This research is universal design for electric kettle of the usability and safety. It analyze the position of the gravity and knob for electric kettle, and discover the problem in fuman engineering of a current products. The relation of product and human is chenge like same to the age change. A lot of products what shoul be the review for the relation to the most important body when the tool is used like an electric kettle exist in all place. If an appropriate relation of the thing can keep being created always, The original role of the products "It is improved the quality of the life of man" might be demonstrated enough.

【はじめに,目的】近年子どもの外反母趾が増加し,問題となってきている。外反母趾の原因は様々な要素が指摘されており,足部アーチの低下が外反母趾と関連しているという報告がある。子どもの足は足部アーチの形成の重要な時期にある。さらに,足部アーチの形成には足趾把持力が関連していると報告されているため,足趾把持力が外反母趾に関連している可能性がある。また,特に子どもにおいては足部の筋力,形状共にも発達段階にあるため,足部の筋力が足部形状に与える影響が大きい可能性がある。子どもにおいて外反母趾と足趾把持力の関連についてはまだ調べられていない。そこで,本研究では子どもにおける外反母趾と足趾把持力の関連について調べることを目的とした。【方法】対象は奈良県田原本町にある小学校5校の小学4~6年生671名の計1342足(平均年齢10.3歳±0.7歳,男子317名,女子354名)とした。外反母趾角は,母趾基節骨と第一中足骨のなす角とし,静止立位にて,ゴニオメーターを用いて測定した。足趾把持力は足趾筋力測定器(竹井機器工業,T.K.K.3364)を用いて股関節,膝関節ともに90°屈曲座位にて,左右両足を各足二回測定した。各足の最大値を足趾把持力として用いた。統計解析は,従属変数に外反母趾角,独立変数に足趾把持力,調整変数に性別,年齢,身長,体重を投入した重回帰分析を行った。なお,同一の対象者から二足を用いているため,両足の類似性を補正するために,一般化推定方程式を用いた。統計学的有意水準は5%未満とした。【結果】全対象者の外反母趾角の平均は7.91±5.0°,足趾把持力の平均は13.3±4.0kgであった。重回帰分析の結果,偏回帰係数は-0.098(95%信頼区間:-0.187~-0.010)で有意差(p=0.029)を認め,外反母趾角と足趾把持力は負の関係にあった。【結論】本研究では,子どもにおける外反母趾角と足趾把持力の関連性を検討した。その結果,小学子どもにおいて外反母趾角と足趾把持力が負の関係にあることが明らかになった。しかし,先行研究においては,健常成人では外反母趾角と足趾把持力の関係性は認められなかった。この理由は,子どもの足部は発達段階にあり,筋力が足部形成に与える影響が大きい可能性が考えられる。低足趾把持力により十分な足部アーチ形成が行われず,足部アーチの未発達が外反母趾角の増大につながったと考えられる。本研究は横断研究であるため,因果関係について断言できないが,足部アーチが発達段階にある子どものころに,足趾把持力を鍛えることで外反母趾の予防につながる可能性がある。

In the learning outcomes, the relationship between objective and subjective measures is an issue of educational measurement. In this paper, we clarified the correlation derived from the semester-linkage of academic achievements and self-evaluations based on the competency model in NUJC. In the principal component analysis, it was suggested that the self-evaluations include roughly two directions of general ability and professional ability, and that the academic achievements depend on the curriculum and the methods of learning and evaluation, basically. The interpenetration of academic achievements and self-evaluations depend on intermediate factors that rule their linkage. The factors are supposed to be formed by two components: the faculties’ factors such as curriculum, methods of learning and evaluation including cognitive learning and the environment of “learning- background” (e.g., Hidden curriculum and Student support); the student's factors such as acquired abilities including motivation, personality and self-consciousness.

We have developed the shift lever with a spring connected link. It can detect the reaction force to the operator by using inexpensive displacement sensors such as potentiometers. For this system, we propose a model-based power assist control method. The proposed control system is composed of a reference generator and a feedback controller. The reference generator is introduced to generate an ideal reaction force to the operator. The feedback controller is designed by <i>H</i>_&infin; control theory to achieve disturbance attenuation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by experiments.

It has been said that sponsoring in-house sports teams can help to increase teamwork and loyalty within a firm, though sufficient evidence-based studies have not been done to substantiate this claim. This research aimed to examine the positive impact of a corporate sponsored sports team on its employees, primarily by measuring the following three factors ; 1) corporate shared-value, 2) both internal and external communications, and 3) employees’ attachment to and pride for the company. A questionnaire was sent to all 28,000 employees of Seino Holdings Co., Ltd., which sponsors a corporate baseball team for its employees, and 6,440 valid responses were received. 36.1% of the respondents said they had interest in the team, while 35.7% answered they were neutral toward it, and 28.8% answered that they were not interested in it. Furthermore, 12.3% of the respondents answered that they had participated in the baseball team activities. Both of the groups that showed interest or participated in the team scored higher in all three factors, compared to non-interest / non-participants (p<0.01). The results suggest that engagement of employees in corporate sponsored sports teams contributes to a deepening of inter-organizational relationships, helps to cultivate a collaborative corporate culture, and increases team spirit.

本論文では、ラオス人民民主共和国の民族楽器である笙(khaen、以下ケーン)の事例から、音楽芸能をめぐる性言説と実践を通じて「男らしさ」が、男性による女性の支配構造、権威性、カリスマ、強靭さとつながりながら再生産されていく状況に注目する。この作業を通じて、研究対象であるカップ・ラム歌謡における一定の性別役割分業が、楽器の創作や吹奏の行為をめぐる言説や近代国家の建設過程で打ちだされる男性指導者のカリスマのイメージと一体化されながら、一種の「男らしさ」の意匠をまとうようになってきたことが明らかとなる。第1章では、男らしさの人類学の学説史を振り返りながら、東南アジアやラオスにみるタイ系(Tai)の人びとの男らしさに関する先行研究を整理する。タイ系民族の中でも、男性側の視点から論じられてこなかった民族と音楽の関係をつなぐ章として第2章を設け、ケーンの吹奏者のジェンダー表象について宗教社会的な環境決定論や意味論から考える。第3章では、ケーンをめぐる伝承を取り上げ、ケーンが自然との共生の中から創られてきた楽器から、ある集団組織を統一するために必要な権威性に結びけられて語り直されるまでの言説を分析する。第4章では、ケーンの形状や構造について概説した上で、カリスマ的存在によってケーン吹奏がラオ人の男らしい男性像となる状況を考察する。現地社会で語られるケーン吹奏に関わる伝承や男らしさの性言説を相対化する作業として、第5章を設け、現地社会におけるケーン吹奏と女性性の位置づけを理解しながら、男性の領域と女性の領域の交差で生じるジェンダーバイアスの問題を徹底的に検討する。第6章は、ケーン吹奏の性別役割分業をめぐるジェンダーバイアスに対して寄せられる声をまとめ、教育活動を通じて性差を乗り越えようとする新たな動きを考察する。

The authors develop a small and simple steam-reforming reactor in a home-use size for n-dodecane as a heavy-hydrocarbons fuel. Under such a well-controlled condition by a thermal diffuser as the reactor satisfies two target-temperature criteria, the authors measure the inside-temperature profile and the hydrogen molar fraction (concentration) CH2, together with the molar fractions CCH4, CCO and CCO2 of other main gas components such as CH4, CO and CO2, respectively, using a gas chromatograph. In addition, the authors conduct theoretical calculations based on the thermal-equilibrium theory, and reveal CH2, CCH4, CCO and CCO2, as well as experiments. As a result, the authors successfully achieve suitable inside-temperature profiles. The steam-reforming reaction becomes more active at the position where temperature T > 800 K. The effects of the steam-to-carbon molar ratio S/C upon CH2, CCH4, CCO and CCO2 are shown, experimentally and theoretically. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical ones. Besides, carbon balance and conversion ratio show high accuracy in experiments.
