大学祭での一般来場者向け学術企画の一環として,体験型の情報科学教育手法 「コンピュータサイエンスアンプラグド」 の学習活動を来場者が体験できる展示企画を実施した。会場内に複数の学習活動空間を設け,多様な来場者をガイドが都度案内する博物館型展示としたため,一斉授業とは異なるさまざまな工夫を施した。本発表では,今回の実践をふまえ,コンピュータサイエンスアンプラグドの博物館型展示の可能性と課題を考察する。As an attraction in a university campus festival, we held a scientific exhibition based on Computer Science Unplugged for general visitors. Unlike a class in a school, we had to guide various visitors of all ages, who arrived by twos and threes. To enable this, we set up stages of various activities in the classroom in parallel, and we offered each group of visitors suitable selection of activities. On the outcome of this practice, we investigate possibilities of such kind of exhibition based on CS Unplugged.

In this research, we propose the analysis method of visual and haptic information flow in human central nervous system by using a wearable haptic display for hairy skin of human arm. This display can produce haptic stimulation on the hairy skin of human arm by using DC motors. In the evaluation experiment, we used the virtual reality system with physical mass-spring-damper calculation, and controlled virtual arm with mechanical haptic display and motion capture system.

本稿は、「老いと死をめぐる想像力」をテーマとする拙稿を集成した論文の序章の前半にあたる。本稿は、まず、文学者の優れた想像力・洞察力・表現力によって、老いや死の問題を現前化させる力に着目し、文学との「領域横断性」に触れる。主に、旧約聖書の「ヨブ記』とM,ヴェーバーの『プロテスタンテイズムの倫理と資本主義の精神」を中心に据え、その後、論文が抱えている4つの課題を提示する。第1の課題、すなわち「なぜ民俗学の素材を使用するのか」が最も重要な位置を占める。というのは、この部分が論文の構成にストレートに関わるからである。他の課題とは、第2に「文学的想像力と社会学的想像力の架橋可能性とは」、第3に「死者と生者の関係性に着目するとは」、第4に「ジェンダーの視点では何を具体的に考察するのか」であるが、本稿は第一の民俗学に関わる課題のみを扱う。This document will serve as the first half of the preface to "Discussion," a collection of my work that addresses the theme of "the power of imagination regarding old age and death." This piece will focus on the power possessed by writers—through outstanding imagination, insight, and expression—to introduce the issues of old age and death to the public and allude to the "cross-disciplinary nature" of literature. Primarily centered on the Old Testament's Book of Job and M. Weber's The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism (Die protestantische Ethik und der 'Geist' desKapitalismus), I present four questions with which the works in "Discussion" engage with. The first question is "Why usefolkloristic materials?" This question occupies the primary position because it is directly related to the structure of thesubsequent studies. The other questions include the following: "What is the potential for bridge-building between theliterary and sociological power of imagination?" "What does it mean to focus on the relation between the living and thedead?" and "What is specifically considered from the perspective of gender?" However, this document will only concern itself with the first question, which is regarding the study of folklore.

Libraries were established in succession all over the country in the last years of the Meiji Era. In Shiga prefecture they also opened many public or private based libraries, which became the foundation of activity and management of the modern library. Otsu Public Library was one of them. Even it was established in good economic and social conditions, it closed after less than 40 years. This contribution tries to follow and study its history from establishment to closure, especially focus on the child reference services of library management. And moreover, there are many discussions about the relevance of the library as the center of social education or culture for children. The new role of the library is expected not only to encompass reading and children, but also to occupy a secure place in the community outside school and home. The contribution also examines the possibilities by following the history of the library since Meiji Era.

被災した住民の方々(災害廃棄物を出したことのある人)を対象に、発災後の災害廃棄物に関する行動や評価の実態を把握するアンケート調査を実施した。結果、精神的なダメージを受けながらも、提示された分別に従おうとするスタンスが伺えた。他方、分別方法の提示はうまくいっているとは言えず、誤解も多い可能性が高いことがわかった。災害時の分別等に関する情報入手においては、コミュニティ(自治会や隣人付き合い)が重要であり、今後、平時のコミュニティ維持・再生も大変重要な側面となると考えられた。

今日における経済のグローバル化は,財・サービスのクロスボーダーな取引の増大,高度な情報通信技術の発達により,巨額な国際金融取引・資本取引が可能になったことに伴い,アメリカの多国籍企業や大企業の国際的租税回避行為が増加してきた。 一方,1970年代以降の景気後退に直面したアメリカ連邦政府は,これに対応するため,従来の租税優遇措置を拡大し,さらに多くの新たな租税優遇措置を導入した。租税優遇措置の目的は国内経済の活性化を図り, 国内産業の国際的競争力を高める経済政策であったが, この政策目的を逸脱する租税優遇措置の濫用行為が急増してきた。国際的租税回避行為の増加と租税優遇措置の濫用行為の増加は, 連邦政府の税収減少をもたらし, 巨額な財政赤字を生み出す結果となった。 本稿は,このような国際的租税回避行為および租税優遇措置の濫用行為に対する政府の対抗措置とその効果とその測定について検討すると共に, 租税回避行為を防止するためのあり方について考察を試みるものである。

[目的]運動時間の違いによるジムボールを用いた脊柱可動性運動の効果を検討することである。[対象と方法]健常男性48名を運動時間60秒群,30秒群,15秒群,コントロール群の4群に無作為に分けた。60,30,15秒群はボール上で腹這位をとらせる脊柱可動性運動を行い,コントロール群は静止立位を15秒間保持させた。介入前後に脊柱可動性を計測した。各群での介入前後の比較と変化率の群間比較を行った。[結果]60,30,15秒群では体幹傾斜角と仙骨傾斜角の脊柱可動性運動後の値が運動前と比較して有意に大きかった。変化率の群間比較では60秒群の体幹傾斜角がコントロール群に比べ有意に大きい値を示した。[結語]ボールを用いた脊柱可動性運動は60秒間行うことで脊柱可動性が有意に変化することが示唆された。
