Cross-sectional research has indicated that the psychological variables of the protective motive theory and normative focus theory are related to avoidance behaviors around going out or contacting others during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there has been no longitudinal research investigating whether these psychological variables predict similar behaviors. The aim of this longitudinal study was to examine whether these psychological variables predicted such behaviors immediately after the termination of the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency. A total of 781 participants completed a web-based survey immediately before and after the termination of the state of emergency in Tokyo. A cross-lagged effects model was used to analyze psychological predictors. The results indicated that the perceived self-efficacy of avoidance behaviors (β = .099), injunctive norms (β = .135), and descriptive norms (β = -.061) immediately before the state of emergency termination predicted avoidance behaviors around going out or contacting others immediately after the termination. These results suggested causal relationships between perceived self-efficacy, descriptive norms, and injunctive norms and avoidance behaviors around going out or contacting others.

本稿では,テクノポップユニットPerfumeを,社会システム論の観点から分析する。彼女らのパフォーマンスの特徴は,「非人間的身体性の表象」とでも表現できるような,機械的に処理され個性を奪われたかのように聞こえる歌唱と,アンドロイドのような非人間的なイメージをともなうダンスによって示される。このようなPerfumeの非人間的身体性の表象は,文化産業を資本主義の非人間性との関連で捉える伝統的な見方に対するアンチテーゼとして理解できる。様々な社会システムの複合的重なり合いの中で生み出されるPerfumeというコンテンツは,音楽に関わる社会システムの作動に影響を与える「出来事」として,音楽を語る語彙を変革し,我々の思考枠組みに影響を与えてきた。Perfumeの非人間的身体性の表象が大衆的な支持を得続けているという事実は,個人と社会,個性と文化産業,生活世界とシステムといった二元論的世界観に基づく認識枠組みに根本的な反省を迫るものである。

The bull shark, Carcharhinus leucas (Müller and Henle, 1839), previously reported from Japanese waters but without voucher specimens, is herein reported and its status as a Japanese species confirmed, from 33 specimens, including three from a riverine habitat, collected from Okinawa and Iriomote Islands, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.

Death due to gas gangrene following tooth extraction of mandibular third molar was reported. The patient was a 53-year-old female. Her mandibular left third molar was extracted 8 days before she was referred to our clinic. She did not receive any prophylactic antibiotics. After tooth extraction she developed swelling and pain of the left oral floor and the neck with severe sore throat and trismus. She had been treated with intravenous antibiotics and surgical drainage at a local hospital, however, the symptoms did not improve. The CT findings of the neck were abundant gas in the soft tissue of the neck. The diagnosis was cervical gas gangrene. The hematological tests revealed increase of white blood cells (13600/mm3), CRP (25.9mg/dl), blood sugar (332mg/dl), hypoalbuminemia (Alb ; 2.5g/dl), and liver dysfunction (GOT ; 42IU/l, GPT ; 63IU/l) .She seemed to be getting better due to drainage on Day 4 after admission, however, the neck skin became necrotic widely. On Day 8, rapid swelling and severe pain from the neck to chest were observed. The general conditions began to worsen, and she died of multi-organ failure on Day 12 (19 days after tooth extraction) . Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus milleri, Gemella haemolysan and Peptostreptococcus micros were isolated from the pus.It was considered that the necrotic tissues of the neck, which might cause residual infection, should have been removed completely, and the management for hyperglycemia and hypoalbuminemia was also very important to treat severe infectious gas gangrene.

【目 的】 看護職がインシデント・アクシデントを繰り返し起こす要因を明らかにする. 【方 法】 インシデント・アクシデントに関する先行研究の質問項目を参考にして, 質問紙を作成した. 急性期病院1施設の看護職689名に対して, 無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した. 対象者を6か月間のインシデント・アクシデントの頻度によって3群 (0回, 1~2回, 3回以上) に分け, インシデント・アクシデントに関連する質問の項目平均得点を比較した. 【結 果】 有効回答は461名 (有効回答率92.9%) であった. 「不安・緊張」, 「混乱」, 「抑うつ」, 「従順な性格特性」, 「判断力の不足」, 「連携不足」, 「過酷な勤務状況」, 「業務多忙」の8項目の項目平均得点は, インシデント・アクシデントが3回以上の群が有意に高かった (p<0.05~0.001). 【結 語】 看護職のインシデント・アクシデントの頻度は, これらの8項目と関連していた. よって, これらの項目はインシデント・アクシデントのリスクを把握するスクリーニング項目として活用可能であることが示唆された.

「おもわく」の用法と意味について考察を行った。その結果、名詞用法(ク語法の「今、現に思っていること」という分詞用法が形骸化)と副詞用法(引用句を導く)が併存したのが、近世に名詞用法のみとなること、近世に「恋・恋人」の意味がみられ、近代以降には商業・経済専門用語として使われていたことを明らかにした。くわえて「思惑」の表記が専門用語としての「おもわく」の意味に影響を与えていたであろうことを示した。

The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effects of the recovery from dietary zinc-deficiency on the number of total white blood cells (WBCs), neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils, and plasma zinc and corticosterone concentrations in weanling male Sprague Dawley rats. Rats (n=34) of the zinc-deficient diet (0.6 mg zinc/kg diet) and control diet (35.2 mg zinc/kg diet) groups were fed for 4 wk, and then rats of both groups were fed with the control diet for 3 wk. Zinc-deficiency increased duration-dependently and clearly the number of total WBCs, neutrophils and eosinophils, and the increased numbers of these cells recovered to the control levels in week 2 of the recovery. On the other hand, the number of basophils increased by the zinc-deficiency recovered to the control levels in week 1 of the recovery. Zinc-deficiency significantly decreased plasma zinc concentrations by 85%, and markedly increased plasma corticosterone concentrations by 317%, as compared with the control group. In the recovery period, plasma zinc and corticosterone concentrations recovered to the control levels in week 2 of the recovery. These results suggest that zinc-deficiency and its recovery responses in the number of granulocytes and total WBCs are reversible, and their recovery rates depend on the subsets of granulocytes in rats.

レジリエンスを「かなりの逆境にもかかわらず,はね返す,またはうまく対処する能力」と定義した。魚油には,エイコサペンタエン酸やドコサヘキサエン酸というω3系脂肪酸が豊富に含まれる。ω3系脂肪酸は脳内リン脂質成分の30%を占め,膜の維持,神経活動,神経可塑性などに大きな影響をもつ。先行研究より,うつ病の病因にω3系脂肪酸不足が関与している可能性が提唱されている。総合病院精神科では,さまざまな身体疾患患者,妊娠中の女性,外傷患者などに生じるストレス関連精神疾患への対応が求められることが多い。こうした患者に対しては,安全性,易実施性,易受容性の観点から,食生活への介入もレジリエンス向上の選択肢として考慮に入れることができる。うつ病とω3系脂肪酸に関する疫学研究・臨床研究,さらには健常者における介入研究,総合病院における臨床試験の経験などを紹介し,ω3系脂肪酸に秘められた可能性について提案した。

本研究は,大学での専攻分野検討時期と実際に選択した専攻分野との関連およびその性差を分析することで,大学における専攻分野の性別分離がいかにして形成されるか検討する。特に,社会構造としてのジェンダー秩序の存在によって,男女それぞれが性少数派の専攻分野に進学する際には専攻分野検討時期の遅れがみられるか否か,四年制大学に通う大学生の個票データを用いた計量分析によって実証する。 分析の結果,性少数派の専攻分野への進路選択,具体的には男性比率の高い専攻分野へ進学する女性(もしくはその逆のパターン)においては,性多数の専攻分野への進路選択をする男女よりも専攻分野検討時期の遅れがみられた。この結果は,性多数派の進路では周囲への同調による進路選択の早期化,性少数派の進路においては葛藤による進路選択の遅延化といったジェンダー秩序による影響であると考えられ,専攻分野の性別分離を帰結することが示唆される。

Hydrazine (N2H4) and NTO (dinitrogen tetroxide: N2O4) mixtures are used in spacecraft bipropellant systems, having the advantage, for sampling missions, of having no carbon composition. However, no reasonable hydrazine and NTO combustion model has been developed. To construct a hydrazine and NTO combustion model that is useful for bipropellant thruster CFD simulation, we extracted efficient elementary reactions from detailed kinetic reaction model proposed by Ohminami and Ogawa in 2007. The reduced hydrazine and NTO combustion model was composed of 61 extracted reactions with 23 chemical species and was coincident with the original detailed kinetic reaction model in terms of combustion gas temperatures and ignition delay times over O/F(oxidizer and fuel mass ration) =0.82-1.84. Also the simulated combustion gas temperatures were good agreed with the adiabatic flame temperatures, and the simulated ignition delay time at O/F=1.2 was consistent with the literature value. Chemical reaction paths before and after ignition were showed, and could explain hydrazine and NTO combustion network mechanism change.
