重度知的障害の方が自傷,他傷,パニックなど激しい行動上の問題を示すことがある。これらの方の約8割は自閉症の方であり,行動障害は自閉症という障害特性からくるもの,障害特性を無視した,あるいは配慮が不足した場合に生じるもの,精神科疾患との関連で生じるもの等があるが,それぞれが複雑に絡み合って生じることも多い。今回は事例を通じて行動障害が発生する原因を探り,有効な療育方法に言及する。さらに,療育的関わりだけでは行動改善の効果が上がらない一群もあることも述べたい。

本研究の目的は、服濡らし・放尿の行動障害を8年間にわたり示していた、知的障害者入所更生施設の利用者に対し行った包括的アプローチにより、改善がみられた取り組みの過程を分析し、施設において実施可能な支援を検討することである。本事例では、最初は服を濡らす行動に対し行動自体の制止、放尿については、誘導と後片付けという対応を行った。しかし、それらの減少はみられなかった。その後、保護者との情報交換をもとに、介入の標的行動を「服を濡らす」ことから、その結果生じる「服を着替える」という行動に転換し、服を濡らさず居室で着替えることを形成した。また、並行して、スケジュールの調整、好み・特性を生かした療育の導入という環境に対するアプローチを行った。その結果、それらの行動障害は改善し、1年6か月の間維持された。本事例の行動障害の改善には、行動の機能の推定に加え、保護者からの情報をもとに、服を着替えるという適切な行動の形成と、環境の調整を行う包括的なアプローチが有効であったと考えられる。

昭和9年9月21日 關西地方大風水害に際し、著者等は狩野春一、神谷六美の兩氏(別項兩氏論説参照)と共に東京工業大學より出張を命ぜられ、兼ねて建築學會の調査委員を委囑されて9月22日より約1週間に亘り、大阪・境の兩市を中心に大阪・兵庫・京都の三府縣下に亘つて、主として建築物の被害状況を視察した。本文は前記風水害に關する著者等の視察報告であるが、前半に於いては主として『建築物に及ぼす風の諸作用』と『建築物倒潰の原因』とを説明する目的を以て撮影したる寫眞に依つて風害の特異性を論じ、後半に於ては特に注意して觀察したる所に基いて、今囘の風害に於ける『筋違・控柱の成績』を述べ、更に進んで過去の諸災害に於ける教示をも含めて『筋違・控柱の使用上に就ての注意』を記したものである。追つて昭和9年11月2日建築學會主催關西風水害に關する講演會に於て『筋違・控柱の耐風的効果』と題して著者の1人が講演せるものは本文内容の一端である。今茲に本報告を公表するに當り、公務御多端の際にも拘らず、調査に際して多大の便宜と援助とを與へられたる大阪府建築課長中澤誠一郎氏、兵庫縣建築課長山崎英二氏、京都府建築監督官和田甲一氏を始め三府縣の建築課員諸氏並に各被害學校の校長外職員各位に對して深厚なる謝意を表する次第である。

In 2009, the Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA) established Sports Pharmacist—a system for certified pharmacists. There are many over-the-counter drugs that contain prohibited substances in Japan, and they are easily available. In Japan, most doping violations are committed when athletes unintentionally take prohibited substances. Therefore, the Sports Pharmacist has a vital role in promoting the prevention of doping. In the present study, surveys involving a total of 350 athletes, (including 260 representatives of Ehime Prefecture in the National Athletic Meets and 90 college students who participated in the intercollegiate athletics Shikoku area meets), on awareness regarding doping and medical drugs were conducted. Using correspondence and logistic regression analyses, the results were examined to develop a model for the prediction of athletes' actions to cope with sickness based on changes in their awareness of anti-doping, and the relationship between them was also analyzed. The survey results suggested that attitudes towards doping were strongly influenced by gender, rather than the athletic ability and whether or not a doping test is scheduled. Their behavior and criteria for the selection of drugs to address sickness were strongly correlated with awareness of anti-doping. Therefore, athletes with an increased awareness of anti-doping are expected to consult a pharmacist prior to using medicine. The Sports Pharmacist should further promote environmental development, such as activities to improve awareness of doping among young athletes and the establishment of medical drug consultation services for athletes (female athletes in particular).

The clinical effects of recombinant feline interferon-ω (rFeIFN-ω), produced in silkworm by recombinant baculovirus, were examined in 3-4 month-old beagle dogs given an experimental canine parvovirus type-2 (CPV-2) infection. Clinical symptoms, such as pyrexia, vomiting, anorexia and diarrhea, were observed on day 4 after oral inoculation of 107 TCID 50 of CPV-2 (cc 238 strain) in almost all the inoculated dogs. From day 4, rFeIFN-ω (1 mega units/kg/day) or physiological saline was administered intravenously to infected dogs for 3 consecutive days. Seven out of 17 dogs treated with physiological saline showed hemorrhagic diarrhea and continuously expressed severe clinical enteritis; one dog died with a large amount of hemorrhagic rice-water stool on day 6 after viral exposure. In contrast, 4 out of 12 dogs treated with rFeIFN-ω showed severe clinical enteritis associated with intermittent diarrhea. Scoring of fecal condition revealed that treatment with rFeIFN-ω significantly shifted the enteritis from a severe to mild form. Furthermore, rFeIFN-ω administered in the morning decreased the number of dogs expressing clinical enteritis in the evening suggesting a rapid effect. Vomiting and anorexia were also improved by treatment with rFeIFN-ω. These results suggest that rFeIFN-ω can reduce severe enteritis caused by CPV-2 infection in dogs.

The usefulness as one of the tools for self-medication of oral rehydration therapy (ORT), recommended as a safe and effective therapy for mild to moderate dehydration, was surveyed by questionnaire for pharmacists in community pharmacies. ORT products were sold in 112 pharmacies (61%), and the common product was OS-1®. Approximately 50% of sellers answered that they had no particular difficulty in explaining ORT. Percentage to answer “hard to describe” is significantly higher in pharmacists who believe there is a need to consider underlying health conditions of customers or patients when implementing ORT. Around 77% of pharmacists considered ORT to be useful in patients as a method of self-medication. A significant number of pharmacists selling ORT products depends on the consultation from customers or patients and provide advice to them confirming that ORT was useful. From these results, it was suggested that further information concerning ORT, such as its use in patients with chronic disorders or signs for completion, and the initiative of pharmacists to participate are necessary for spread the efficacy of ORT for self-medication in patients.

In an attempt to study positively one aspect of the contemporary huge urban society, we have taken up the case of Kyoto City (with a populationn fooe million and one handred thousand) and tried to determine the marriage pattern of its inhabitants in terms of where they have found their marriage partners since 1901. After analysing 14, 886 marriage cases, we have arrived at the following conclusions. <BR>1. In about 40%, of those cases, the marriage took place between the inhabitants of Kyoto City. The percentage of such cases, however, has been decreasing. <BR>2. In about 30%, an inhabitant of Kyoto was married to a person coming from the distant area (from 50 to 800 kilometers from Kyoto). The percentage has been decreasing. <BR>3. In other cases, the marriage was between an inhabitant of Kyoto and a person from the area within 50 kilometers from the city. The percentage of those cases has been rather constant <BR>In short, in many cases, the marriage takes place between the two living not for apart from each other. On the other hand, if we look at the picture more dynamically, we notice the tendency that marriage of the two living comparatively for are representing a greater percentage over the period. <BR>Finally, we have detected similar trends in the marriages statistics concerning rural communities.

Nature-inspired devices and architectures are attracting considerable attention for various purposes, including the development of novel computing techniques based on spatiotemporal dynamics, exploiting stochastic processes for computing, and reducing energy dissipation. This paper demonstrates that networks of optical energy transfers between quantum nanostructures mediated by optical near-field interactions occurring at scales far below the wavelength of light could be utilized for solving a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP), the satisfiability problem (SAT), and a decision making problem. The optical energy transfer from smaller quantum dots to larger ones, which is a quantum stochastic process, depends on the existence of resonant energy levels between the quantum dots or a state-filling effect occurring at the larger quantum dots. Such a spatiotemporal mechanism yields different evolutions of energy transfer patterns in multi-quantum-dot systems. We numerically demonstrate that networks of optical energy transfers can be used for solution searching and decision making. We consider that such an approach paves the way to a novel physical informatics in which both coherent and dissipative processes are exploited, with low energy consumption.

本稿では,全国アンケート調査に基づいて,農業法人経営における事業展開,人材育成およびICT活用の最新動向とその関連を明らかにした.まず第1に,経営規模拡大(売上高や従事者数の増加)の実態を明らかにした.第2に,売上高が増加すると経常利益が黒字の経営が増加することを明らかにした.第3に,経営規模拡大の重要戦略である事業多角化の主要共通課題が,「人員・人材確保」,「技術・ノウハウ」,「従業員育成」などの人材確保・育成と,「販路の開拓」や「情報の発信方法」などのマーケティングであることを明らかにした.第4に,経営規模拡大(従事者数)により,「作業マニュアルの作成」などの人材育成項目に取組む経営が増加することを明らかにした.第5に,ICTの活用動向および人材育成との関連について明らかにした.具体的には農業法人経営のほとんどはパソコンや携帯電話などを業務で利用しており,1~2割は各種センサー類を利用している.経営規模の大小を問わず経営のほとんどは,「財務管理」にICTを活用しているが,経営規模によってセンサー類による「情報の計測」や「自動制御」の活用割合は異なる.経営規模(従事者数)が増加するとほとんどの項目で活用割合が増加する.さらに,ICTを活用した人材育成・能力向上の取組では,「情報の整理・共有化」の取組割合は,経営規模(従業員数)に比例的に増加するが,「作業支援・判断支援」は,経営規模(従業員数)が一定の規模を超えると急増する.
