感情を表す生理的な発声表現である「笑い声」の音声合成のための音響特徴分析を行う。「喜び」や「怒り」といった感情音声の分析・合成の研究はこれまでにもいくつか行われているが、「笑い声」の音声合成に関する研究は未だ少数であり、十分に分析されていない。本研究では、規則合成方式による合成のため、音声の合成規則や制御パラメータを明らかにしていった。音声パワーやピッチ周波数といった聴覚的にわかりやすい特徴パラメータの時間変化パターンを調べることで、聴覚的な笑い声の時間的特徴を明らかにした。また、通常発話の音声と比較することで、笑い声に特有な音響特徴を定量的に分析した。主観評価実験では、音響パラメータを必要に応じて操作して作成した合成音を評価することで、各音響パラメータが「笑い声」の笑い声らしさに対してどの程度の貢献度をもつか調べた。 卒業論文

2013 年(平成25)年にアルコール健康障害対策基本法が成立し,わが国のアルコール依存症を含めたアルコール健康障害対策は新たなステージに入った.2016(平成28)年に閣議決定された「アルコール健康障害対策推進基本計画」では,「アルコール健康障害に対する予防及び相談から治療,回復支援にある切れ目のない支援体制の整備」が挙げられており,地域におけるアルコール依存症治療における連携体制の確立が急がれる.わが国では,アルコール依存症が医療化した1961(昭和36)年以降,自助グループの誕生と相まって,各地の実情に合わせたアルコール依存症治療のための連携が取り組まれていた.その代表的なものが,大阪方式,世田谷方式,三重モデルである.本稿では,この3 つのモデルのレビューと比較検証を行った.その結果,3 つのモデルは二次予防から三次予防に比重を置いた連携体制であることがわかり,アルコール依存症の「医療化」という目的に基づいた連携体制であることが分かった.一方でそれぞれのモデルが進化,発展を遂げており,一次予防を含めた取り組み,すそ野の広がるアルコール問題への対応などに取り組んでいることも明らかになった.今後の課題として,医療化してきたアルコール問題を,医療化の視点のみならず,地域課題としてとらえていく視点の重要性,アルコール問題の予防から,早期発見,介入,治療,回復支援と地域生活を支えるアルコール問題トータルサポートネットワークの必要性が示唆された.

In Japan, HIV infection is classified as “HIV” or “AIDS” depending upon whether the infection was detected before or after development of AIDS. For male homosexuals, in the plot of the number of “AIDS” versus the number of “HIV”, the plots fell on a straight line with a slope close to 1. When the number of “HIV” stopped increasing, that of “AIDS” stopped increasing. The number of “HIV” in one region or in one age group was correlated with that of other regions or that of other age groups, respectively. No such correlation was detected for male heterosexuals. Male homosexuals and females were detected more as “HIV” than male heterosexuals. Detection as “AIDS” increased with age in all the infection categories. Our analysis supported by others suggested that the higher rate of detection as “HIV” among male homosexuals and females than among male heterosexuals was attributable to higher risk of the receptive sexual intercourse, and the higher incidence of “AIDS” among elderlies to immunological senescence.

The mechanism of Pulsating Heat Pipe (PHP) is still unclear because of its complex thermal fluid property. There are few researches that measured the temperature distribution inside the PHP. This study executed the visualization of temperature distribution inside a PHP. Temperature sensitive paint was painted on the optical window. The TSP was excited by UV LED light and the luminescence intensity was captured by CMOS camera. The fluid and wall temperature inside the PHP was measured instantaneously. We captured a thermal flow induced by the evaporation and oscillation. The measurement accuracy was 0.2 ° C. We measured the temperature of working fluid adhering to the wall surface that was colder than the ambient temperature. When the flow was oscillating, the temperature at an arbitrary point inside the channel was fluctuated. On the other hand, when the low was circulating, the temperature at the channel became stable apparently. Acquired data was qualitatively in agreement with known PHP properties. Temperature measurement by TSP is considered to be effective for PHP performance evaluation and flow mechanism investigation.

アメリカの国民作家・思想家のアイン・ランド(Ayn Rand)の思想は毀誉褒貶が激しく,特にその徹底した合理主義(rationalism)は,日本人読者にとって敬遠されやすい.ところが,実は,アイン・ランドの思想の核となる彼女の資本主義観は,日本人にとって意外に理解しやすく共感を得やすい.それは,百田尚樹の『海賊とよばれた男』という経済歴史小説と,ランドの代表作の『肩をすくめるアトラス』を比較するとわかることである.これら二作品は,どちらも「資本主義の精神」を祝福し,どちらもリバータリアニズムの立場にある.マックス・ヴェーバーが論じたように,資本主義の精神を構成するのは,「労働が宗教的救済となること」と「目的合理的な経営」と「利潤の正当化」である.山本七平が発見したように,その資本主義の精神は江戸期の日本にも生まれていた.だからこその明治以降の日本の近代化が可能であった.ランドの資本主義観は,一見奇異に見えて,ヴェーバーが論じた資本主義の精神の世俗化した形である.この文脈で,ランドの説く道徳としての資本主義は,日本人にとって理解しやすいものである.ただし,ランドが「いまだ実現していない理想」として説く資本主義の精神においては,日本的資本主義に見られるように,企業という機能集団は,共同体と未分化ではない.日本人がランドの資本主義から学べることは,個人を共同体に溶解させることによって機能集団を機能不全にすることを抑止する個人主義である.個人の尊厳である.Ayn Rand's defense of capitalism has infuriated anti-capitalists, including many American intellectuals. In popular usage in the context of literary criticism, the word "capitalism"is a synonym of evil. In such an anti-capitalist American intellectual milieu, Ayn Rand dared to refuse to renounce the concept of capitalism.Ayn Rand's view of capitalism is derived from the following ideas: reality exists as an objective absolute, independent of man's feelings, wishes, hopes, or fears; reason is man's only means of perceiving reality, man's only source of knowledge, man's only guide of action, and man's means of survival; every man is an end in himself/herself, not the means to the ends of others; man must exist for his/her own sake, neither sacrificing him/her to others nor sacrificing others to him/her; the pursuit of man's own rational self-interests based on a long-term vision and the achievement of his/her own happiness are the moral purposes of his/her life; therefore, the ideal political-economic system is laissez-faire capitalism, because it is a system where men deal with one another, not as victims and executioners, nor as masters and slaves, but as traders, by free, voluntary exchange to mutual benefit; the government acts only as a protector of man's rights; for the above-mentioned reasons, of all the social systems in human history, capitalism is the only system based on morality, though a pure system of capitalism has never yet existed even in America; that is to say, capitalism is the system of the future or the unknown ideal.Thus we can safely say that Ayn Rand's view of capitalism seems to be "humanistic" rather than "capitalistic." Ayn Rand's defense of capitalism as a moral system makes readers recognize that protection of individual rights and creation of prosperity as its result depend on the spiritualization of political-economic life through the recognition and practice of morality, or on the true spirits of capitalism which was previously discussed by Max Weber.

本稿では,福島県矢吹町の防災体制の再構築を目的に,その初めの取り組みとして,東日本大震災における課題を整理するものである.東日本大震災の災害対応の課題を踏まえ,以下が論点となった.(1)見直し範囲は,地域防災計画,災害対策初動マニュアル,避難所マニュアルとして各種マニュアルの一元化を行う.また,(2)見直しの視点は,震災発生時の初動体制の抜本的見直し,災害対策本部体制の抜本的見直し,必要物資の確保,必要資機材の確保(インフラ応急対応等),必要施設設備の確保(給水施設,情報伝達手段,停電時対応設備等),避難所の見直し(耐震化・充実化,設営数,基準,ルールづくり等)等である.
