症例1は90歳代男性.2021年6月X−1日にファイザー社製新型コロナワクチン(BNT162b2)接種.同6月X日に胸痛あり当院受診,下壁誘導のST上昇を伴う胸痛にて急性心筋梗塞の診断で緊急心カテーテル施行,左前下行枝末梢の閉塞を認めた.ガイドワイヤーは容易で小径バルーンの拡張のみで再灌流を得たが,病変位置,造影所見からプラーク破綻ではなく血栓塞栓症を強く疑った.最大CKは590 U/Lと心筋ダメージはわずかであった.心エコー上左房拡大や短絡所見はなく,経過中心房細動は認めなかった. 症例2は70歳代女性.2021年8月X−20日にBNT162b2接種.同8月X日に胸痛あり当院受診.前胸部誘導のST上昇あり急性心筋梗塞の診断で緊急心カテーテル施行,左前下行枝近位部の閉塞を認めた.ガイドワイヤー通過に難渋し,血管内超音波(IVUS)で明らかなプラークを認めた.薬剤溶出ステントを留置し良好な開存を得たが最大CK 7628 U/Lと大きな心筋障害を認めた. 2症例とも経過は良好であったが,2回目のワクチン接種にあたり,1例目は原因不明の血栓塞栓症のため2回目のワクチン接種は中止とし,2例目はワクチンとの関連は否定できなかったが通常発症の心筋梗塞と判断,低心機能となったことから2回目のワクチン接種実施とした.ワクチン接種が進むにつれ同様のケースが増えてくるものと思われ,何らかの判断基準が必要と考えられた.

本論文では,地域SNS上で電子地域通貨を使うことを想定したうえで,既存方式に加えて新たに人間関係ダイアグラムを用いた評価指標を導入する。既存方式の尺度だけではユーザがどれだけ信頼できるかを計るに不十分だったが、この評価を導入することで,周りからの評価値を、より信頼性のあるものとして提示できるようになった。

要旨●スキルスとは,病理組織学的に癌組織の間質に線維性組織増生が顕著な状態の総称であり,スキルス胃癌は臨床的に「胃癌取扱い規約」の肉眼型の4型を指すことが多い.そこで,本邦における4型胃癌の経時的な発生頻度,形態学的・病理組織学的特徴を検討した.全国集計による進行胃癌の肉眼型別・年次推移をみると,4型胃癌は,1984年度13.8%から2014年度6.5%に減少していた.また,当センターにおいて過去29年間に経験した4型胃癌93例を対象として,原発巣(粘膜内進展部)の部位と背景粘膜から,①胃底腺型,②腺境界型,③幽門腺型の3型に分類し,2007年度を境に前期45例,後期48例に分けて検討した.後期では胃底腺型が特に減少し,腺境界型,幽門腺型の割合が増加していた.胃底腺型は,前後期ともに原発巣の大きさが25cm2以下で陥凹は深く組織型は未分化型腺癌が多かった.一方,腺境界型は,前後期ともに原発巣の大きさが50cm2以上で陥凹は浅かったが,後期では組織混在型の割合が増加していた.幽門腺型は原発巣の大きさに比較して粘膜下層以深の面積は大きくなく,前後期ともに組織混在型が約30%に認められた.H. pylori感染状態の検討では,前期はすべて現感染であったが,後期では現感染42例,未感染2例(胃底腺型2例),除菌後4例(胃底腺型1例,腺境界型2例,幽門腺型1例)であった.以上から,スキルス胃癌,4型進行胃癌の正確な診断のためには,原発巣の部位・背景粘膜の相違による形態学的・病理組織学的特徴を十分に理解して,スクリーニング,精密検査を行うことが重要である.

On January 1, 1948 (the 23rd year of Showa) the Food Sanitation Law was put into operation and 22 coloring matters were listed as food additives in the Food Sanitation Law Enforcement Regulation. Since then 3 new coloring matters have been approved and 14 have been delisted. The specifications and use restrictions have been revised many times. The latest specifications and use restrictions are described in the Sixth Edition of the Japanese Standards for Food Additives published in 1992.After enforcement of the Food Sanitation Law, the government had a legal basis toprohibit the use of unapproved coloring matters. However some food processors continued using unapproved coloring matters for about ten years. Government agencies, the food industry and the various food additive industries worked together to eliminate the use of unapproved coloring matters. According to a recent survey, foodstuffs colored with unapproved coloring matters have been driven almost completely out of the Japanese market.

The purpose of this paper is to address the socio-economic characteristics of the main promoters and stockholders of the Tono Railway, which was initiated and constructed by local residents and opened in 1918-1920 in Kani County. In order to approach this aim, the author takes particular note of the relationship between the construction of the private railway and the development of local industries, which were essential to its economic base and that of the main promoters and stockholders involved. Previous research has focused attention only on the characteristics of the main stockholders themselves in a private railway, but not on any investigation of the local economy that initiated the construction of the railway.The period of the opening of the Tono Railway was during ‘the light railway construction boom (1910-1926)’. Many private railways constructed during the same period had one thing in common: they did not necessarily depend on a particular industry for fund-raising. However, the financial condition of the Tono Railway was better and possessed an important difference compared with similar private railways.The basic stance of fund-raising activities was to collect local investment, because promoters for the construction of the Tono Railway did not want external investors to become involved in the plan and business of the Railway. Following this strategy, necessary funds were raised relatively easily. Above all, residents in the northern five municipalities where a railway track was laid and had an economic impact, invested actively. Residents of municipalities where a rail track was not laid, however, refused to invest. As a result, local investment dipped somewhat below that which was initially planned.What promoted the construction of the Tono Railway and contributed to fund-raising were mainly local representative wealth holders, landowners (Jinushi), wealthy farmers (Gono) and merchants (Gosho). It was vital for them to make a success of the construction of the Tono Railway at all costs in order to maintain their economic position. This was achieved by locating at key junctions of the traditional road and river transportation in the area, and also by developing new local industries.The period of the construction of the Tono Railway coincided with industrialization in Kani County. In this area, the silk-spinning industry had developed as a biggest manufacturing sector since the mid-Meiji Era. The development encouraged the rise of related local banking and trade. The main promoters and stockholders of the Tono Railway also had an important role in the development of these local industries. They tried to expand into various new industrial sectors and businesses, which were entirely different from their family businesses, and became new leading entrepreneurs.Therefore, the important factors of the construction of the Tono Railway are that it was worked out at the boom in the development of new local industries in the area. The main promoters and stockholders of the Tono Railway, many local wealth holders, actively took part in the new industries, and became the new industrialists with the development of the Railway.

The authors reviewed the trnasition of coloring matter regulations in Japan.In the latter half of the 19th century synthetic coloring matters began to be used for coloring food both Western countries and Japan. Coloring matter regulations started to be enforced in these countries at around the same time.In 1900 the Regulations for the Control of Harmful Coloring Matters were enacted in Japan. They listed harmful coloring not to be used for coloring food.The official seal system for synthetic coloring commenced in 1941. Containers of synthetic coloring products which had passed the inspections conducted at the National Hygiene Laboratory were sealed with the official certificate seals.Since the above-mentioned regulations prohibited the use of the harmful coloring matters listed, the government did not have a legal basis to forbid the use of other harmful coloring maters until the enactment of the Food Sanitation Law in 1947.

D.H.Lawrence's essay "Apocalypse" (1931) is unique in its interpretation. Lawrence strongly criticizes the desire for power shown in the Book of the Apocalypse in the New Testament. It is in his opinion a vengeful expression of oppressed Christians. But on the other hand, he appreciates highly the vivid reminiscence of the ancient mythological and heretical world which lurks behind the fantastic, awful and negative imagery. He considers it a revival of a prodigious, vibrant impulse from ancient times that will rescue civilization from its decadence. Nakamura Yujiro, one of the most eminent philosophers in Japan today, uses this idea of Lawrence to approach the problem the evil, particularly the evil portrayed in the Dostoevsky novel Devils. He analyses this complicated novel through the Book of the Apocalypse to reveal its deep structure. He finds that, in creating Devils, Dostoevsky owed a lot to this part of the bible. He considers the reason why the Apocalypse performs such an important role in Dostoevsky's novel. Finally, he finds in the text of the Apocalypse the existence of Gnosticism, which reveals to him the reason why such evil beings as Stavrogin or Pyotr in the Devils seem to be mysteriously attractive.

加齢と共に変動し,老化や加齢を予測できる因子を老化バイオマーカーと位置付けている.これまでに,性ホルモンのエストロゲンやテストステロンが知られている.Insulin-like growth factor-1やビタミンDなどの成長因子やビタミンも加齢性の変動を示す.カロリー制限アカゲザルの研究からdehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,インスリン,体温の変化が長期縦断研究の加齢性変化データと一致することが判明し,注目されている.さらに最近では,生活習慣病と強くリンクする成分も加齢性変化を示すことが明らかとなった.高齢社会を迎えた現在において,現在の健康状態や老化状態を客観的に評価する老化バイオマーカーの利用価値は高まっている.

Thermoacoustic refrigeration is a very attractive method of temperature control due to its environment friendliness. The thermoacoustic heat pumping occurs within a regenerator positioned in the thermoacoustic device. The acoustic field within the device consists of acoustic travelling waves propagating in positive and negative directions and as such, the regenerator temperature gradient will be influenced by both. To investigate the effect of these individual travelling waves, we constructed a thermoacoustic device consisting using two opposite facing speakers thus enabling manipulation of positive and negative direction travelling waves. By decomposing the measured acoustic field into its positive and negative propagating components and calculating the acoustic power using the two sensor method, the effect of the individual travelling waves on the direction of acoustic power and regenerator temperature gradient was observed.

We have constructed and tested a shell and tube heat exchanger with a dual speaker thermoacoustic device. We have tested a shell and tube heat exchanger by changing the phase between two speakers at both ends of the device. Five thermocouples are positioned within the regenerator and inlet and outlet water temperature were measured with two other thermocouples. Two pressure sensors are positioned each side of the device along the regenerator. We have measured the regenerator temperature and pressure at both sides of the regenerator with changing the mass flow rate of coolant water. The temperature distribution of regenerator and the acoustic power were gained from measured values.
