生ハムの製造工程における微生物叢の変化を水分活性及び食塩濃度との関連で調査した. 製造工程が進むにつれて食塩濃度の上昇及び水分活性の低下が起こり, 原料肉の微生物叢は塩漬終了後, グラム陰性菌, Micrococcus, Streptcoccus 及び Lactobacillus など多様なものから Micrococcus からなる単純な微生物叢へと変化した. また, 一般生菌数は, 原料肉で104cells/gであったものがスモーク工程から乾燥工程へ進むに従って徐々に減少し, 乾燥終了後は 80cells/gまで低下し, 大腸菌群, 腸球菌も陰性となった. 生ハムの製造工程における微生物学的特性と水分活性の変化を表す CTEA system を提唱し, 製造中の品質管理及び最終製品の品質評価に利用し得ることの可能性を示した.

開発援助分野では2000年代に入った頃からプロジェクトのインパクトを精緻に推計するという取り組みが強化され始めた。その一端としてRCTを用いたインパクト評価の事例も多く蓄積されてきている。こうした動きは主として開発経済学者によって主導されてきているが、RCTが広く用いられるようになるにつれて、長年に亘り評価研究において議論されてきたRCT導入の是非、及び初期の経済学に見られた 「理論なき計測」 に関わる議論が開発援助分野を舞台として再度問われていることが確認できる。他方、RCTが先行している疫学等の分野に比べて制度化が遅れていることが指摘できる。翻って、こうしたRCTの国際的展開の中で日本の取り組みを見ると、積極的とは言いがたいものがあった。しかしながら、近年はRCT を適用することも視野に入れつつ、インパクト評価全般への取り組みが強化され始めている。

In this paper, the author intends to describe how the “Kotaka” (a little river gun boat) was lifted by a crane and put on board a ship when she was transported from the Tama Dock Yard, Japan, to Shanghai.The hull of the boat is not so strong since she ha s very light scantlings, but she displaces 60 tons at the normal condition and her weight lifted was such amount as 53.5 tons. Therefore, it is a rare case to do such a work, and there were troubles to be overcome.You will be interested in the author's explanation about the following items : -The outline of the subject.The general feature of the “Kotaka” The calculation for the lifting arrangement.The result of the work. etc.

To evaluate physical functions in patients with chronic low back pain, it is important to evaluate trunk muscle function. Anatomical and electromyographical studies of trunk muscles in healthy subjects and patients with chronic low back pain are introduced in this paper. Many articles is published have asserted that the action of trunk muscles of patients with chronic low back pain is different from that of healthy subjects. In my research, electromyography (EMG) of trunk muscles during hip extension in the prone position was used in patients with chronic low back pain and healthy subjects. EMG showed that the action of trunk muscles during this motion in patients with chronic low back pain was weaker than that in healthy subjects, but EMG of trunk muscles during this motion after therapeutic exercises indicated improvement in patients with chronic low back pain. It has been said that EMG evaluation of the trunk muscles is an important method to use in patients with chronic low back pain.

南大洋特産のヘモグロビンを持っていないことで有名なコオリウオ科Chaenichthyidaeの魚の中,正確には2回(しかも合計2尾)報告されたに過ぎなかったNeopagetopsis ionah NYBELINが,1976年度および1977年度の南大洋オキアミ試験漁業で,少なからず混獲され,比較的良好な状態の標本が入手できたので,その形態や胃内容物観察とその肉の一般分析の結果を速報する.形態はANDRIASHEV (1960) (標本体長50 cm)の標本と大体一致する.ただし,鰓条骨に8~9個と変異のあることは注目に価する.この魚にカラスコオリウオの新称を与える.肉の一般分析は,冷凍保存されていた魚体を流水中で解凍し,魚肉を採取して乳ばちで均一化したものを分析試料として行った.水分,灰分は常法により,粗蛋白質はKjeldahl法により得られた総窒素量に6.25を乗じることにより,粗脂肪はSoxhlet抽出器を使用し,エチルエーテルで15時間抽出し,その抽出物重量で示した.結果は水分84.8%,粗蛋白質11.9%,粗脂肪2.0%,灰分1.3%であった.胃内容物中には南極オキアミが多数あり,これは大小2群に分けられる.大きい方は漁船の漁獲対象となったものと同じく体長約5cmであるが,小さい方は体長約2cmで,これは漁網の目を通り技けたものと思われる.ANDRIASHEV (1960)は280 mの深さから底曳網で1個体を得たが,今回は表層近くで南極オキアミ漁により少なからず混獲された.Not a few specimens of the chaenichthyid fish Neopagetopsis ionah NYBELIN were observed among the Antarctic krill caught by the fisheries research vessels in the Southern Ocean from November 1976 to March 1977, and from November 1977 to March 1978. Some of them have been collected for study. They measure ca. 150-200 mm in standard length and are all much smaller than the adult (measuring 500 mm in standard length) reported by ANDRIASHEV in I960, which was caught in a trawl at a depth of 280 m. Results of the morphological and biological observations of the fish and chemical analysis of its flesh are given.

In the middle of the 8th century, a prospecting party under the Provincial Government of Michinoku discovered a gold placer at Nonodake Hill, the Province of Michinoku, Northeast Japan. The placer was worked by corvee labor. It was the earliest gold mining in Japan. K. Kudaranokonikishi, Governor of Michinoku, offered 33.75 kg of gold to the Emperor Shomu in 749. The people of the northern parts of Michinoku were saddled with 9.4 g of gold in poll tax from 752. The gold was used for gilding of the great bronze statue of Buddha at Nara, which was under construction. The statue, 15.8 m in height, was completed in 757. A total of 150 kg or more of gold was gilded the statue and others. In 760, the Japanese Government minted the first gold coin in Japan, which was named Kaikishoho. The working was interrupted because of a rebellion by the natives against the Government in 774, and was reopened after 38 years’ disturbances of war. The gold diggings decreased in production from the early part of the 9th century. The placer gold had been almost exhausted in the 15th century. A very small quantity of gold is still obtained from the remains of the diggings.

本稿では,特に大きな変化のあった性犯罪者の処遇を例に挙げて,ポジティブ心理学的アプローチが評価されてきた理由と,同アプローチに対する批判的見解の双方の視点から検証し,同アプローチを導入することの利点と注意点について考察した。犯罪者に対する責任や問題点の直面化を重視するという処遇方法には,進め方を誤れば犯罪者の自尊感情の低下を招いたり,処遇に対する動機付けを高めにくかったりするといった短所が少なくないが,ポジティブ心理学の観点が追加されることによってそうした短所を補うことができると見られた。ただし,ポジティブ心理学に対する批判は軽視できないことから,ポジティブ心理学的アプローチはあくまで既存の処遇の浸透性を高めるために補足的に使用することが望ましいと考えられた。

感情調整を適切に行なう能力は,対人関係やメンタルヘルス,ひいてはウェルビーイングにまで良好な影響を及ぼす。脳神経科学においても,扁桃体の反応として生じる情動の統制にイメージや言葉を司る前頭前野の機能が関連することが知られている。つまり,クライエントが自身の感情をイメージや言葉で扱うことは感情調整に役立つと考えられる。本研究では,Emotion-focused therapy の理論と介入を通して,クライエントが自身の感情体験を“子ども”として象徴化し,感情調整力を育んだ2つの事例を報告した。考察では,感情に注目した介入とクライエントの変化について検討した。さらに,感情体験の象徴化が,クライエントの感情調整力のどのような側面を反映しているのかを検討した。本研究より,感情の質感を適切に捉えた象徴化と,その感情に対してクライエント自身が抱く感情,そして感情に対するクライエントの態度が,感情調整力と関連することが示唆された。

The cold storage of two-cell embryos is a useful technique for transporting genetically engineered mice without the shipment of live animals. However, the developmental ability of cold-stored embryos decreases with prolonged storage periods. Therefore, the transported embryos must be readily transferred to recipient mice upon arrival. The cryopreservation of cold-transported embryos may improve the flexibility of the schedule of embryo transfer. In this paper, we examined the viability and developmental ability of vitrified-warmed mouse embryos at the two-cell stage after cold storage in refrigerated temperatures for 0, 24, 48, 72, or 96 hours. The viability of vitrified-warmed embryos after cold storage was comparable to vitrified-warmed embryos without cold storage. Vitrified-warmed embryos after cold storage also developed normally to pups by embryo transfer. In addition, live pups were obtained from vitrified-warmed embryos after cold-transportation from Asahikawa Medical University. In summary, cold-stored embryos can be used for the transportation and archive of genetically engineered mice.

本論文では,デジタルカメラを使用し,石造遺物の文字情報を取得する撮影手法を提案する.安定した撮影環境が望めない,フィールドワーク中に於いても,光を遮り,フラッシュライトを用いることで,文字の復元も可能な程の陰影のコントラストの取得が可能であることが確認された.
