高い機能性と美しい色調を持つナス由来のアントシアニン色素「ナスニン」を,現在は廃棄されているナス下漬液から回収して有効活用することを目指して試験を行った.各種の合成吸着剤の吸着性能を検討し,最も吸着能の高い合成吸着剤としてHP-20を選定した.本吸着剤1mlはナス下漬液約100mlの色素成分を吸着する一方,下漬液中の食塩の95.7%,ミョウバン由来アルミニウムの99.1%が除去できた. 吸着した色素成分は5mol/l酢酸水溶液で効果的に溶出され,ナスニンの回収率は87%であった.しかし,調製された色素画分にはナスニン以外にクロロゲン酸と未同定のいくつかの成分も混在した.この色素粉末のORAC値は1g当たり10432μmol Trolox当量であり,クロロゲン酸の活性の69 %に匹敵する比較的高い抗酸化性が認められた.

Enrect(エンレクト)は、年齢、母国語、身体能力等にかかわらず、あらゆる人々が情報技術を日常生活で主体的に活用することを支援する新しいビジュアルプログラミング言語である。本稿では、ブロックとノード・リンクを融合した斬新なユーザインタフェースと、強力な C++ バックエンド・フレームワークにより実現する Enrect の機能性について、既存のビジュアルプログラミング言語との比較を交えて解説する。

【目的】セロリは18世紀中頃からサラダとして食されるようになった。現在は生食だけでなく,シチューなどの香味野菜や炒め物のアクセントとして幅広く利用されている。しかし,セロリは一般的に好まれない傾向がある。本研究では,セロリについて,生および加熱調理法別の嗜好性を明らかにし,好まれるセロリの調理法について検討した。【方法】セロリは中央部分を5mm幅に切って試料とした。試料は生と茹で・蒸し・焼き・揚げの各方法で火が通るまで加熱した。官能評価は,N女子大学生27名(平均年齢21.6歳)をパネルとして,5点尺度で色,香り,硬さ,味,歯触り,総合の6項目について分析型官能評価を採点法で,嗜好型官能評価を順位法で行った。データの統計処理は多重比較検定のTukey法とNewell & MacFarlaneで行い,統計的有意水準を5%で示した。さらに官能評価の結果に基づき,好まれるセロリ料理4品を提案した。【結果および考察】官能評価の採点法では,生と比較して茹で加熱は有意に色が薄かった。4種類の方法で加熱したセロリは生より有意に軟らかく,味が薄く,歯触りがないと評価された。香りと総合に有意差はなかった。嗜好型分析評価の順位法では,生と比較して茹で加熱の色と硬さが有意に好まれ,茹でと揚げ加熱の味が有意に好まれた。香り,歯触りおよび総合に有意差はなかった。したがって,セロリの色と味を薄くし,歯触りを弱く,硬さを軟らかくする茹で加熱法が,セロリの生および4種類の加熱法において最も好まれることが示された。この結果に基づき,セロリと豆のリボリッタ・鶏手羽元とセロリのトマト煮・夏野菜の冷やし茶わん蒸し・セロリのかき揚げを好まれるセロリ料理として提案した。

本稿では、解離性同一性障害における内的世界の構造と場所の機能について考察を行った。解離性同一性障害における交代同一性、内的システムについて紹介し、解離という対処法が耐えがたい心的外傷から自己を守るための重要な機能であると同時に、一時的で、閉鎖的な対処法でもあることを示した。さらに、内的世界を閉じられたシステムから開かれたシステムへと変えるために、解離した自己状態が互いの相互関係に気付き、受容することの重要性について論じた。特に関係性の理論に焦点をあて、BrombergとHopenwasserの理論の共通点として「共にいること」を取り上げた。「共にいること」には「治療者が自分自身と共にいること」、治療者とクライエントが「二人で共にいること」、クライエントの「様々な自己状態が共にいること」という意味が含まれる。解離性障害の治療において、治療者が交代同一性たちの内的構造を丁寧に理解し、治療空間に安定感をもたらし、クライエントが安心して立つことのできる大地を作り出すことが重要である。

瀬戸内海島嶼部や海域では特殊な電波伝搬が生じるために地上デジタル放送の視聴が難しい地域があり、これらの難視聴地域を解消するために瀬戸内海沿岸及び芸予諸島には多くの中継局が設置されているが解決には至っていない。また、近年では地上デジタルテレビ放送の高度化方式である4K・8K放送の地上波放送の技術開発が進められており、その要素技術の中に複数の中継局が協調して送信することで通信容量を向上させる方式が採用されている。本研究では、この中継局協調送信を通信品質の改善の用途に用いることで地上波テレビ放送を視聴可能な地域が拡大できることを示す。

<p>Vection has been studied in various methods. For example, experimental Psychological methods have a long history and brain science also afforded us with the knowledge of vection related brain areas. In this study, we newly introduce Phenomenological approach to vection research. We wanted to reveal the usefulness and importance of this method into vection research. Phenomenological approach will tell us a lot of things in vection. The details and examples of showing the power of Phenomenological approach were clearly presented in the body of this article. We want the readers to enjoy these Phenomenological analyses.</p>

<p>We investigated whether a sensory information, which is not related with self-motion originally, can be recruited as a new cue for self-motion. In the learning phase of an experimental trial, stimulus color changed depending on the acceleration of body rotation about the yaw axis. The stimulus color changed to red when subjects rotated with clockwise acceleration and to green when subjects rotated with counterclockwise acceleration, or vice versa. In the measurement phases before and after the learning phase, subjects viewed the rotating stimulus with or without new self-motion (color) cue and responded the occurrence and magnitude of vection. The results showed that the color information accompanied with self-motion affected the latency of vection, suggesting that new self-motion cue of color could contribute to generate vection.</p>

RA滑膜細胞ではミトコンドリア生合成が低下しており、その改善はRA滑膜細胞のアポトーシスを亢進させ、細胞増殖能およびMMP3/RANKL分泌を低下させた。CIAマウスへのAICARの投与は、手足の厚さ、関節炎スコアを有意に低下させ、滑膜炎症細胞浸潤、滑膜増殖、軟骨変性及び破骨細胞増勢を抑制し、骨破壊の抑制とともに、関節破壊抑制の効果をin vivoでも証明した。RA滑膜でのミトコンドリア低下は、炎症時のミトコンドリアのアポトーシスを低下させ、滑膜細胞の増殖を亢進させ、関節破壊の引き金となっている可能性があり、ミトコンドリアをターゲットにした治療の可能性が示唆された。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the basis of the validity of rules of game.<br>The traditional framework of the discussion (formalism vs. ethos theory, internalism vs. externalism, etc.) cannot answer the issue mentioned above.<br>The author seeks to verify whether the basis of the effectiveness of rules (the basis for rules to function as rules) is the basis of validity of the rules (the basis for the appropriateness of the content of the rules).<br>The author then presents a framework for discussion of positivism vs. interpretivism. This structure of discussion corresponds to the legal positivism vs. Dworkin dispute in the philosophy of law.<br>Positivism emphasizes norms based on facts such as written rules and customs and is effective for discussing the rationale for the effectiveness of rules.<br>Interpretivism, in contrast, focuses on the interpretation of rules supporting integration of the rule system and is useful for discussing the rationale for the validity of rules. An interpretive approach seeking to find the ethos (or principles) of games may identify the basis of the validity of rules.<br>Even if a player engages in conduct conforming to the rule of games, i.e., rational behavior to win without violating the rules, his/her actions may be criticized by those who watch. If so, the validity of the rules that are the basis for rational behavior may be questioned. The problem is the relationship between the ethos (or principles) of games and the rules.

本研究の目的は語彙アプローチによる研究の準備作業として,性格表現用語を「広辞苑」から収集し,性格表現用語としての適切さ調査を行い,基本語彙のリストを研究者に提供することである.調査1は,心理学専攻の学生4名が収集ルールに基づき,950語を収集した.調査2では,別の心理学専攻生3名が950語を見直し,不適切な14語を削除し,936語を調査対象とした.一人あたり約300語を割り当て,大学生341名に「性格表現用語の理解度についての調査」を行った.性格表現用語としての抹消率の上限を20%とし,752語を収集した.調査3ではサンプリングに漏れていた辻(2001)の基本用語174語と青木(1971a)の25語を調査2と同様の方法で大学生125名に提示し,不適切な用語を抹消させた.調査1〜3の結果,名詞539語,形容詞142語,動詞103語,副詞37語,複合語113語,計934語を収集した.

The density of uranium in the seawater is only 3 mg/m3, but its total amount is 4.5 billion tons. In the last report, the braid type adsorbent was proposed with its mooring system for the collection of the uranium from the sea. And, it was shown that a high performance of the adsorbent and a big fall in weight of the mooring system are feasible and there's no problem of the adhered creature. In this report, it is shown that 134 km2 of mooring basin is needed for annual product of 1200 tons of uranium. In addition, 6000 km2 and over of suitable basin for the collection of the uranium is shown between Okinawa Islands and Tosa Bay.
