個人についてのディジタル情報は,その死後もインターネット上に残り続ける.特に,他の利用者とかかわるソーシャルメディアでは,複数のアイデンティティによる利用時の本人確認や,友人に関する情報の扱いといった問題がある.現状では主に米国発のサービスが利用者死亡時の扱いについて明記しているが,現行の法制度では死後のプライバシを守ることはできないため,生存する他者や当人の生前の意思の反映を含めたプライバシ権の再検討が必要であろう.

The mutation during puberty is generally known. However, there are few research numerical values to analyze the mutation. This research analyzed the mutation by measuring the differences of the Frequency. 436 school children were used as the object for this research. In this group the 9.13% boys and the 3.23% girls of them could not sing with musical scale, so they were unmeasurable. In elementary school children, there were no difference about voice region, the highest interval and the lowest interval between boys and girls. In junior high school children, voice regain of the 1st year boys become lower and narrower, and suddenly voice region of the 2nd year boys become the lowest and the narrowest. Next, voice region widen gradually for 3rd year high school students. There is a great difference between boys and girls. In the girl students, there are no sudden change like boys. Their voice region, the highest interval and the lowest interval are spread gradualy from the 1st year of junior high school to the 3rd year of high school.

This paper described the cases where a high-pressure treatment of 200 MPa was found to be effective against the two typical heat-resistant spores, B. subtilis and B. cereus when conducted as a pretreatment step before heat sterilization at 90 to 100℃. In addition, when the B. cereus was used as the indicator, it took 36 minutes (D=3 min.) to complete the heat sterilization at 100℃, whereas the holding time of only 6 minutes (D=0.5 min.) was enough to achieve sterility by using the Hi-Pit (high-pressure induced transformation) effect.

Disuencies in spontaneous speech is often regarded as speaker's speech error, and it is often explained by attributing it to the internal mechanism of the speaker. On the other hand, it can also be regarded that disuencies were created as a result of the interaction between the speaker and the hearer. From this point of view, an utterance generation system “Talking-Ally” has been constructed. In this study, the objective is to explore the factors that create disuencies by a constructive approach. In particular, it focuses on the conversation adjustment function related to maintaining the conversational situation when the hearer's eye-gaze deviates from the conversation. First, we constructed a model to adjust the utterance strategies while adapting it to the hearer, then conducted an interaction experiment by using this model. And we discussed how disuencies of utterances can work.

There are only a few studies written about the Choshu War at the end of the Tokugawa period from the view point of political history. The War finally deprived the Bakufu of its influence, and should be recognized as an important event in the political process between 1864 and 1866. It has been generally understood as a war between the Bakufu and Choshu, but one of the major purposes was to punish Choshu as traitors to the imperial court in Kyoto. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the war as a political affair involving the court, the Bakufu and the clans. In this paper the author analyzes the process of Shogun Tokugawa Iemochi's departure from Edo on June 16, 1865 in order to attack Choshu, for the purpose of viewing the war as the result of contradiction and opposition in the form of government at that time. He conculdes that the Shogun's departure was created by political conflict among the court, the Bakufu and the clans, and also had another purpose to hold a meeting between the Shogun and the Emperor in Kyoto. It was Choshu that legitimized that Shogun'sdeparture. On the other hand, the Hitotsubashi, Aizu and Kuwana clans, which promoted political cooperation between the court and the Bakufu, thought that a meeting between the Shogun and the Emperor would be effective and urgent. They persuaded the court to approve the Shogun's departure meeting with the Emperor in Kyoto. The policy toward the ChoShu would be decided by the form of government. It would also produce a great effect on the Bakufu and the form of government.

オンラインサービスでは、ユーザーのコミュニケーション活動とコンテンツが公開される。 このオンライン情報は、ユーザー生成コンテンツの作成サイクルを加速するのに貢献する。 さらにこれらのサービスは、研究者がオンラインテキストを、社会活動の調査研究とも呼ばれる、人間活動を容易に分析するための公的な資源として利用することを可能にする。 しかし特に創造に関わる分野では、コンテンツが公開されている場合においても、プライバシーに関する論争の的になる問題が存在することを認識する必要がある。 本研究では、オンラインファンフィクション小説における性的表現の抽出とフィルタリングを試みた研究が起こした炎上事件のケースを通し、オンライン研究のための新しいガイドラインを作成しようと試みる。 本研究では法と倫理を含む工学と人文学の両方の分野の研究者が、それぞれの専門分野に応じて倫理的、法的、社会的問題を抽出した。
