There have been many residents who want to live in super-high rise buildings from where wonderful birds eye vies could be enjoyed. They may intend to have quite new landscape experiences from their rooms, and this would initiate the demand of constructing more high rise buildings for residential use.This study reffere to the tendency of residents' preference of green spaces through analysis of landscape attitude of residents through evaluation of landscape values of green space seen from their own rooms in the said building. Research was conducted in the site of new development project of JHDC in Minatoku, Tokyo. The results may indicate that the values of green spaces should be evaluated by the degree of landscape preference in relation to the expectation of green spaces as sources of new urban landscapes and object of bird eye view experiences from inside the rooms. The height of rooms would be thought as key factors of sense of satisfaction to the landscape and green spaces to bee seen from the high rise rooms.When residents live in the room from where valuable parks and green spaces, they may satisfy the quality of green space and that would attract them to go to the green space and enjoy the environment there. The degree of looking down angle, 10 may degree in this case was considered as critical.

This research is a study on the effect of estimating price of the scenic views in the super-high-rise residence. The effect at the year since construction is considered by targeting of the newly-built selling in the-high-rise residence, and the numerical value of a relative standard is calculated on an azimuth, views from the room, natural elements, and the building things etc.Finally, as for the view synthesis chart, value from the scenic views from the room is evaluated. The value of the scenic views is able to be clarified in the process of the design stage, and the rights to landscape will be protected in the future by the security of the value.

本研究は平成23年度和歌山県大学等地域貢献促進事業の助成を受けた。[要旨] 特定外来生物に指定されているアライグマProcyon lotorは今や日本全国に分布し、生態系の撹乱や農作物被害などに大きな影響を与えている。6年ほど前からは各地の神社仏閣、城等においてアライグマによる文化財被害が目立ち始めた。果実類の一大産地として知られる和歌山県はアライグマによる農作物被害が甚大であり、有害鳥獣駆除による捕獲数も年間1500頭を超えるものの、社寺におけるアライグマ被害は知られていなかった。歴史的に貴重な文化財をアライグマから防除することを目的に、県下の社寺の現状を調査することとし、まず県下300の社寺にアライグマ被害に関するアンケート調査を行った。それをもとに県下24市町191の社寺におけるアライグマの侵入・被害状況を現地に赴き実地に調査した。被害は90の社寺に認められ、被害率は47%であった。本調査をするに当たって、社寺の柱に残る爪傷がアライグマのものかどうかについては、独自に判別基準を設けて行った。 [Abstract] Invasive alien raccoons have already naturalized all prefecture in Japan. Raccoons have many ecological effects and threaten biological diversity. They compete with native fauna, give serious damage to farm products and be important vector of zoonosis. Besides such ecological effects, raccoons began to invadesome historical temples, shrines and castle some years ago. The damages to cultural assets caused by raccoons are enormous in Japan. Many raccoons inhabit in Wakayama prefecture and give serious damages to farm products, such as fruits and corns. About 1500 raccoons were captured in Wakayamaprefecture in a year. As the damages of temples and shrines by raccoons were not known in Wakayama, we survey 191 temples and shrines in Wakayama prefecture and find 90 temples and shrines are damaged by raccoons.

大学からの情報蓄積・発信の切り札とする意図を持って機関リポジトリを構築するのであれば,持続可能な事業として学内に定着させることが何よりも重要である。この目的を果たすため,機関リポジトリの運用者である図書館は次の3種類の実務に取り組む必要があろう。それは,第一に,「機関の事業として大学上層部の承認(学内合意)を得ること」,第二に「研究者になり代わってコンテンツを継続的に探し,集め,登録すること」,第三に「研究成果ショーウィンドウの素材として機関リポジトリを活用すること」,である。本稿は,これらの実践上のポイントについて千葉大学の機関リポジトリ(CURATOR)の構築経験を踏まえて記述するものである。
