Previous studies have reported the inappropriate administration of medication at nursery schools by the staff and a lack of drug-related information from caregivers at the time of request. However, the situation concerning medication administration at nursery schools from the mothers’ perspective is unknown and it is not clear what information the mothers provided to nursery staff at the request. We conducted an online survey between April and May 2019 regarding the administration of medication at the nursery school with input from 600 mothers. Overall, 510 (85%) individuals replied that the requests to administer medication were acceptable for all or some of the medications. Application forms for medications were used by 91% of the 301 mothers who had previously made such requests. Although information including the child’s name, medication times, illness of the child, parent’s name, and dosage form was specified by over 70% of mothers, drug-related information such as effectiveness, side effects, and drug interactions was insufficient. In total, 41 instances of inappropriate medication administration by staff were reported by 35 mothers. It is suggested that the drug information sheets provided by community pharmacies should make up for inadequate drug-related information on application forms for medications to avoid the risk of adverse events and reduce staff burden. Toward this end, it is necessary to provide easily understandable information sheets for nursery staff, as the medication is usually administered by nursery staff, not a nurse. Community pharmacists should support these measures as pharmaceutical professionals.

光合成細菌変異株R. sphaeroides CR-720株は,前駆体として50mMグルコース,60mMグリシン,ALA脱水酵素阻害剤として5mMレブリン酸および5g/L酵母エキス存在下,3L発酵槽でALAを生産させたところ,ALA生産に伴って増加する未知のアミノ酸を検出した.未知のアミノ酸は5-アミノ-4-ヒドロキシ吉草酸(AHVA)と同定した.CR-720株は培養温度32℃条件下でALAを41mM生産したときAHVAを2.9mM生産した.光学異性体分離カラムを用いた高速液体クロマトグラフィーにより,CR-720株は(S)-(+)-AHVAを特異的に生産していることを確認した.培養温度を検討した結果,28℃でALAを44mM生産したとき,AHVA生産量は1.1mMであった.さらにALA生産の培地を改良し,5kL発酵槽を用いて培養温度28℃および通気速度0.02vvm一定条件下で攪拌速度を調節し溶存酸素濃度を0.5mg/L以下に制御した結果,最終的にCR-720株によるAHVAの生成を1.9mMに抑制でき,ALAが72mM生産され,生産速度として1.4から1.5mM/hを得た.

In der letzten Halfte seiner Abhandlung "Fiktion und Kommunikation" (1973) erortert Johannes Anderegg das Problem des Verhaltnisses von Text und Wirklichkeit und auch der Aktualitat von Fiktivtexten. Er sucht gleichzeitig nach Methoden, um seine auf dem Begriff des "Bezugsfeldes" beruhende Erzahltheorie auf die einzelne Praxis der Interpretation anzuwenden. Der Fiktivtext zielt auf die Konstitution einer fiktiven Wirklichkeit und auch auf das Erkanntwerden. Also erscheint er als ein Mikrokosmos dadurch, dass der Leser darauf verzichtet, den Text auf seine eigene Wirklichkeit unmittelbar zu beziehen. Erst dann verfremdet die fremde Wirklichkeit des Fiktivtexts die Wirklichkeit des Lesers. Im Text wird Historizitat aufgehoben und schlagt um in Aktualitat, wenn das Bezugsfeld des Lesers verfremdet wird. Zwar konnen die Modelle von Anderegg mehrere Moglichkeiten andeuten, die verschiedenen Rollen und wechselnden Positionen des fiktiven Erzahlers oder des Lesers zu beschreiben, aber keineswegs soll man seine Modelle als ein "Zauberschlussel" ansehen, mit dessen Hilfe jene Probleme zu losen waren, an denen zuvor andere gescheitert sind. Sie sollen allein als Hilfsmittel fur die Interpretation benutzt werden.

This paper presents electroencephalogram-based control of a mobile robot. The control purpose is to achieve direction control of a mobile robot only by electroencephalogram. We develop an algorithm for detecting direction thinking (‘going left’ or ‘going right’) and apply it to direction control of a mobile robot. The detecting algorithm is based on time-frequency domain analysis using continuous wavelet transformation. Our experimental results demonstrate the possibility of achieving direction control of a mobile robot only by electroencephalogram.
