近年ICカードの普及に伴い、ICカートのログデータを用いた人の行動分析に関する研究がされている。本研究では、非負値多重行列因子分解 (Non-negative Multiple Matrix Factorization,NMMF)を用いたユーザの行動パターンを抽出し、因子行列を用いたクラスタリングし、クラスタリング結果を用いて決定木学習によるパターンと属性情報の関係を分析する手法を提案する。最後に、我々は提案手法を用いて入退室データの分析を行い、その有効性を確認する。

The discovery of nitric oxide (NO) as an intercellular messenger brought about new concepts regarding the induction of synaptic plasticity in the neural circuits. Its importance has been recognized since the first enthusiasm, though certain inconsistent results have been reported recently on the effects of NO. In this review, latest studies are surveyed focusing on the functions of NO in vertebrate visual systems. There, this simple gas plays a role of adaptation signal in the retina, and it also acts as an important messenger involved in the self-organization of the optic nerve projection during the development.

Focus on the problem of selecting policy approaches to the theme of plastic shopping bag reduction policies have been carried out in the world, what reduction techniques that either are chosen, the advantages and disadvantages of each economic entity for each reduction techniques I was carried out on its preference ranking shown. Thereby, in the decision-making process actually must consider the advantages and disadvantages that must continue to solve for the distribution problem different from efficiency became clear. And voluntary agreements that have been adopted in the plastic shopping bag reduction policy in Japan got the conclusion that can serve as an effective complementary method to solve these problems.

<p> 『播鈔』研究会では、報恩院流聖教の一つ、醍醐寺学僧教舜が弘長年間に憲深より四度の伝授を受けた記録書『四度口伝鈔』の校訂・訓下を行っている。本論では胎蔵界の伝授記録「胎蔵界口伝鈔」三巻(以下「本鈔」)の一部である如来身会(大恵刀、大法螺、蓮華座)の校訂解説を紹介したい。はじめに『広次第』と現図曼荼羅の相応していないことを挙げ、次に「本鈔」下巻の部分校訂・訓下・解説を付した。解説に当たっては隆誉の『伝授要意』を参照した。さて、如来身会は念誦法である住定観(身密)、正念誦(口密)、字輪観(意密)の前に修されるものである。『広次第』では、これらの観に入り易くするために、それに先立ち如来身会を修して自身の三業を清め、如来の三密を具足し、念誦法にて仏と一体ならしむのである。</p>

Among a total of 634, 440 autopsy cases in "The Annulas of Pathological Autopsy Cases in Japan" from 1958 to 1984, 929 cases with nonspecific myocarditis were registered. The average incidence was 0.15%, fluctuating myocarditis were registered. The average incidence was 0.15%, fluctuating around 3- to 5-year intervals with a remarkable rise observed after 1974. The major complications in cases of myocarditis were pneumonitis, hepatitis or hepatic cirrhosis, pancreatitis, malignancies, lymphatic or thymic involvements. A clinicopathological study of 36 cases of myocarditis and 27 cases of postmyocarditic cardiomegaly indicated a classification of acute, subacute, healing and chronic or recurrent stages as well as dilatation-hypertrophy-and right ventricle-dominant types. Acute myocarditis was characterized by diffuse inflammatory cell infiltration and showed various types of arrhythmias and shock. Subacute myocarditis showed ventricular dilatation, edematous interstitium and severe congestive heart failure. Chronic myocarditis with dilatation and/or hypertrophy and irregular fibrosis included right ventricular involvement, endomyocardial disease, sick sinus syndrome in selected cases, congestive heart failure in most cases, and showed a male predominancy. Postmyocarditic cardiomegaly was similar to chronic myocarditis but showed more hypertrophy, preexcitation waves and prominent negative T waves in electrocardiography and sudden death.

Four young male adults were fed a semisynthetic diet including rice and chicken as protein for seven days (Basal diet period), and in the following seven days 30g of corn oil and then for seven days 30g of lard were added at the expense of part of the corn starch and sugar in the basal diet (Test diets period). Urine and feces were collected completely throughout the periods and the contents of fat and energy in these excreta were determined. The results obtained were follows:1) Digestibility of fat was 98.8% (corn oil) and 100.0% (lard).2) The ratio of the total available energy to intake energy (Net Energy Avaiability) was 98.8% (corn oil) and 98.0% (lard).

Nitrogen fixing symbiosis between rhizobia and legumes contributes significant amounts of N to agricultural and natural environments. In natural soils, rhizobia compete with indigenous bacterial communities to colonize legume roots, which leads to symbiotic interactions. However, limited information is currently available on the effects of the rhizobial symbiont on the resident microbial community in the legume rhizosphere, rhizoplane, and endosphere, which is partly due to the presence of native nodulating rhizobial strains. In the present study, we used a symbiotic system comprised of Paraburkholderia phymatum and Mimosa pudica to examine the interaction of an inoculant strain with indigenous soil bacteria. The effects of a symbiont inoculation on the native bacterial community was investigated using high throughput sequencing and an analysis of 16S rRNA gene amplicons. The results obtained revealed that the inoculation induced significant alterations in the microbial community present in the rhizoplane+endosphere of the roots, with 13 different taxa showing significant changes in abundance. No significant changes were observed in the rhizospheric soil. The relative abundance of P. phymatum significantly increased in the rhizoplane+endosphere of the root, but significant decreased in the rhizospheric soil. While the rhizosphere, rhizoplane, and root endosphere contained a wide diversity of bacteria, the nodules were predominantly colonized by P. phymatum. A network analysis revealed that the operational taxonomic units of Streptomyces and Phycicoccus were positively associated with P. phymatum as potential keystone taxa. Collectively, these results suggest that the success of an inoculated symbiont depends on its ability to colonize the roots in the face of competition by other soil bacteria. A more detailed understanding of the mechanisms by which an inoculated strain colonizes its plant host is crucial for realizing the full potential of microbial inoculants in sustainable agriculture.

要旨: 本稿では, 大脳皮質における聴覚情報処理のどのような段階あるいは側面が, 皮質のどの領域, あるいはネットワークで行われているのかについて脳機能画像で得られた知見を概括した。 聴覚野における音の周波数に応じた配列は外側が低音,内側が高音という単純な配置から, 複数の軸を有する複雑な配列へと理解が深まっている。 音の強さの認知には聴覚野以外の皮質領野の関与が示唆されており, 語音と楽音のように異なる音色が聴覚野の異なる領域で処理されることも報告されている。 また, 難聴や背景雑音によるS/N比の低下,人工内耳を介する言語聴取など, 困難な条件下の聴覚認知では視覚野や前頭葉の運動関連領野などとの協同が観察され, 難聴などに起因する種々の障害の背景にある神経機序を理解し, 治療やリハビリテーションの方針を考える上で有用な情報が得られている。

In order to verify the relation between the body function and occlusion, the gravity function, electronystagmography, and auditory brainstem response of TMD patients, edentulous patients and healthy subjects with 500 μm thick experimental occlusal interference were analyzed, and it was confirmed that occlusal problems impede the auditory system, body's posture adjusting system and vestibule system. Further, when the relation between the occlusal contact and the bodily motor function were compared between healthy subjects and patients whose occlusion had been treated, it was confirmed that there was close relation between the two.Furthermore, from the analysis of human body phenomena of healthy subjects with 100 μm thick experimental occlusal interference, it was confirmed that occlusal problems induced bruxism or continuously aggravated the problem and eventually entailed TMD, as well as changed the function of the autonomic nervous system and provoked emotional stress and sleep disorders.From these results, it was verified that occlusal problems affected the function of the middle ear transmission system, equilibrium sense, auditory brainstem response, function of autonomic nervous system, emotion and sleep and that the occlusal function was closely related to the bodily motor function.

<p>HbA1cの測定方法は,高速液体クロマトグラフィ(HPLC)法のほか,免疫法,酵素法など複数存在する.本邦では従来多くの施設でHPLC法が用いられてきたが,近年酵素法や免疫法による測定が増えている.今回,免疫法でHbA1c偽高値を示した異常ヘモグロビンHbCの1症例を経験した.HPLC法では異常低値を示し,酵素法では基準値内,グリコアルブミンは基準値内であった.遺伝子解析で,<i>β</i>グロビン鎖のミスセンス変異によるHbCと診断した.HbCはアフリカに多い異常ヘモグロビン症で,日本人の報告としては非常に稀であるが,国際化に伴って日本でも症例数が増えることが予想される.HbA1cと血糖値に乖離を疑った際には,複数の方法によるHbA1cの測定,グリコアルブミンによる評価等を含めた慎重な対応が必要である.</p>

<p>異常ヘモグロビンは,ヘモグロビンを構成するグロビン鎖にアミノ酸置換が生じたものである.高速液体クロマトグラフィー(high-performance liquid chromatography; HPLC) を用いたヘモグロビンA1c (Hb A1c) 測定においては,異常ヘモグロビンは荷電状態が変化しているため,正確なHb A1c 値を得ることができない.当検査部では, 2015 年5 月にアークレイ社製Hb A1c 分析装置HA-8180V を導入した.本分析装置の測定原理はHPLC 法である が,従来の測定モード(Fast モード)に加え,一部の異常ヘモグロビンを検出するモード(Variant モード)を搭載している.本分析装置で得られたクロマトグラムのパターンから異常へモグロビンを疑い,遺伝子検査でヘモグロビン異常症と診断した症例は, Hb Q-Iran(α2 グロビンのcodon 75 GAC [Asp] がCAC [His] に置換)が2 例, Hb St. Luke's(α2 グロビンのcodon 95 CCG [Pro] がCGG [Arg] に置換)が1 例,Hb Toranomon(βグロビンのcodon 112 TGT [Cys] がTGG [Trp] に置換)が1 例であった.東南アジア国籍の4 人ではHb E に合致するクロマ トグラムパターンを認めた.それぞれのHb A1c 値は,Hb Q-Iran とHb St. Luke's 症例ではVariant モードが正値, Hb Toranomon 症例ではいずれのモードも偽低値,Hb E 症例ではHA-8180V による補正値が正値であると考えら れた.我々臨床検査技師は,異常ヘモグロビンを疑う検査結果を得た場合には,異常ヘモグロビンによるHb A1c 値への影響と,Hb A1c 以外の検査項目を用いた血糖コントロールの必要性を医師に報告し,すべての患者が正しい診断と治療を受けられる体制を構築する必要がある.</p>
