本州(備前児島)側から四国讃岐方面を望み、島の起伏を絵画風に表現する塩飽諸島全域の海路図。塩飽諸島は備讃瀬戸の海上に散在する約30の島々。瀬戸内海交通の要衝で、中世以来の水軍の根拠地、幕府の水主役をつとめ、自治制を保った。讃岐西部に山崎甲斐守様御領、東部に松平右京太夫様御領とある。山崎甲斐守は寛永18年(1641)に西讃岐に入封し、万治元年(1658)にはかわって京極氏が同地に入っているので、地図の成立ないし書写の時期はこの期間か。地図収納の袋は文政九戌年の年記がある文書利用の渋引紙。島間をぬける長短の海路が朱線(里程入り)で縦横に描かれ、白地に黒点で砂州の所在をあらわす。地図上23か所に付箋があり、水路幅、大舟、小舟の通過条件を注記する。本州、四国はほぼ海岸線のみを簡略に表示。

The aim of this study was to determine the probiotic and the prebiotic-like properties of Bacillus subtilis BN, a spore-forming bacterium, also known as “natto-kin”, which is used for making the Japanese fermented food, natto. We used the spores and vegetative cells of this strain and compared their effects on the growth of lactobacilli. Culture supernatant from B. subtilis BN was added to a glucose-free MRS medium used to culture lactobacilli. When lactobacilli were cultured in the supernatant-containing medium, growth was improved. This effect resulted from the digestion of starch by amylase, which was secreted by B. subtilis. Moreover, improved amylase-independent growth was also observed. Co-culture with B. subtilis improved the growth of lactobacilli, and this effect was only observed with vegetative cells; spores did not improve the growth of lactobacilli. This effect on growth was lost upon heat treatment of the vegetative cells. These results suggest that the surface protein of B. subtilis BN vegetative cells participates in the improved growth effect of lactobacilli. It is possible that B. subtilis BN could improve the intestinal flora. In addition, B. subtilis BN inhibited the growth of Salmonella enterica. Thus, it was shown that B. subtilis BN has both a probiotic and prebiotic potential. This is the first study demonstrating the selective growth improvement of indigenous intestinal lactobacilli using B. subtilis BN.

【目的】γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)・リンゴ酢含有飲料水「顆糖熟(かとなーる)^[○!R]」の血圧に及ぼす作用と安全性を検討した.【方法】対象は,正常血圧者(収縮期血圧130mmHg未満かつ拡張期血圧85mmHg未満.N群.8名)と未治療正常高値血圧者(収縮期血圧130-139mmHgまたは拡張期血圧85-89mmHg)・軽症高血圧患者(収縮期血圧140-159mmHgまたは拡張期血圧90-99mmHg)のH群(10名)のボランテア計18名(男/女=13/5.平均46±3歳.)である.1本90mlにGABA70mg含有する飲料水「顆糖熟^[○!R]」を1日1本12週間摂取し,2週間毎に血圧・血液生化学・尿を検査した.【結果】診察所見・自覚所見で有害事象は見られなかった.N群では摂取による血圧の有意な変化は見られなかった(収縮期血圧118±3mmHgから113±4mmHg).H群では,摂取6週目から血圧低下が見られ,開始日(収縮期血圧136±2mmHg)と比較して10・12週目に有意な低下が見られた(収縮期血圧129±3・128±4mmHg,両p<0.05).興味深いことに,摂取中止2週後は更に血圧が低下し(126±3mmHg,p<0.05),中止4過後に血圧が上昇してきて摂取前と差が見られなくなった(130±4mmHg).摂取による血液生化学・尿検査の異常変化は見られなかったが,血糖値・GOT・γ-GTP・LDHの有意な低下と総コレステロール値の低下傾向が見られた.【総括】GABA含有飲料水「顆糖熟^[○!R]」は正常高値血圧者・軽症高血圧患者で緩やかに血圧を降下させ,安全性が高いことが示唆された.

大正期の谷崎は探偵小説のような作品を多く書き記してきた。そしてその探偵小説群の根幹にあたる作品はこの「秘密」であろう。この「秘密」は探偵小説として一体どのような性質をもっているかを考えたとき、そこに《秘密》という概念が根底に潜んでいることが見て取れる。その《秘密》という概念が「秘密」という作品の中でどのような影響を与えているか、またそのことが「秘密」をどのような探偵小説としての意義をもたらしているか考えてみたとき、谷崎の「秘密」は通常の探偵小説とはいささか異なった特性を持っていることがうかがい知れた。単なる変態性欲やマゾヒズムといった見地とは違う立場からこの「秘密」という作品を読解していくと、そこには《秘密》と《謎》という新たなテーマが浮かんできた。

Consumption tax of 5% in Japan is comparatively low compared to other countries. But it is insufficient to cover her annual expenditure and the deficit is compensated by the publication of government bonds. However, the publication of government bonds became more than twice her GDP. Besides, there is criticism such as "unfair tax collection", "many tax evasions", "high tax collection cost". The author would like to propose a new "e-Tax" system utilizing ICT used in credit cards. The <e-Tax> utilizes electronic money instead of paper money being used now.<BR>The income tax can change tax rate from 0% for the low-income people to the highest tax rate for the high-income people at smoothly progressive rate. It can change tax rate according to the amount of accumulated income electronically and automatically from January 1st, to the present day. In addition, the consumption tax will be fixed 10% in 2015, but, in that case, the low-income people who use all the income to survive pays consumption tax of 10%, while the high income people, the consumption tax rate is lower than 10%, for they can save money without using the total income. This is reverse progressive taxation.<BR>The <e-Tax> can change tax rate automatically according to the amount of accumulation of the consumption from January 1st to the present day. It can solve the problem of the reverse progressive taxation. Because all these tax collection is performed by electronic money by ATM terminals and it is expected that tax collection cost will be much reduced without tax evasion.

In this paper, we present a visual navigation method in an indoor GPS environment using D* Lite and fuzzy motion planning for humanoid robots. First, we estimate the location of the robot using an inner GPS(iGPS). A global path is searched considering the direction to the goal based on D* Lite planning method. A fuzzy motion planner finds feasible locomotion primitives to track the global path. It selects an optimal primitive depending on a distance between the path and the humanoid robot and an angle difference between a tangent angle of the path and a pointing angle of the robot. Fuzzy motion planner also decides that selected primitive can be applied to the walking motion of humanoid. If it is feasible, a humanoid robot executes locomotion primitives in order to navigate to the goal along the path. We verify our approach through the navigation experiments by using a developed small humanoid robot. The experimental results demonstrate that the humanoid robot can navigate fast and stably to the goal.
