調製した生体試料のタンパク質組成を解析する際などに,最初に行われる最も基礎的な実験のひとつがSDS-PAGEであろう.近年のプロテオミクス解析に於いて広く用いられる等電点二次元電気泳動でも,二次元目にはSDS-PAGEが行われるのが一般的である.比較的容易に行うことができるSDS-PAGEであるが,手元の生体試料に含まれているタンパク質群の中にある重要なタンパク質を見落とさないために留意しておくと良いことがある.本稿では,4種類のSDS-PAGE系を比較しながら,それぞれの実験方法を簡単に記述する.

This study was replication research from Izaki, Taniguchi, & Ura's study (2013), and examined whether adult attachment style and recalling past rejection experiences have interaction effects on the perceived pain of emotional bullying at school. Participants were 87 undergraduate students, and were tested individually via a computer program. First, they completed the ECR-GO (Nakao & Kato, 2004) which assesses two dimensions of adult attachment style, anxiety and avoidance. Second, they were randomly assigned to respond to one of two sets of brief, open-ended questions about a past experience of rejection or taking a next important examination. Third, participants read a scenario involving emotional bullying at school and estimated the severity of the bullying with the Faces Pain Scale (Bieri et al., 1990). There were significant interaction effects between recalling condition and avoidance on the severity of the bullying by many classmates and by a specific student. In the exclusion condition, high avoidant participants estimated the bullying to be less severe than low avoidant participants, but in the test condition, high and low avoidant participants did not differ in the severity of the bullying.

世界の文化を類型化し対比する主要な研究から「コンテクスト」「時間感覚」「結論の位置」「視線」「対面距離」「身体接触」「あいづち」に視点をおいたものをとりあげる。また、コミュニケーションギャップの具体例をいくつか挙げ、上記研究及び他の複数の視点から考察を行うと、1つの例にも様々な文化背景の要因が関わっていることがわかる。われわれは現代社会の異文化間コミュニケーションにおける非言語の重要性を一層注視しなければならない。ネット社会の発展の中で、文化背景を軽視した言語だけのコミュニケーションが増えることで、不要な誤解や摩擦が増え、時に極端な情報が伝わっている。誤解や無理解はそのままにしておくと偏見に変わる。理由や文化背景を正しく知り、また、説明する努力が求められる。メッセージの送り手は、送る相手の文化スタイルに合わせないとメッセージの内容が正しく伝わらない、ということを再認識することが必要だ。そのため自文化を深く知り、異文化の相手に正確に説明することと、接触する相手の文化について事前の理解を深めた上でコミュニケーションすることが肝要である。

Today, English is not only used as a means of communication in English speaking countriesbut also in many other countries in the world as a useful tool for international communication.In terms of “English as an International Language,” we may be able to regard “JapaneseEnglish” as one variant of English. Then, to what extent is English spoken by Japaneselearners intelligible? Should all the pronunciation errors be corrected? There seems to be a general shift of interest in research on error analysis from the categorization of errors committed by non-native speakers of the target language to the investigation of the intelligibilityof non-native speech judged by native/non-native speakers. More recent studies,however, concentrate more upon how these errors are perceived by native/non-nativespeakers and which errors impede communication. It is reasonable to assume that there may be some errors in pronunciation which are relatively more understandable, while other errorsseverely disrupt communication. It is pointed out in this paper that misplaced word accentwould severely impede intelligibilty. Pronunciation errors in consonants also affect intelligibilty while the effects of vowel mispronunciation might have on communication were limited.

Die mittelalterlichen Universitat Paris entstand allmahlich seit Ende des 12 Jhs. Als Einheit generale studium und universitas magistrorum. In der neuen Universitat wurde die wissenschaftlichen Methode und Philosophien, besonders Aristoteles zum Fundament und die Reform in der Artist-fakultat gefordert. Aber stand die immer mehr unter dem Schutz und der Aufsicht der katholische Kilche, und zwar noch wurde keine Prinzip der Wissenschaftsfreiheits gekannt. In dieser Arbeit wird es uber die Grenzen der Wissenschaftsfreiheit durch Reflektionen der Hochschulpolitik und der Wissenschaftskontrole untersucht, den die Kilche im 13 Jahrhundert getrieben hatte, und am Ende, uber den Sinn der Verdammungsfall von 1277 und die Niederlagesursachen der rationalistische Philosophic erlautert.
