本研究は,高校生のスポーツ活動経験が,リジリエンスにどのように影響するのかを明らかにすることを目的として,スポーツ成長感認知尺度,リジリエンスを測定する精神的回復力尺度の2つの尺度を用いた質問紙調査を行った。調査対象者は,高校生397名(運動部所属230人,文化部所属27人,無所属140人)であった。分析の結果,運動部活動をしている高校生は,スポーツ成長感認知やリジリエンスが高い(仮説1),スポーツ成長感とリジリエンスの関連は,学年,経験年数に関連する(仮説2),スポーツ活動の活躍度合い強さとスポーツ成長感やリジリエンスと関連している(仮説3)ということが明らかとなった。

政府は,2003年度の公共投資関係費を,2002年度当初予算より3%減額した9兆円以内に抑えることを決めた。主要な経費の伸び率など予算の総枠を示す概算要求基準に明記し,8月7日に閣議決定している。8月末の各省庁の要求段階では2002年度の16.4%増まで認め,年末の予算編成段階までに財務省が査定することになっている。

This paper considers Sambuu (1895-1972) and his widely-read work Advice to the Nomadic Herder, published in 1945 in the People's Republic of Mongolia, in which he sets out his proposals for the nomadic life. In the early part of his life, Sambuu was a herdsman. He acquired a wide knowledge of nomadism including domestic animal pasturage through his personal experience as a nomad for more than 20 years. From 1930 he served as the Prefectural Governor of Tov and Omnogovi, as Ambassador to the Soviet Union, as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, and he was Chairman of the Presidium of the Great Khural for six consecutive quarters from 1954. At the same time, Sambuu left many books, including the masterpiece mentioned above, in which he wrote down his knowledge of nomadism and the skills he had acquired as a herder. Despite changes in Mongolia's social system, Sambuu continues to enjoy a high evaluation, not only as a statesman, but also for his contribution to the nomadic economy. The first part of this paper gives a brief summary of Sambuu's career as a statesman, and also introduces his book Advice to the Nomadic Herder. The second part analyzes Sambuu's biography of his days as a herdsman, and examines the process through which Mongolian nomadic herders grow to maturity. The paper shows the wide variety of knowledge and skills required for the nomadic life in Mongolia that are utilized and acquired by experience.

【目的】2010年健康ひょうご21活動(県民運動実践活動)の助成を受け、世代間交流のプログラム創設の基礎資料を得るために、老人力の発掘調査を行い現在の健康状態や地域活動参加状況などの実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】A町内会の同意が得られた65歳以上の高齢者327人に自記式質問調査を行った。【結果】有効回答者133人のうち女性60.9%、平均年齢76.1歳±7.8歳。伝承遊びのほとんどの項目は6割以上行っており、郷土料理は「いかなごの釘煮」(68.4%)、お菓子類は餅類(75.2%)、保存食は「梅干し」(88.7%)、薬草は「どくだみ」(42.9%)が多かった。生活満足度、主観的健康観は70%以上が肯定回答であり、老研式活動能力は全項目7割以上が「はい」と回答した。老人力を若い世代へ継承していきたい人は43.4%であり、地域活動で参加している人は43.0%、ボランティア活動をしてみたい人は12.3%だった。【考察】:対象者は概ね健康状態が良く、健康に気をつけている人が多かったが、若い世代への継承、地域活動への参加も4割弱だった。今後は高齢者個々のニーズを把握した世代間交流プログラムを検討していくことが課題である。

沖縄県名護市の屋外生活主体の飼い猫に脱毛や掻痒の症状が認められ,セロファンテープを用いた皮膚検査により猫柔皮ダニ(Lynxcarus radovskyi)が確認された。フィプロニル・(S)-メトプレンのスポットオンとドラメクチン連日経口投与により症状は寛解し,その後の経過も良好であった。日本でも,沖縄のような亜熱帯地域では,臨床現場で本種ダニ寄生例に遭遇する可能性がある。

Density gradient ultracentrifugation (DGUC) and gel electrophoresis are conventionally used to obtain lipoprotein profiles of animals. We recently applied high-performance liquid chromatography with a gel permeation column (GP-HPLC) and an on-line dual enzymatic system to dogs for lipoprotein profile analysis. We compared the GP-HPLC with DGUC as a method to obtain a feline lipoprotein profile. The lipoprotein profiles showed large and small peaks, which corresponded to high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL), respectively, whereas very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and chylomicron (CM) were only marginally detected. This profile was very similar to that of dogs reported previously. Healthy cats also had a small amount of cholesterol-rich particles distinct from the normal LDL or HDL profile. There was no difference in lipoprotein profiles between the sexes, but males had a significantly larger LDL particle size (P=0.015). This study shows the feasibility of GP-HPLC for obtaining accurate lipoprotein profiles with small sample volumes and provides valuable reference data for healthy cats that should facilitate diagnoses.

6歳齢,避妊雌のウエスト・ハイランド・ホワイト・テリアが,シャンプー後躯幹を主体に痒がるようになり当科紹介受診となった。日常のケアには極力刺激の生じにくい製品を選択し,少量で洗浄していた。皮膚生検は表皮リンパ球浸潤と海綿状態を伴う真皮浅層血管周囲細胞浸潤,血清アレルゲン特異的IgE検査(アラセプトパネルテスト)で特記すべき異常は認められなかった。外的刺激による皮膚炎と診断した。シャンプーの代替として高濃度人工炭酸泉浴装置による沐浴を実施したところ,皮膚は適正に管理され,明らかな育毛が観察された。
