This study had analyzed eye fixation objects, eye fixation directions, and eye fixation times of the sequential urbanscape at the night, which shows the different fixation characters compared to that of the day, in order to clarify the eye fixation characters of the night. Scenery observed from car window was focused in this study due to its popularity as the mean of transportation. Scenery from car window is the urbanscape of a strongly public nature, shared by many users. As a result, informational urbanscape factors were clarified to be the important eye fixation target at the night, showing the largess transition rate among all. Data of eye fixation directions showed less response to the spatial features, concentrating the gaze point: mainly to the foreground view. Eye fixation movements in both night and day had a tendency to gain their range in horizontal directions compared to that of vertical. Such range of eye fixation movement was most influenced by the presence and absence of the sky in the view.

修復的司法は,数年前までは,日本では,ごく少数の人以外にはまったく注目されていなかった.今日では実践例も現れ,修復的司法について論じられることもずいぶん多くなった.それとともに,修復的司法とは何か,についても,見解の相違が目立つようになってきた.本稿では,日本社会で今なぜ修復的司法が求められるのかを論じ,ついで,それに適した修復的司法は,どのような条件を備えた,どのようなタイプのものであるかを論じることにしたい.

Light is one of the most limiting factors affecting plant growth in greenhouses. Recently, supplementary artificial light has been widely used in greenhouse production in winter or on overcast days when solar radiation is weak. However, plant responses to supplementary artificial light in a Chinese Solar Greenhouse (CSG) and the economic feasibility of the lighting strategy are poorly understood. The tomato, one of the most widely produced and consumed vegetables in the world, was tested in this study. A CSG was divided into three sections, and three treatments were arranged. They were top lighting with HPS lamps (TL), TL plus inter-lighting with LEDs (TL+IL), and control treatment without artificial light, respectively. We showed that supplementary artificial light improved the uniformity of light distribution from the south to north end of the CSG, and increased the average greenhouse temperature by ~1–1.4°C. Tomato yield was increased by 21.8% and 32.9% in TL and TL+IL, respectively, compared with that of the control. The higher yield under supplementary artificial light resulted from a larger number of ripe fruits rather than bigger fruit size. Moreover, fruit quality was improved by supplementary artificial light as indicated by a higher total soluble sugar content. There were no significant differences in total biomass production or total soluble sugar content in leaves, as well as fruits, between TL and TL+IL treatments, but TL+IL further stimulated fruit maturation compared with TL. Although supplementary artificial light confers an advantage in terms of tomato growth, it is not economically feasible as 28.8 kWh electricity was required to increase the tomato yield by 1 kg in the CSG. Therefore, it is important to find solutions to increase the efficiency of supplementary artificial light in the CSG.

Kounis症候群とはアレルギー反応に伴い急性冠症候群をきたす症候群であり, 冠攣縮に合併したタイプ1とプラーク破裂に伴う血栓形成に起因するタイプ2に分類される. 今回, われわれはKounis症候群により心肺停止をきたした2症例を経験したので報告する.<BR>症例1: 76歳, 男性. 腰部脊中柱管狭窄症の術中にセフォペラゾンを投与したところ, アナフィラキシーショックを発症した. 下壁誘導にてST上昇を認めたため急性冠症候群と診断, 緊急冠動脈造影にて右冠動脈#1に血栓および#4AVに完全閉塞を認めた. 血栓吸引療法のみで再疎通が得られた.<BR>症例2: 61歳, 男性. 起床時より四肢・体幹に蕁麻疹を認め, その後, 心肺停止となり, 当院へ搬送された. 心肺蘇生術にて心拍再開したが, その後, 心室頻拍が頻発, 急性冠症候群を疑い緊急冠動脈造影を施行した. 冠動脈に有意狭窄は認めなかったが, 心電図上胸部誘導で一時的にST上昇を認めたため, 左前下行枝の冠攣縮と診断した.

The paper presents a structure model with single degree of freedom which may represent the non-linear characteristics of actual machine tool structure. By using an experimental set-up for orthogonal turning which utilizes the proposed structure model, it is shown that the non-linear variations of vibration parameters m, k, c with applied load can be measured with a special impulsive excitation technigic during the actual turning. Th obtained variations are proved to be quite similar to those obtained for usual turning lathe. Computer simulations of chatter on-set process are then carried out with taking both the variable m, k, c obtained and the non-linearity of cutting process reported in the previous papers into account. The predicted stability thresholds of chatter vibration through the simulation are in good quantitative agreement with the experimental results which include the well-known non-linear phenomena such as high feed and high speed stabilities of chatter and the finite amplitude chatter vibration.

2011年1~3月の間に当院に入院した非代償性心不全患者で, これまでに3回以上の心不全入院歴があるか, または強心薬依存状態でフロセミド40mg/日相当以上, あるいは複数の利尿薬を内服していた65歳以上の高齢者心不全増悪症例計18例 (平均81歳) に対するバソプレシンV2受容体, トルバプタンの有用性を検討した. トルバプタンの経口投与開始24時間後には, 尿量が有意に増加した. 心エコーから求めた心内圧や脳性ナトリウム利尿ペプチド (brain natriuretic peptide ; BNP) 値は有意に低下した. 一方, 血圧に関しては有意な変化は認めなかった. 血清クレアチニン値に有意な変化はなかったが, 血清ナトリウム濃度は3例で145mEq/Lを超えたため, トルバプタンを中止した. 入退院を繰り返す非代償性心不全において, トルバプタンの追加投与は, 少量の内服でも有効な尿量増加が期待できる.

サムさん父子がモデルとなったポスターの「育児をしない男を,父とは呼ばない」は,今年の流行語大賞に選ばれて当然。名文句は父親と子どもの関係ばかりでなく,従来の日本社会の秩序を見直すインパクトをも与えたようだ。 厚生省の面々がこのポスターの仕掛人だが,その背中を押したのは総理大臣主宰の「少子化への対応を推進する有識者会議」の提言だった。この会議の事務局役の一人だった高倉信行さんは,昨年5月に生まれた長男の育児のために今年1月から3月まで3か月の育児休業をとり,しっかり「父」をやっている。

ファミリー・グループ・カンファレンス(FGC)は1989年NZで開発された。このFGCは、要養護児童の処遇を決定する上で、家族参画が最も具現化されたシステムとして、オセアニア、ヨーロッパ、北米、アジアの一部の国などから注目され、導入されている。そこで、わが国への導入に向けて、NZでの現状と課題を把握した結果、FGCの開催を法的に位置づけること、財源を確保すること、司法との連携が重要であることが明らかになった。
