乱の終焉までを、7項の章題を立てて記述する。当館本は内題は『吉利支丹物語』だが、原題僉に『吉利支丹御退治物語』とある。巻末に「寛永十六(己/卯)稔八月吉祥日」とあり、本書の成立時期を表すとする見方があるが、刊記と見てよいのではないか。寛文5年に中野太郎左衛門が絵をいれて再版本をだしている。(岡雅彦)

During the 8 year period from 1960 to 1968, 62 children with pica, 35 males and 27 females, were experienced. The age distribution consisted of 23 between ages of 7 months and 12 months, 18 between 13 and 18 months, 9 between 19 and 24 months, and 12 between 2 years and 14 years.Hypochromic anemia was seen in all cases. The degree was mild in many, with the average hemoglobin of 11.7g/dl and 11 cases had hemoglobin above 13.5g/ dl. Serum iron was determined in 12 cases, the average value being 74γ/dl. No ova of ascaris or anchylostoma were noted.The duration of pica was less than 30 days in 21, between 1 and 6 months in 26, between 7 and 12 months in 11, between 1 and 2 years in 2, and between 3 and 4 years in 2. The nature of objects ingested was dirt (mud, sand, pebbles, wall material, and coal) in 33 cases, paper (newspaper, toilet paper and others) in 13, dust (house-dust, cigarett ash, and ash) in 11, matches (live and spent) in 6, raw rice in 6, and others (celluloid, shoe skin, sole of slippers etc.) in 18. A single person may ingest more than two kinds of objects.Iron preparation was administered in 59 of 62. In most cases preparations for intramuscular injection such as Imferon (iron dextran complex) and Jectofer (iron sorbitol citricc acid complex) were used, while iron preparation for oral administration was used in some cases. For the calculation of the dose of iron in intramuscular calculation, thee following formula was used.Fe(mg)=[0.4(100-Hb%)+17]×W(kg)W=kg weight of patientHb%=observed hemoglobin percentageA complete cure was obtained in 55 of 59 cases, mostly during the period of injection, and very seldom within 3 weeks of the end of the injection period. Relapse was seen in 2 cases, both of which were cured completely after 1 or 2 infections.Although Gutelius et al. 1) found no difference between the group treated with iron and the group treated with saline, the dose of iron they used was only one-half of the amount we and Langkowsky2) used due to the difference in the calculating formula, suggesting the cause of insufficient treatment.They also conducted the final evaluation 13 to 27 months after the injection of iron.This would present another problem. Even if the iron deficiency anemia was treated with sufficient iron preparation, iron deficiency in the food of daily intake would reasonably cause iron deficiency again after 1 or 2 years. Due to the long period of observation environmental factors tend to participate to make the evaluation of the effect of iron. treatment uncertain.According to the results of our treatment, pica is known to occur mostly due to iron deficiency. However, the occurrence in lead poisoning or zinc deficiency3) is also known. In order to explain all these phenomena, we have the following hypothesis. Factors causing hypochromic anemia such as iron deficiency and toxic substance simultaneously become the causative factor of pica. Since most of the hypochromic anemia is caused by iron deficiency, the cause of pica is mostly iron deficiency.Based on such hypothesis, the frequent occurrence of pica in children, females and especially pregnants, the occurrence in parasitic infestation (anchylostomiasis and visceral larva migrans4), lead poisoning, zinc deficiency, and frequent occurrence in developing countries and poor people may all be explained.

Electrophotography process as an application technology of electrostatic force was described briefly in terms of its principle and toner particle dynamics in the process. The improvement in image quality of the process requires a reduction in particle size. An issue for the reduction in particle size, that is, relative increment in impact of attractive force, was presented in the description. Chemical toner technology was introduced as recent topical activities for the issue. In addition, numerical simulation results of particle dynamics to study the quality of chemical toner particle motion were also presented.

Francis James Child collected forty traditional ballads related to Robin Hood in The English and Scottish Popular Ballads. He called Robin "a ballad hero", and, in fact, it is remarkable that a single character has been sung about in so many ballads. In the medieval times Robin was an outlaw virtuous and courteous, but after the second half of the sixteenth century, when the broadside ballad was in its prime, Robin lost his natural nobility, becoming weak in battles and supple in behaviour. William Edmondstoune Aytoun's parodic ballad, "Little John and the Red Friar" was written after Robin's fame had fallen to the ground. The new hero is Little John, who struggles to maintain the manners of his master and gets out of all bounds. The story is similar to that of "Robin Hood and the Curtal Friar", a broadside ballad in the late eighteenth century. John is now only a 'thief' or may be the most obsequious outlaw in the history of Robin Hood ballads, and the readers may laugh or smile at him because what he says and does is extremely anachronistic. Aytoun, however, did not intend to make a mockery of the Robin Hood legend, for the last words of his ballad, 'Is Sherwood now what Sherwood once hath been?', tell of his nostalgia for the good old times of Robin Hood and his company. As his biographer, Theodore Martin wrote '[1] et no one parody a poet unless he loves him', Aytoun loved and knew Robin Hood ballads enough to make such an elaborate parody. His ballad is a mixture of the medieval and broadside ballads: he borrowed the style from the medieval structure while he wrote the story based on the broadside. Aytoun revived the Robin Hood legend with his parodic ballad. Graeme Stone, the editor of Parodies of the Romantic Age, who explains that parody is at its best a uniquely creative form of literary criticism, clarifies its nature: [Parody] may query overstatement, dispose of sentimentality, remote historical process, re-introduce social influence, banish outworn forms, revive discarded forms thought to have long been exhausted, and rescue art from narcissism. The medieval Robin could be a parody of King Arthur as some critics point out, and Robin in the broadside ballads is a travesty of himself in the medieval ones. Aytoun created a new ballad of the outlaws as a sequel to the traditional ballads, and the parody made him an heir of the legend of Robin Hood.

近年多くの施設でインシデント報告システムが確立され,インシデントに基づいた様々な対策がとられている。当病棟では平成20年4月から6月の3か月間で36件のインシデントが報告されている。その中で確認不足によるインシデントが15件と全体の41.6%を占めた。従来,当病棟ではインシデント発生後に対策を立て事故防止に努めてきた。しかしインシデント発生後の時間経過と共に意識が薄れ同じミスを繰り返してしまうことから,事故防止に対する意識を維持できるような働きがけが必要であると感じた。そこで確認不足によるインシデントに着目し,朝の申し送り10分間の時間を活用して患者認証,注射確認,与薬確認,針の取り扱いなどの対策方法を,スタッフによるロールプレイや質問形式で繰り返し再学習していった。その結果,事故防止の振り返り実施後3か月間の確認不足によるインシデントは7件と減少した。スタッフへのアンケートでは,再学習による事故防止の振り返りは事故防止に対する意識を高めると全員が回答していることから,意識改革に有効であったと考える。さらに朝の10分間の時間を活用したことで記憶がしっかり残ったまま業務に入ることができたこともインシデントの減少につながったのではないかと考える。

ステップ系の運動は、聴覚‐ 運動連合を発達させるものであり、聴覚のサポートにより音楽と動作を同期させ、運動をコントロールしている。しかし、聴覚に障害がある学生は、視覚情報に頼って運動をコントロールしなければならず、リズミカルな動きを苦手とする者が多いことが指摘されている1) 聴覚部では、エアロビクスダンスを教材とした保健体育授業を展開し、音楽をスポーツ感覚で取り入れ、踊ることの楽しさとリズミカルな動きやボディバランスの向上を図ることを目指してきた。そこで、基本のステップa をもとに5 種類の基本のステップを段階的に展開するエアロビクスダンスプログラムの教材としての検討を行った。その結果、技術的な面に着目すると、基本のステップa による技能レベル差は、その後のパフォーマンスレベルに大きく関与していることが示唆された。しかし、運動技能の低い者でも、持久力の面から十分効果が期待できる教材になることも示唆された。これらのことより、大学体育におけるエアロビクスダンスは、新しいステップの獲得、複雑な動きの獲得による達成感・楽しさだけでなく、体力・持久力の維持、向上という面でも達成感・楽しさを得ることができると考えられた。

本稿は,ハプスブルク統治下ボスニア・ヘルツェゴヴィナにおいて展開された農業政策を事例として,ハプスブルク独特の二重帝国(アウスグライヒ)体制の一端を明らかにすることを目的とする。ボスニアは,帝国内唯一の「共通行政地域」として共通財務省の管轄下におかれ,その統治はオーストリアとハンガリーが共同対処する「共通案件」とされた。またこの地では,就業人口の9割近くが農業に従事しており,その中心をなす畜産は重要な意義をもっていた。今回はとくに,第一次世界大戦前夜に構想されたボスニア地方行政府官吏フランゲシュの農業振興法案が成立するまでの過程に着目し,次の点を明らかにした。第一は,フランゲシュの振興法案が,家畜の品種改良の促進,農業機関の設立,農業信用制度の創設を中心とするもので,ボスニアの事情と帝国本国とボスニアとの経済関係を勘案して作成されたことである。第二は,ボスニア統治が「共通案件」であったため,法案はその施行までに帝国中枢,とりわけハンガリー政府からの妨害に直面したことである。しかし,帝国中枢もボスニア議会(1910-14年)を始めとする現地の意向を勘案せざるを得ず,振興法案は縮減されたものの成立した。本稿の検証を通じて,「共通案件」をめぐる複雑な政策決定過程を跡づけた。

物語のあらすじを生成するには まず物語を深く理解し 文の因果関係を十分考慮することが必要であるそこで日本語物語理解システムJStoryが生成するエピソードネットワークを使ってあらすじ生成を試みたJStoryではさまざまな知識を用いて事象間のより深い関係を推論したり 入力文章の行間にいくつかの補助的な文を埋めていき その結果をエピソードネットワークとして表現しているつまり 物語の展開(筋)や各文の因果関係をエピソードネットワークに変換し それを物語の内部表現としているそこでこのエピソードネットワークに基づいてキーセンテンスを抽出し あらすじを生成するその際 表層的にキーワードやキーセンテンスを抽出するのではなく 原因-結果 理由-行動に注目して 物語の展開(筋)やキーセンテンス間の因果関係を維持した飛躍のないあらすじ生成を試みている目的達成に対し何度も失敗を繰り返した後ゴールを達成するような 話の展開の異なる物語についても 基本方針を変えることなく対応できるかつ四つの昔話について人間によるあらすじ生成と比較してシステムの動作を検証しているこの方法の特徴は 大局的な要約が可能であり 連鎖関係に基づいており かつ スクリプトや概念ユニットなどの知識構造に着目した局所的な要約も取り入れているので あらすじに飛躍が生じにくい点にある

Quiet standing posture is organized by supporting, stabilizing, and balancing the body mass against gravity. The center-of-body-mass is controlled in space within a relatively small base of support. Accordingly, ankle and hip mechanisms are used to control the upright posture in an inverted pendulum-like behavior. Body sway is often estimated from center-of-pressure (COP) measures derived from force plate data. Postural control in the anterior-posterior and medial-lateral directions during quiet standing is achieved by separate strategies; therefore, COP measurements should be analyzed in each direction. Various methods of COP analyses including stabilogram diffusion analysis have been developed, but to reveal the mechanism for reorganization of posture against motor or sensory disturbances, the average location to control body sway within the base of support has to be measured. The body schema is determined depending on both the internal and external environments, for example, the loss of sensory monitoring from a unilateral leg moves the center-of-body sway backwards. Compensatory mechanisms, such as an increased role of hip strategy, are used to maintain the anterior-posterior equilibrium. Lower-limb amputees or hemiparetic patients are not able to utilize the affected ankle mechanism and anterior-posterior COP movement is increased under the sound leg more than under the affected leg. The effects of l-dopa or brain stimulation on the postural control in patients with Parkinson's disease have been estimated by COP-based measurement We can identify the clinical outcomes of rehabilitative treatments by analyzing the patient's optimized standing posture.

マスメディア等からの食情報が原因と推察される健康被害事例について学会誌等に発表された論文を収集・分析するとともに医療関係者(医師、看護師、検査技師、管理栄養士等)および食生活指導者を対象に聞き取り調査を実施した。その結果、特定のテレビ番組に起因する健康被害と、メディア等を介して人口に膾炙した食情報を原因とする健康被害とが混在することが判明した。論文発表に至る事例はごく少数にとどまることが確認された。
