わが国の胃癌は,罹患率,死亡率とも,諸外国と同様に一貫した低下傾向にあるが,低下の開始時期が欧米先進国と比較して遅く,現在なお高率である.それでも最近は,トップだった罹患や死亡順位が他癌と入れ替わるなど,様相が変貌しつつある.今後,急速な高齢化に伴いしばらく患者数自体は低下しないが,長期的にみれば,わが国の胃癌は大きく減少していくと予想される.

【目的】医療で一般に用いられる言葉,「年・月・週単位」と「季節や時期を示す言葉」について医療者と患者家族の認識を調査した.【方法】医療者と患者家族に対し質問紙調査を行った.【結果】年単位を5年以内とした医療者は100%,患者家族は67.1%だった.月単位を3〜6カ月とした医療者は39.3%,6カ月以内は100%,患者家族は3〜6カ月10.1%,6カ月以内は68.3%だった.週単位を4週以内とした医療者は89.3%,8週以内は100%,患者家族は69.6%と77.2%だった.年・月・週単位を「わからない」とした患者家族が約1/5いた.桜の頃を3月下旬〜4月上旬とした医療者は71.4%,患者家族は58.9%だった.紅葉の季節,暖かくなる頃,寒くなる頃はばらつきがあり,梅雨の時期は6月が多かった.【結論】一般的に使用される平素な言葉でも,医療者と患者やその家族で認識が異なる場合がある.

AdobeRGBの原色は緑だけがsRGBよりも高彩度であり,赤と青の原色はどちらも同じである.AdobeRGBの色域は,緑の領域でsRGBより広いだけでなく,赤や青の領域でもsRGBの色域より広い.この理由は,AdobeRGBの赤と青の原色の輝度はsRGBのそれらより高くなっていることに起因している.

地方都市におけるコンパクトな市街地形成を実現する方策として、公共交通のサービス水準を向上し、併せて交通結節点周辺への各種機能立地を誘導することにより、公共交通を軸にコンパクトに機能を集積した市街地を形成させる取り組みが注目されている。本研究では、富山ライトレールプロジェクトにおけるサービス水準向上の有効性を、2時点の実証データを基に明らかにした。また、これまで十分な知見がない自動車からの転換や新たな移動を発生させ得る公共交通のサービス水準について、富山市が実施した公共交通に関する市民意識調査結果を基に運行指標ごとに利用者の評価を分析した。

リポソームの凍結融解、および凍結乾燥に及ぼす糖の保護機構に関して、内水相マーカーの漏出、ラマンおよびNMR分光、熱分析 (DSC) を用いて研究した。凍結状態ではリポソームの表面は濃厚な糖水溶液またはガラスで覆われ、氷晶からの機械的破壊やリポソームの融合から保護される。単糖、二糖、そして三糖は、単糖ユニットあたり同じような保護作用を示した。乾燥過程では、レシチンの極性基であるリン酸基に水和した水分子は糖分子によって置換され、リポソームは液晶状態を保たれる。液晶状態の脂質膜は再水和過程で強い安定性を示した。二糖と凍結乾燥されたこのリポソームは、リン酸基と適当な分子の大きさを持つ糖分子との水素結合が重要であることを示している。

幼児期における上質の喜びの経験が,人生を前向きに捉える礎となり,困難に出あったとき支えになってくれる心の安全基地を育てる.上質の喜びを生む創造・表現活動を支援するおはなしづくりソフトを開発した.まず先に活動全体を設計し,ソフトを支援ツールと位置づけ流れの中に配した.ソフトのみで完結せず他者の関わりを引き出すよう仕向け,装飾的演出や過剰な機能を排し,使いやすくわかりやすい設計を心がけた.おはなしづくりの活動を通して,子どもたちはつくる喜びを味わい,コミュニケーションの基盤を育て,使う側からつくる側に回る体験をする.開発における動機と目的,活用効果,その実現のための設計,実践と普及について述べる.

Aim: To examine the efficacy and safety of alirocumab in Japanese patients with dyslipidemia with or without diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods: Patients (n=216) with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (heFH), non-FH at high cardiovascular risk with coronary artery disease (CAD), or category III (primary prevention) were enrolled; 148 (68.5%) patients had a diagnosis of DM at baseline. Patients were randomized (2:1), with stratification factor (heFH, non-FH), to alirocumab (75 mg every 2 weeks [Q2W] with increase to 150 mg if week 8 LDL-C was above predefined limits) or placebo subcutaneously for 52 weeks on top of stable statin therapy.Results: At Week 24, least square (LS) mean±standard error changes in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentration from baseline in alirocumab-treated patients were -63.1±1.6% and -60.8±2.7% in those with and without DM. These LDL-C reductions were maintained to Week 52: -63.0±1.6% (LS mean difference vs placebo -62.4±3.0%; P<0.0001) with DM and -61.3±2.8% (LS mean difference vs placebo -53.4±4.0%; P<0.0001) without DM. The most common adverse events in the alirocumab group were nasopharyngitis, back pain, injection site reaction, and fall. No particular safety signals or concerns were noted between DM and non-DM groups at 52 weeks. A dose-increase in alirocumab from 75 to 150 mg Q2W was necessary in two heFH patients, neither of whom had DM.Conclusions: In high-cardiovascular-risk Japanese patients with hypercholesterolemia on stable statin therapy, alirocumab produced substantial and sustained LDL-C reductions throughout the 52-week study regardless of DM status at baseline, with a similar safety profile to placebo.

Drawing from the literature on sport consumer behavior and related fields such as marketing, the purpose of this paper is to introduce some new research topics in the field of sport marketing. Based on six categories of customer metrics and two important perspectives of consumer decision making (social identity and customer satisfaction), four important research streams are identified: consumer motivations, social identity, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. For each research stream, the core issues are introduced based on the conceptualization of key constructs and the theoretical explanations that outline the relationships between antecedents, consequences, and moderating variables. This paper also provides directions for future research that focuses on the development of new concepts, such as brand experiences, brand ethics, brand community, human brands, and customer engagement, which go beyond traditional marketing concepts.

日本で栽培されているモロヘイヤの種子中の主強心配糖体の単離構造決定を行い, strophanthidin 配糖体 (erysimoside, olitoriside, corchoroside A, helveticoside), だけでなく, digitoxigenin 配糖体 (coroloside, glucoevatromonoside) も含まれていることも明らかにした. また, HPLCによる分析から, モロヘイヤの種子には, これらの化合物が種子湿重量の0.1~1%存在し, 種子の色の違いによって, 強心配糖体の含有量及び組成が異なることを示した. 精製した強心配糖体 erysimoside+olitoriside, 及び coroloside+glucoevatromonoside を, ddY系雄性マウスに対し経口投与した結果, 両者とも500mg/kg以上のLD50値を示した.

本稿は、日本における鷹図と鷹狩図について、先行研究を基に紹介するものである。また中国絵画の研究成果を参考としながら、日本における鷹の絵画の特徴についても少し考えてみたい。日本の鷹図研究は、個々の作例紹介とその考察によって展開してきた。そのため総括的な研究成果はあまり報告されていないのが現状である。一方で、日本絵画に多大な影響を与えた中国絵画では、大きな研究成果が提示されており、注目できる。このような中国絵画の成果を援用しながら、日本の鷹図について、図像の成立や展開を解釈することが可能となっている。またモチーフやパトロンとの関係から政治的意図を見出そうとする論考もあり、そのような成果は日本だけではなく、海外の研究者からも報告されている。鷹図研究が、大幅に進捗する一方で、風俗画の一画題である鷹狩図の研究はあまり多くはない。その中でも、今橋理子氏による研究は先駆的なものとして重要であり、今橋氏の研究を引用する論文が幾つか提出されている。また近年、扉風や絵巻の新出作例が相次いでいるものの、展覧会による紹介に留まっているのが現状である。そのため鷹狩図の包括的な研究が待たれる。This report introduces Japanese paintings of hawks and falconry, based on previous studies. Furthermore, in this report, hypotheses will be suggested regarding the features of Japanese hawk paintings with respect to the studies on the Chinese paintings. Since most studies on the paintings of hawks in Japan have developed through introduction and discussions of each individual work, much less comprehensive research results have been presented in the present circumstances. On the other hand, studies related to the Chinese paintings that significantly influenced the Japanese paintings, have achieved notable results. Thus, referring to the results of research into Chinese paintings of hawks, the formation and development of paintings, pictures and sculptures of hawks can be understood. In addition, some studies have endeavored to find the political intentions of works from the relationships between motifs and patrons, and these results have been reported by not only Japanese researchers, but by those overseas. In contrast to the significant progress of the research/studies on paintings of hawks, there are few studies investigating falconry paintings, which is one subject within the category of genre paintings. Among such studies, however, those of Riko IMAHASHI are important pioneering works; and, papers have been written citing IMAHASHl's studies. In recent years, moreover, previously unknown paintings of folding screens and picture scrolls are surfacing successively. In many cases, however, they are still being exhibited without discussion or analysis; hence, further comprehensive studies on hawking paintings are anticipated.
