In 2020, COVID-19 had a huge impact worldwide. The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan organized a “cluster countermeasure group” comprising public health and infectious diseases experts. They provided information about COVID-19 on Twitter. In this study, the text analysis software “KH Coder” was used to confirm the kind of information posted by these experts on the Twitter account. Scientific information, such as explanations of terms, future predictions of the spread of infection, and public health measures, were provided. Twitter account had played a role in providing scientific information. That is, we practiced risk communication. It helped to increase the trust of the account by receiving genuine certification from Twitter Inc. Text analysis helped assess risk communication.

The induction motor is used in many industries. These days motor noise reduction is often required due to environmental concerns. This paper is concerned with the reduction of motor noise. The relationship of exciting force and vibration mode of the stator core is analyzed. An exciting force as an electromagnetic radial force was applied to the stator core. Analysis was performed for the case of a continuous distributed force and the case of a discrete multipoint exciting force. The vibration behavior of the core was analyzed theoretically, numerically (FEM) and experimentally with respect to modes, frequency and phase of exciting force. It has been confirmed that : 1. in the continuous distributed excitation, the core vibrates when M=±N and the exciting frequency coincides with the natural frequency, 2. in the discreted multipoint excitation, the core vibrates when M±N=mK. Here, N is the natural frequency mode, "is the excitation frequency mode, m is an integer, and K is the number of applied points of the exciting force.

The Extraterrestrial Sample Curation Center of JAXA curates the Hayabusa-returned samples in conditions of minimum terrestrial contaminants, because these samples are very tiny. We evaluated the cleanliness of the handling instruments, the cleanroom environments and the sample storage chamber to improve the cleanliness of particles, organic molecules and metallic elements to a level not to affect the analyses of the Hayabusa-returned samples. In the environment of the clean chamber No. 2 where the samples have been stored, the organic molecule abundance was lower than the detection limit, furthermore, metallic elemental concentrations were the lowest among other evaluated place. A multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning by organic solvents and the ultrapure water have been applied to instruments made of stainless steel and/or aluminum alloy, and additionally, acid-alkali liquids cleaning have been performed for those made of quartz glasses. For the cleanliness of quartz glasses after the cleaning, the organic molecules abundances were blank level, and the metallic element concentrations were 1~100×109atom/cm2/24 h. It was confirmed by optical microscope that no particle of size more than 10 μm was observed on quartz glasses after the cleaning.

石積みは,伝統的・文化的な風景を構成する重要な要素であるものの,被災した石積みの復旧方針・方法は自治体によってばらつきがあり,箇所ごとの対処にならざるを得ない状況にある.本研究は,平成24年九州北部豪雨によって被災した農村地区を有する自治体(うきは市,久留米市,八女市,伊万里市,武雄市,諫早市,大村市)での石積みの復旧実態,重要文化的景観を有する自治体(豊前市,唐津市,長崎市,平戸市,小値賀町)における被災した石積みの復旧実態,について職員へのヒアリング調査と現地調査から明らかにすることを目的とする.その結果,1)石積み復旧を促進する基準の見直し,2)石積み復旧に対する制度運用の有効性と課題,3)重要文化的景観における空石積み復旧の実態,4)重要文化的景観をめぐる課題への対応策,について指摘した.

本稿は,沿線火災によって被害が生じた鉄道の鉄筋コンクリートラーメン高架橋の復旧工事について述べたものである。設計の考え方, 復旧に伴って行ったコンクリートの配合試験, 新旧コンクリート及び吹付けコンクリートの一体化試験結果について報告する。

Isolation of bacteria which could decompose styrene and polystyrene as carbon source was achieved to actualize the biological zero emission treatment of expanded polystyrene. Isolated microorganisms by 16S ribosomal DNA analysis were Pseudomonas sp. and Bacillus sp. for styrene decomposition, and Xanthomonas sp. and Sphingobacterium sp. for polystyrene decomposition. Especially, Bacillus sp. STR-Y-O strain decomposed both styrene and polystyren. Styrene and polystyrene were reduced 40%(9g) and 56%(34g) of initial concentrations (quantity), respectively, in 8 days by strain STR-Y-O. The result is the first report for polystyrene biodegradation. It became possible that limonene melted expanded polystyrene, and styrene and polystyrene as melting matter were decomposed by the isolated microorganisms. In a series of experiments, the possibility that the zero emission process of expanded polystyrene was shown by those microorganisms.

Web API の仕様を記述するための記法として広く利用されている OpenAPI Specification にはリクエストパラメータの制約(最大値や最小値など)を記述する記法が用意されているにもかかわらず,制約を記述していない仕様書が多く見られる.仕様書に制約が記述されていない場合であっても開発者は何らかの制約を見いだし制約を実装しているが,制約が明示されていないために仕様書の記述者と開発者の間で解釈の齟齬が発生する可能性がある.認識の齟齬をなくすためには仕様書に制約を明示することが必要である.本稿では,開発者が自らの知識をもとに制約を見いだせることに注目し,Web API の知識を記述したオントロジーに基づいて仕様書に定義されていない制約を発見,推薦することによって仕様書の記述を支援するシステムを提案する.

本研究はフィリピン海プレート収束域を対象として,有害元素である水銀の循環過程とプレートテクトニクスとの関連を明らかにすることを目的として行った。結果は以下の通りであった。1)水銀はマグマ性流体を含む深部流体を起源とする。火山のない地域では水銀は深部流体から気液分離した後に気体として上昇する。2)地下水の水銀汚染はプルーム状に出現する。出現地点は大阪平野とその周辺部では複数の活断層が交差するか,密集する地点である。地殻を切る活断層はマントルから上昇する気体の経路となっている。3)水銀は沈み込むスラブからの脱水に由来するかもしれないが,ウェッジマントルから流体に付加されている可能性は高い。

本稿は、短期大学保育者養成課程1年生のピアノの授業(保育の表現技術Ⅰ(音楽表現))を対象に試み た、習熟度別指導の実践報告である。この授業は必修科目であり、1クラス約50名の学生に対し、8名の教 員による個別指導を実践している。履修者の習熟度は、初学者から長期間にわたって学習している者まで多 様である。以前は、各グループ内に多様な習熟度の学生が混在するグループ編成を採用していた。この編成 においては指導時間の公平性や学習者心理への影響等において課題があった。そこで本実践では、習熟度が 同程度の学生によるグループ編成を試みた。その結果、指導時間の不平等が是正され、各自の習熟度に適し た内容で指導することが可能となった。さらに、学修上の配慮を必要とする学生に対し、より適した支援を することも可能となった。
