介護職の社会における立ち位置は、その国の福祉政策や労働政策、教育制度や雇用状況など、さまざまな要素が絡み合って成り立っている。日本では介護職の需要に対して、なり手が不足し離職率も高い。国家資格 介護福祉士取得者の約7割は実務経験3年以上が取得条件で受験し合格した。だが、2007(平成19)年度の法改正では、2012(平成24)年度からさらに6ヵ月以上(600時間以上)の研修も受験要件に加わる。ところが、現場の介護職や介護サービス事業者は長い研修は「実現不可能」だという。2010(平成22)年春に厚生労働省が実施したこのような調査結果から、受験要件の変更実施は延期される見込みである。なぜ、このような方針転換をせざるを得ないのか。働きながら学ぶ継続職業教育の公的政策が、日本では未発達だからである。そこで本稿では、前半では介護政策の大枠・介護職の国家資格などの日仏比較をする。後半ではフランスの介護職の人材育成方法を紹介する。具体的には、フランスの国家資格介護職の養成方法、労働法に規定された継続職業教育支援策、労働協約・取り決めによる研修計画とその財政措置などである。The social standing of nursing care workers in each country is determined by numerous factors, including national welfare and labour policy, education systems and the national employment situation. In Japan, the demand for nursing care workers far exceeds the number of people willing to take on such work and the turnover rate is high. With regards to the various eligibility criteria for the government-issued qualification as a certified care worker, just under seventy percent of people who obtained certification did so by having three years' nursing care work experience rather than specialist academic qualifications. However, a revision of the applicable law means that those seeking to become certified care workers will need a further training period of at least six months (at least 600 hours) in order to become qualified. Front-line nursing care workers and business owners say that long-term training is unfeasible because Japan's public policy regarding ongoing vocational training remains underdeveloped. This report provides qualifications of nursing care workers in Japan and France, and an overview of French methods of training and developing nursing care workers.

The community structure of bacteria associated with the glacier ice worm Mesenchytraeus solifugus was analyzed by amplicon sequencing of 16S rRNA genes and their transcripts. Ice worms were collected from two distinct glaciers in Alaska, Harding Icefield and Byron Glacier, and glacier surfaces were also sampled for comparison. Marked differences were observed in bacterial community structures between the ice worm and glacier surface samples. Several bacterial phylotypes were detected almost exclusively in the ice worms, and these bacteria were phylogenetically affiliated with either animal-associated lineages or, interestingly, clades mostly consisting of glacier-indigenous species. The former included bacteria that belong to Mollicutes, Chlamydiae, Rickettsiales, and Lachnospiraceae, while the latter included Arcicella and Herminiimonas phylotypes. Among these bacteria enriched in ice worm samples, Mollicutes, Arcicella, and Herminiimonas phylotypes were abundantly and consistently detected in the ice worm samples; these phylotypes constituted the core microbiota associated with the ice worm. A fluorescence in situ hybridization analysis showed that Arcicella cells specifically colonized the epidermis of the ice worms. Other bacterial phylotypes detected in the ice worm samples were also abundantly recovered from the respective habitat glaciers; these bacteria may be food for ice worms to digest or temporary residents. Nevertheless, some were overrepresented in the ice worm RNA samples; they may also function as facultative gut bacteria. Our results indicate that the community structure of bacteria associated with ice worms is distinct from that in the associated glacier and includes worm-specific and facultative, glacier-indigenous lineages.

組み合わせ最適化問題の中でも特に代表的な問題の一つである巡回セールスマン問題は、これまでに様々な研究がされている。本研究では、この問題を対象としてメタヒューリスティックの戦略の一つとして知られるタブーサーチ法を並列化する。タブーサーチ法を並列化するにあたって近傍となる枝交換に関する情報を共有するための通信方法、タブーリストを共有する仕組みについて効率よく各プロセス間で情報共有できる仕組みについて検討する。

In this paper, we analyzed Digital Object Identifier (DOI) links among English, Japanese, and Chinese Wikipedias (hereafter, enwiki, jawiki, and zhwiki, respectively), which possibly work as a bridge between the Web users and scholarly information. Most of the DOI links in these Wikipedias were revealed to be CrossRef DOIs. The second most-referenced in jawiki were JaLC DOIs, whereas those in zhwiki were ISTIC DOIs. JaLC DOIs were uniquely referenced in jawiki, and ISTIC DOIs tend to be referenced in zhwiki. In terms of DOI prefixes, Elsevier BV was the largest registrant in all languages. Nature Publishing Group and Wiley-Blackwell were also commonly referenced. The content hosted by these registrants was shared among the Wikipedia communities. Moreover, overlapping analysis showed that jawiki and zhwiki share the DOI links with enwiki at a similar high rate. The analysis of revision histories showed that the DOI links had been added to enwiki before they were included in jawiki and zhwiki -- indicating that the majority of DOI links in jawiki and zhwiki were added by translating from enwiki. These findings imply that the DOI links in Wikipedia may result in multiple counts of almetrics.
