今、知的障害者福祉は大きな変動期にある。1970年代は、大規模入所施設であるコロニーを中心に、全国各地で知的障害者の入所施設が次々と増設されていった施設中心の福祉の時代であった。それから約35年以上経った現在、「重い障害があっても地域で暮らす」というノーマライゼーションの思想がようやく浸透しつつある。しかし、35年前と比較して、地域の基盤整備は整ったものの、親が抱く「親亡き後」の問題は厳然としてある。本稿では、日本全国に入所施設が次々と建設されていった時代から、現在の施設批判および地域生活移行に至るまでの35年間で、「何が変わったのか」「何が変わっていないのか」を明らかにした。そして、未だに家族のケアに依存している問題を指摘し、問題解決に向けて親子を分離して「どのように支援していくか」という視点が重要であると結論づけた。

症例は37歳,女性.2009年3月末より右乳房CD領域に圧痛・熱感を伴う径7cm大の硬結を自覚し,4月,自潰し排膿を認めたことから当科外来初診となった.38℃の発熱を認め,血液検査でも炎症反応が高値であった.乳房超音波検査で右乳房全体に低エコー領域を認めた.針生検では,乳管周囲に類上皮細胞・組織球・リンパ球・形質細胞の浸潤と多核巨細胞を認め,悪性所見は認めなかった.外来で切開排膿した.5月より全身関節痛が出現した.血液検査上,自己免疫性関連抗体は陰性であり,肉芽腫性乳腺炎に伴う全身関節痛と診断し,7月よりステロイドの内服を開始した.関節症状・乳房所見ともに軽快し,2010年1月に投与を中止した.投与中止から1年経過し,症状の再燃なく当科外来通院中である.

In order to know how to live longer and healthy, we conducted centenarian study with multidisciplinary approach since 2000. We presented here the results of our study. The characteristics of centenarians are 1) low prevalence of diadetes mellitus, 2) frequency of illness is 97%,3) prevalence of dementia free and independent centenarian is 18%, 4)low level of albumin, 5) low-grade activation of inflammation, 6) high level of adiponectin. We proposed aging-inflammation hypothesis. Since centenarian is not the model of healthy longevity, we began to study semisupercentenarians (SSC). SSC are considered to be a real model of human longevity. Whole genome scan of both SSC and control group, is now in progress. We hope that longevity genes will identified within a few years.

This thesis is to study the characters of mothers in Frances Hodgson Burnett's three most popular works, in view of Jungian idea of Great Mother. Although there are no fairy godmothers, witches, or murderers, there are many reminiscences of fairy-tale characters that represent various elements of Great Mother. In Little Lord Fauntleroy, Cedric's mother represents the positive side of Great Mother that loves and fosters children, while hysteric and selfish Bevis' wife represents the negative side of Great Mother that devours and kills children. In Little Princess, Sara inherits motherly characteristics from her dead mother, while Miss Minchin is the very "step-mother"of a fairy tale. In The Secret Garden, Mary's mother represents the negative side of Great Mother as she neglects her child. On the other hand, Martha's mother represents the positive side as she loves Mary and Colin as well as her own children. Although children need the positive side of Great Mother in order to grow, they also need to experience the negative side in order to become independent adults. Cedric is a young boy before experiencing the negative side, while the two heroines experience both sides fully, and they seem to become fine mature women.

近年、ディジタル情報を守るための措置が注目されている。その中で、特に重要視されている措置は暗号である。この措置をディジタル情報に施すことによってその情報を無許可の使用者から守ることができると思われている。さらに、その措置を法律上守る必然性を促すため、暗号化の解読行為を侵入行為とみなし、無許可の使用者へ侵入者同等の法的措置の導入を求めている著作権者が増えている。本論文ではこの侵入者説への批判を行う。特に、侵入者から財産を守る意味を再確認し、著作権者の財産の定義と統一性について問題を明確にし、暗号解読の権利の範囲がまだ確保されていることを指摘する。

To estimate the collimator scatter factor, <i>S</i>_c of small field sizes in which a mini-phantom cannot be fully included at the nominal treatment distance (NTD=100 cm), we measured the in-air output of 4 MV and 10 MV X-rays of a Varian's Clinac 2100 C/D using a mini-phantom at NTD and at a long source-to-chamber distance (SCD=200 cm) with field-size defined at the isocenter down to 4.6×4.6cm² and 2.3×2.3cm², respectively. We then compared the fitted curve to the NTD dataset by a cumulative exponential distribution model with that by a cumulative Gaussian distribution (error function) model containing a zero-field extrapolated term derived from the long SCD dataset. The results showed that the zero-field extensions of two fitted curves coincided for a 4 MV X-ray, but a large discrepancy was seen between them for a 10 MV X-ray. Therefore, the <i>S</i>_c of small field sizes not measurable using a mini-phantom at the NTD can be well estimated by applying the cumulative exponential model to the NTD dataset in the case of a 4 MV X-ray beam filtrated with a cone-shaped flattener. However, to estimate the <i>S</i>_c of such small field sizes in the case of a 10 MV X-ray beam filtrated with a bell-shaped flattener, we consider it preferable to also measure in-air output at a long SCD and to apply the cumulative Gaussian model as described here.

連携の困難性を、専門職であっても心(感情)をもった一個の人間であるという視点から検討した。連携という相互関係を通して、専門職個人にはさまざまな感情ー援助対象者をめぐって、連携相手・機関に対して、自身の専門性に対して等ーが去来する。そうした個人の感情は連携を阻害する要因になりうることを複数の先行研究や筆者の授業実践報告は示している。中でも本人が気づきにくい(意識されない)感情の問題をどう乗り越えるのかについて、精神分析の逆転移の概念を援用し論じた。すなわち、自身の内面でなく自身の外側で生じた「できごと」を観察・記録し、他者と話し合うといった地道な作業が自己理解につながると考えられた。

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades support the flow of extracellular signals to intracellular target molecules and ultimately drive a diverse array of physiological functions in cells, tissues, and organisms by interacting with other proteins. Yet, our knowledge of the global physical MAPK interactome in plants remains largely fragmented. Here, we utilized the yeast two-hybrid system and coimmunoprecipitation, pull-down, bimolecular fluorescence complementation, subcellular localization, and kinase assay experiments in the model crop rice (Oryza sativa) to systematically map what is to our knowledge the first plant MAPK-interacting proteins. We identified 80 nonredundant interacting protein pairs (74 nonredundant interactors) for rice MAPKs and elucidated the novel proteome-wide network of MAPK interactors. The established interactome contains four membrane-associated proteins, seven MAP2Ks (for MAPK kinase), four MAPKs, and 59 putative substrates, including 18 transcription factors. Several interactors were also validated by experimental approaches (in vivo and in vitro) and literature survey. Our results highlight the importance of OsMPK1, an ortholog of tobacco (Nicotiana benthamiana) salicyclic acid-induced protein kinase and Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) AtMPK6, among the rice MAPKs, as it alone interacts with 41 unique proteins (51.2% of the mapped MAPK interaction network). Additionally, Gene Ontology classification of interacting proteins into 34 functional categories suggested MAPK participation in diverse physiological functions. Together, the results obtained essentially enhance our knowledge of the MAPK-interacting protein network and provide a valuable research resource for developing a nearly complete map of the rice MAPK interactome.

The deposition and the isothermal crystallization kinetics of thin amorphous solid water (ASW) films on both Ru(0001) and CO-precovered Ru(0001) have been investigated in real time by simultaneously employing helium atom scattering, infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy, and isothermal temperature-programmed desorption. During ASW deposition, the interaction between water and the substrate depends critically on the amount of preadsorbed CO. However, the mechanism and kinetics of the crystallization of ~50 layers thick ASW film were found to be independent of the amount of preadsorbed CO. We demonstrate that crystallization occurs through random nucleation events in the bulk of the material, followed by homogeneous growth, for solid water on both substrates. The morphological change involving the formation of three-dimensional grains of crystalline ice results in the exposure of the water monolayer just above the substrate to the vacuum during the crystallization process on both substrates.
