太平洋に直面する徳島・高知沿岸では,繰り返される南海トラフ地震によって,大きな津波被害を受けてきた.同沿岸域では,2011年の東北地方太平洋沖地震で津波被害の大きかった三陸地方沿岸と同じリアス式海岸となっている区間も多く見られる.一方,東日本大震災では多くの神社が津波からの被災を免れたことが知られている.古い歴史を有する神社は地域とともに歩んできた重要な公共空間であり,現在の分布は,過去の大災害等によって淘汰された結果を示しているとも考えられる.こうした社会背景を踏まえ,本研究では徳島・高知沿岸神社の空間分布と南海トラフ地震の津波被災リスクについて検証した.

本稿は,グローバル化の影響を受けて,過去十数年の期間に高等教育機関の国際化にどのような変化がうまれているのか,そしてそれに対応する入試改革とはどのようなものか,について検討することを目的とする。過去10年間に出版された国際ジャーナルにおける高等教育に関する研究成果をレビューした結果,教育内容と対象の国際化と,卓越性の標準化と公正性という2 つのテーマを巡り,複数の課題が抽出された。グローバル化は,高等教育機関に国際性,卓越性,公正性,多様性を同時に求めるという極めて高度な要求を突き付けており,それに対応するためには追加的措置ではなく,既存の教育システムを見直すことが求められる。その上で入試改革に求められるのは,卓越性,国際性とともに公正性と多様性を確保すること,卓越性や優秀性の基準を大学自らが模索すること,入試,カリキュラム,成果,結果のリンクを強化することである。Since the World Trade Organization (WTO) referred to higher education as a tradable good and service in 2001, the internationalization of higher education has become a major issue and concern in a variety of ways. In response to globalization, higher education is experimenting with various schemes of cross-border mobility and partnership models, four major rankings of universities around the world have emerged, and the International Baccalaureate has received substantial attention as an international model of world-class education. This article aims to investigate how globalization has changed higher education institutions over the past ten years and discuss the implications of possible entrance exam reform. Having reviewed international journal articles published over the past ten years, the author identifies challenges surrounding two themes, namely,the internationalization of educational content and the target and standardization of excellence and its equity.Globalization burdens higher education institutions with great demands, internationality, excellence, equity, and diversity included among them. Responding to these challenges goes far beyond mere countermeasures and will require a fundamental revision of the current education system. The implications of an entrance exam reform at higher education institutions are three-fold: namely, to ensure equity and diversity in addition to excellence and internationality, to seek one's own standard of excellence and merit, and to strengthen the link among entrance exams, curriculums, outputs, and the outcomes of higher education institutions.

近年、地域再生のために地域ブランドが注目を集めている。ブランド総合研究所の都道府県の魅力度ランキングやテレビ番組等を通して、都道府県に対する関心が高まりつつある。しかし、県は地域性が希薄という問題点がある。また、観光地ブランドは、地域が活性化しやすいという特徴がある。 そこで本研究では、県の観光協会のホームページに着目し、ステークホルダーがホームページを見ることによって形成されるイメージが地域のブランドイメージにどのような影響を与えるのか、地域のブランドイメージを形成する一助になることを目的とした。 県の観光協会のホームページを用いてアンケート調査を行い、ブランドイメージに影響を与えるホームページのイメージとデザイン要素を抽出した。嗜好度に関連のある評価項目を抽出し、「イメージ」「影響度」「県らしさ」に関係しているデザイン要素を示した。また、ホームページの提案例を作成し観光協会の方に評価して頂き、どのような場面で使える知識であるかを考察した。

この論文は・マレーシアとシンガポールにおける国民統合の過程を,華語社会に焦点を当てて明らかにし,言語政策が特定の社会集団に与える影響を論述している.植民地時代に同___.の政治状況下にあった両国の華人は・今日・異なる政府の下で異なる社会的対応をせまられている.華人が絶対多数派のシンガポールでは,英語系華人が共通語に英語を指定し・華語系華人の不満をおさえて,「第三中国」でない国づくりを断行した.マレーシアにおいては,マレー人文化優位の政策に対し,華人は少数派文化の尊重を主張し,華語の存続に努力している・両者は一見すると相反する方向を目ざすようであるが,いずれの場合も,華人が現住国の国民になり切ろうとして,かつての「華僑」の性格を弱めたために生じた現象である.そして,新しい言語政策の発動の結果・華語系華人の多くが社会変革の過渡期にみられる孤立・疎外感を味わい,現在の自分の立場に不安を感じるところも両国に共通である.

Liquid paraffin was added to 3 kinds of smectite dispersions containing different amount of salt to prepare emulsions. Stable emulsions were obtained when the smectite particles aggregated to make the dispersions turbid or almost were segregated with salt. Smectite and cationic cellulose were mixed and then the mixtures were investigated as salt tolerance thickener and emulsifier. The smectite-cationic polymer complex could act as thickener even if the complex dispersion contained 3 wt% of NaCl. The complex dispersion viscosity increased as the molecular weight of the added cationic polymer increased. Finer droplet emulsion was obtained with smectite-cationic cellulose complex containing 3wt% NaCl compared to the smectite emulsion.

政府は2010年12月24日の臨時閣議で、11年度当初予算の政府案を決定した。公共事業関係費は、一括交付金化した分を含めると10年度当初予算比で5.1%減の5兆4799億円だった。前年度を実質的に下回る予算案は10年連続だ。 09年の衆院選で、民主党は公共事業費を13年度までに1.3兆円削減することをマニフェスト(政権公約)に掲げた。

政権交代後初めての通年度予算となる2010年度予算案が09年12月25日の臨時閣議で決定した。「コンクリートから人へ」の方針のもと、公共事業費を大幅に圧縮。一方で「国から地方へ」の予算を手厚く配分した。国土交通、農林水産の両省は、既存の補助金や交付金を統合した新たな交付金を創設。直轄事業負担金のうち維持管理費分を原則廃止する。

Virgil is the most important classical author for the creation of Dante's Divine Comedy. The present paper discusses how this ancient poet is treated in the poem and why the Comedy can be regarded as an epic rather than a "commedia", which was the original title of the work and probably means a story with a happy ending. Although Virgil is paid the deepest respect as Dante's master and guide in the Comedy, his limitations are repeatedly shown mainly in theological matters. In particular he lacks in deep understanding of human sin and Christian salvation, so that he is to disappear before Beatrice who can fully purify Dante's soul and lead him through the paradise. In respect of natural virtues and human intellectual power, however, he is so excellent that his guidance through the underworld, successfully finished, represents a fortunate union of the classical humanism and the medieval Christianity. But there is another aspect of Virgil: the great spirit who stands for Limbo. In Dante's hell this special place contains, besides the traditional residents of pious Jews before Christ and unbaptized children, the various pagan poets and philosophers who, despite their outstanding human achievements and their being innocent except for original sin, will not be given divine grace for ever. Why cannot those best pagans be saved? The question is put in Paradiso but remains mysteriously unanswered. Thus Dante casts a doubt on the Christian doctrine, while depicting the supreme bliss of his alter ego elevated to the vision of God. It is because of this unprejudiced view of human conditions that the Comedy should be ranked along with classical epic poetry and still has great spiritual value for us today.

精索静脈瘤が男子不妊症の原因となり得るかどうか,および本症が造精機能障害をもたらすとすればそのメカニズムについて検討し,次の結果を得た。1.精索静脈瘤のある不妊症の精液所見では,特発性不妊症患者の精液所見と比較して精子運動率が低下する傾向がみられた。2.精索静脈瘤手術により精液所見の改善と妊娠率の向上がみられた。3.コルチゾール,セロトニン,プロスタグランディン(PG)E,PGFを内精静脈血と末梢血で比較した結果,コルチゾール,セロトニンは両者の間に差を認めなかったが,PGE,FGFはともに内精静脈血で有意に高値を示した。4.内精静脈造影所見では,腎への逆流のある群と逆流のみられない群に分けることができた。精液所見の改善および妊娠率は前者の方が良好であった。以上より精索静脈瘤は男子不妊症の原因の一つであり,その機序として内精静脈を通して腎静脈血が逆流し,これに含まれるPGが造精機能障害をおこしていると推測された。

【はじめに】左膝蓋骨縦骨折の保存療法を経験した。外側縁部の骨折は血行が乏しく骨癒合が得にくいため、理学療法を実施するにあたり考慮が必要であった。骨折部に対し注意を払い理学療法を実施した結果、良好な成績が得られたので若干の考察を加え報告する。<BR>【症例紹介】症例は80歳代の女性である。自宅にて転倒後、疼痛の訴えが有り当院にて左膝蓋骨骨折と診断されギプス固定となる。発症後、約2週ギプス固定、その後knee braceに変更され週2日、外来にて理学療法開始となる。<BR>【評価および理学療法】理学療法開始の時点で発症4週であり著明な浮腫は見られなかった。関節可動域は屈曲90°伸展-15°、徒手筋力検査は膝伸展3+、屈曲4であった。治療としては膝蓋骨の各rotationの動きを引き出し、外側広筋、腸脛靭帯をトランスバース方向へ滑走させ、膝蓋骨を把持しながら軽い収縮を促した。以上を中心に膝蓋骨に離開ストレスが加わらない様に注意を払いながら徐々に可動域を獲得した。発症8週で屈曲140°伸展0°膝関節屈曲時に膝前面内側部に疼痛がみられた。疼痛の要因は内側縁部骨折線の離開ストレスを考慮しmedial infra patella tissue へのアプローチが十分ではなかったと推察し内側膝蓋大腿靭帯、内側膝蓋支帯に対しストレッチング、滑走性を促した。12週で正座可能となり理学療法終了となる。<BR>【考察】症例は内・外側縁部縦骨折である。富士川は外側縁部縦骨折の場合、血行がきわめて乏しく骨癒合が得にくいと示唆している。つまり固定期間、4週以降も愛護的に可動域を改善して行く慎重さが求められる。外側骨折部は外側広筋斜走線維の付着部であり、外側広筋のhyper traction(過剰牽引)が骨折部の離開を誘発する。そして、外側広筋斜走線維は腸脛靭帯の裏面より起始しており腸脛靭帯を含めた柔軟性改善が重要であると考えられる。外側に比較すると内側は血行が豊富でありtraction方向に働く軟部組織も少ないため積極的に進めた。以上を踏まえアプローチした結果、正座獲得に至った。<BR>

サブスクリプション方式のサービスを採用している企業が増えつつある昨今,ユーザ離脱予測はより重要な課題となっている.既存研究では既に多くの機械学習モデルを用いた研究が行われているが,ユーザ離脱予測は時系列データと非時系列データなどの多様なデータ組み合わせて学習させねばならず,それらを上手く組み合わせた学習モデルは十分に研究されていない.一方で,深層学習の技術は依然発達しており,その特徴としては様々なデータとモデルをEnd-to-Endで学習できることが挙げられる.本研究では,ロボアドバイザーのサービスを運営するウェルスナビ株式会社のデータを用い,深層学習を用いたユーザ離脱予測モデルを提案する.具体的には時系列データや非時系列データを一つのモデルで学習させる手法を提案する.実験ではベンチマークとなる既存研究の分類器の精度を上回る結果を得たことで,本手法の有効性が実証された.

Diet therapy for patients with chronic renal failure is based on low protein and high energy. To achieve strict diet therapy, it is necessary to use specially. formulated low protein foods. Previously, rice with a low content of protein was not available, but recently, a low protein rice (LGC-1 : low glutelin content-1)has been developed. LGC-1 was found to have a low content of glutelin in its seed protein compared to other ordinary rice. Glutelin is the major digestive protein in the rice grain. We studied the usefulness of LGC-1 in the diet therapy of patients with chronic renal failure. Twenty-three patients were placed on the low protein diet (0.6-0.9 g/kg/day) during the pre-study period (a mean of 10 months). Subsequently they were followed with the same diet using LGC-1 for the staple foods during the study period (mean of 7 months). Protein intake and the slope of the reciprocal of serum creatinine did not differ between each study period in all patients. Among the 23 patients, 9 consumed rice mainly as the staple food (120-180 g/day as polished rice : rice group), according to the results of a questionnaire. In the rice group, protein intake decreased (from 47±9 to 42±9 g/day, p<0.05), and the slope of the reciprocal of serum creatinine reduced (from-4.59±4.33 to-1.47±3.51×10-4 dl/mg/day, p<0.05) during the study period, compared with the prestudy period. We conclude that LGC-1 is a useful and effective food for a low protein diet in patients with chronic renal failure, especially, for those who consume rice mainly as their staple food.
