口腔アレルギー症候群 (oral allergy syndrome: OAS) は, 特定の食物を摂取した直後から口唇, 口腔, 咽頭粘膜に腫脹, かゆみ, ヒリヒリ感などの症状が出現する症候群である. OAS は花粉やラテックスの感作が成立した後に, 感作抗原に対して交差反応性のある抗原を含む食品を摂取することで発症する. そのため花粉症に合併することが多い. 診断には食物特異的 IgE とプリックテストが有用であり, 治療は原因食物を摂取しない抗原回避が第一である. 一方, 喉頭アレルギーは喉頭粘膜でI型アレルギー反応が起こる疾患であり, 主な症状は咳嗽と咽喉頭異常感である. 臨床症状が類似しているため喉頭アレルギーと OAS は混同されやすいが, 両者の病態はまったく異なっている.

我が国では高齢化の進展に伴い, 健康寿命の延伸が課題となっている。この課題解決において健康機能を有する食品が果たすべき役割は大きい。我々は, 日常的に気軽に摂取できるヨーグルトを介した健康増進を目指し, 免疫賦活作用を有する菌体外多糖体を高産生する乳酸菌としてOLL1073R-1株を選抜した。本株で発酵したヨーグルトの摂取はマウスの脾臓細胞のインターフェロン-γ (IFN-γ) 産生を誘導し, ナチュラルキラー (NK) 活性増強効果や抗インフルエンザウイルス活性を発揮した。またヒトでは健常高齢者の風邪症候群の罹患リスクの低減効果や健常成人のインフルエンザワクチン接種後の抗体産生の増強効果を見出し, 自然免疫, 獲得免疫の両面から免疫機能を高め, 感染症に対する防御効果を増強することが示唆された。一方で, 気温変化の大きい季節の変わり目時期における疲労感を軽減することも示され, 体調管理に広く有用であることが明らかとなった。

脳梗塞は本邦における要介護者の原因疾患第1位であり,新しい治療法の開発が望まれてきた.我々は骨髄間葉系幹細胞(mesenchymal stem cell: MSC)の移植が,脳梗塞を含む神経疾患に対して治療効果を発揮することを報告してきた.現在,基礎・臨床研究の良好な結果を受けて,自己培養MSCの静脈投与による医師主導治験を,脳梗塞および脊髄損傷に対して実施している.MSC移植の治療効果によって,失われた運動・感覚機能が回復する過程には,脳の可塑性の変化が大きく関わっていることが示唆されている.また,我々は実験的脳梗塞モデルに対するMSC移植にリハビリテーションを付加した結果,運動能力のさらなる回復が得られることを報告した.この基礎研究の結果から,MSC治療が臨床で実用化された暁には,再生医療におけるリハビリテーションの役割はますます重要になると考えられる.

Aluminum corrosion induced by microbial contamination of jet fuel has become one of the most important troubles. The object of the present work is to study the corrosion of aluminum caused by the growth of fungi isolated from jet fuel system. Of the fungi isolated, Cladosporium resinae appeared to be the most predominant. Many kinds of filamentous fungi were obtained from slime of jet fuel, water layer of storage tank, and sludges on stringer and lower panel of integral fuel tank of YS-11 jet planeResults obtained were as follows.(1) After 330 day incubation, exfoliation and corrosion occurred with small blisters on the surface of aluminum alloy, 6061 specimen.(2) The cross section of the 6061 specimen indicated that the corrosion pits by Cladosporium resinae were extensively evident thoughout the aluminum body.(3) The specimens of high purity aluminum (1099 and 1100), anodized aluminum, and aluminum alloy 5052 were severely damaged by the attack of the fungus.(4) An extruded bar of 1100 was also attacked by Cladosporium resinae. Corrosion pits began to develop after 30 day culture of the fungus.(5) Large amounts of sludge deposits were found on the stringer and lower skin panel of the integral tank of YS-11 jet plane. Widespread corrosions were found in the area covered by the growth of the fungus.(6) Discussions were also made over the development of tests for the effects of protective coatings.

梅肉エキス中のMFについて,固相抽出カートリッジを用いた前処理法ならびにHPLCによる分析法を確立した.これにより,梅肉エキス中のMFを迅速・簡便に回収率良く抽出し,定量分析することが可能になった.<br>また,MFの正確なモル吸光係数1.78×10⁴(λ_max282nm,water)を決定した.これにより吸光度からMF標準溶液のモル濃度を決定することができる.

In recent years, “self-affirmation” has attracted attention in the education domain. However, in the self-affirmation research, definition set is different and by each researcher, factors on determining the definition can be pointed out problems such as is unclear. Therefore, in this study, the definition set of self-affirmation feeling went on the basis of the data obtained by the qualitative research. Consequently, “positive existence” as construct self affirmation and “stable self”, “confidence”, “acceptable” is obtained. Them based on the results of creating a college student edition self-affirmation scale, we have succeeded in the development of “college student version of self-affirmation sense measure” of two-factor item 9.

企業の新製品開発プロセスに参加するユーザー(消費者)が増えている。企業はユーザーから製品アイデアを得るだけでなく,ユーザーのアイデアから生まれた製品であるという情報を表示することで,その表示を見た消費者の購買意向を高めることが可能である。本稿では,製品アイデアの発案者が企業ではなくユーザーであることを明示することで,消費者が購買の意思決定に影響を与える効果を「発案者効果(Originator Effect)」と名付け,その既存研究を整理する。発案者効果の既存研究は,以下の2つの潮流,すなわち(1)発案者効果の背景を探る「媒介要因研究」,(2)発案者効果が失われる条件を探る「境界条件研究」に分類して整理できる。また,発案者効果研究の発展のため,今後の研究課題として,(1)媒介要因研究の課題,(2)境界条件研究の課題,(3)両研究における研究方法の課題を提示した。

Objective: Absorption of cadmium is increased by deficiency of iron in animals, but it is uncertain that the same phenomenon occurs in humans. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between cadmium and iron in the body and to evaluate the influence of dietary habits.Methods: Twenty-five healthy women, aged 20-23 years, were selected by excluding those with renal disease and habitual constipation. They participated in the dietary intervention study to estimate tolerable weekly intake of Cd for 3 weeks in the same dormitory. At 3 months before, at 0 Day, at the 12th Day of the study and 9 months after the study, health check-ups were performed, and Cd in the blood and urine, hemoglobin (Hb), serum iron (iron) and serum ferritin (ferritin) were measured.Results: Cd concentration in the blood (B-Cd) showed a significant correlation with Cd concentration in the urine (U-Cd), and inverse correlation with the body iron storage, such as Hb, iron and ferritin. A food frequency questionnaire showed that no subject showed insufficient dietary intake of iron. Subjects who had eaten grain, millet and brown rice showed higher levels of B-Cd and U-Cd and low levels of Hb, iron and ferritin.Conclusion: Absorption of Cd tended to increase according to a low level of body iron storage among healthy young women.

This essay not only disregards privileged signifiant which is called newtype in Mobile Suit Gundam as a tear of text, but also captures it as a field in which some different discourse were intermingling, and argues its various aspects. Concretely, this essay not only reduces that concept to the intention of the Tomino Yoshiyuki's author-subject, but also connects it to wide-ranging contemporary situation, furthermore, discloses the generation-strife of its consumers which had a estrangement between the literary-cultural generation and the visual-cultural generation. Moreover, it confirms the birth of the imagined communities which consist of peculiar to "accepter-creater" of a limited animation, and states that such events symbolized a shift between meaning and sense or between stories and databases, and suggests that they(newtypes)born then have supported supply and demand of real-robot-anime which is like Super Dimension Fortress Macross and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
