「智恵子抄」や「道程」という愛とヒューマニズムの詩で知られる高村光太郎は、他者との隔絶感や了解不可能性に悩み続けた詩人でもあった。本稿は、高村光太郎の内面における自己と他者の相克をたどりながら、彼の動物表象に新たな光を当てることを目指す。光太郎の作品には相容れない他者を前にして、自己をより高潔な存在として称揚しようとする傾向が度々出現する。その傾向を呼んだきっかけの一つは彼が留学中に了解不可能な他者としての西洋に直面したこと、また「孤高」の芸術家を理解しない「俗世間」との葛藤に悩まされたことである。他者の問題は智恵子との内密な結婚生活により棚上げされたが、その生活が維持できなくなった時、再び浮上した。光太郎はその際、動物を扱った詩の中で、再度、他者と自己の問題に取り組む。そこで彼は二つの姿勢を取る。一つは自己を神聖化し相容れない他者を排除する姿勢、もう一方は、自己と他者の相克の場に踏みとどまり、隔絶を見つめる姿勢である。時局が戦争へと向かうと、最終的には前者が優勢となり、彼は敵/味方の二分法に基づく戦意高揚詩を量産した。しかし後者には、他性と向き合う、もう一つの高村光太郎の可能性が存在していた。

Sciaphila yakushimensis var. okinawensis from Okinawa and Ishigaki Islands, Japan, is described as new. It can be distinguished from S. yakushimensis var. yakushimensis by the morphology of the staminate and carpellate flowers.

Very little information is available on the quality of generic products. In this regard, it has recently been reported that several adverse reactions, among them angialgia and phlebitis, occurred when generic versions of injectable ritodrine hydrochloride products were used in pregnant patients and that these adverse reactions subsided when the generic products were switched to the original product. This suggests that the generic products contained impurities that caused the adverse reactions. It is therefore essential to determine the constituents of generic products and compare them with those of the original product.On doing this for the original and generic ritodrine hydrochloride products using high performance liquid chromatography, we found that 4 out of the 8 generics examined contained significantly higher amounts of impurities than the original product. In addition, it seemed that the generics contained unidentified impurities that were not present in the original product. For the other four generics, there was no difference in the proportion of impurities between them and the original product. These results suggest that there can be a great difference in quality between the original product and some generics. We must therefore choose generics based on quality information to minimize unpredictable adverse reactions so that more cost effective therapy may be achieved.In the present study, we obtained information on the quality of a particular group of generic products, but we feel it is necessary to gather information on more generic products to ensure safety when using them.

今回は、2008年8月5日に東京都下水道局の雑司ヶ谷幹線において、工事中の作業員5人が豪雨による増水に流されて死亡した事件を取り上げる。なお、本事件については業務上過失致死事件として今後立件される可能性も否定できないが、本稿はあくまで危機管理研究の目的で公開情報に基づき執筆されており、本事件に対する捜査当局の見解を示すものではないことをお断りしておく。

This study aims to propose a procedure of a flood runoff analysis by the distributed runoff model using point rainfall data which are observed by the rain gages of tipping-bucket type . The previous study proposed two runoff routing models. The first one is a modfied model from the Long- and Short-Terms Runoff Model(LST-II model). The other is developed for the Kinematic Wave Storage Model(KiWS model). The proposed models have the advantage of possibility as a practical one to analyze a runoff phenomena considering the spatially distributed precipitation measured by radar rainfall measurement system. The present study is taken into acount for the input rainfall sequence calculated at the the grid cell, in which the observed ground raifall data in the watershed are converted to mesh data on the plane constructed by triangle network. In the same manner as the runoff analysis by the distributed model using radar rainfall data, it is shown that the runoff analysis is possible by applying the proposed input rainfall sequence to the previous runoff model proposed as the distributed type of KiWS model.13;13;従来の分布型流出モデルによる洪水流出解析では、流域平均雨量を入力降雨として雨水流モデルあるいは貯留関数法の適用が行われてきたが、現在では集中豪雨のような局地的な上に短時間に急変する降雨情報を分布型流出解析法に組み込むことの検討が可能となってきた。すなわち、レーダ雨量計情報を活用した水文観測システムが日本全国すべてを覆うように整備され、流域内の降雨域の移動、成長、減衰の様子が定量的に把握できるようになったことから、いわゆる降雨の時空間的分布特性を分布型流出モデルへの入力情報として反映させうる洪水流出解析法の開発・検討が可能となる環境が整ってきたといえる。13; そして、レーダによる観測降雨情報を活用した洪水予測システムの構築が注目されている。たとえば、気象庁では、山崩れ、がけ崩れの予測精度を向上させるために、「タンクモデル」と「レーダ・アメダス解析雨量」を組み合わせ、土壌水分量から土砂災害の危険度を見積もる「土壌雨量指数」を開発し、これを大雨注意報・大雨警報の発表基準に活用している。また、レーダ雨量データを活用し、国土地理院発行の数値地図に基づく疑似河道網と修正合理式を用いた流出解析法が検討され、洪水予測支援システムの開発が進められている。13; 前報では、こうした背景を踏まえ、レーダ雨量計で観測される流域内の降雨情報を活用した中小河川流域、あるいは河川上流域での洪水予測システムを構築することを基本目標に着手した検討の一部を報告した。もっとも、レーダ雨量計によるレーダメッシュ時間雨量値は、メッシュ直下の単独の地上転倒ます時間雨量値と比較した場合、平均雨量値に対して、±50% 程度の平均的な差異を有しているのが一般的とされている。したがって、現時点では、レーダ雨量計による面積雨量評価精度に問題が残されているといえ、この点は洪水流出予測精度に関係することにもなる。13; そこで、本報告では分布型流出モデルへの入力降雨系列の算定に流域内での地点雨量データを活用した手法を導入した流出解析を行い、入力降雨系列にレーダメッシュ雨量値を用いた流出解析との比較検討を行うための基礎入力降雨系列の算定的資料を得ることを目的に若干検討したことを述べる。

若年者がオンラインゲームを利用する際の問題は広く議論されているものの,有効な解決策は見出されていない.本研究においては,若年者のオンラインゲームの利用の実態把握が必要と考え,オンラインゲーム 「アメーバピグ」 での若年層利用がどの程度あるかを調べた.また,そのゲーム中で小中学生ユーザーの会話ログを取り,それに対してテキスト分析を行った.さらに,中学生約 1000 人に対してアンケートを行い,オンラインゲームの認知度等の把握を試みた.おおまかではあるが利用実態の概要を示しつつ,さらなる問題に関して考察を行った.Although the problems occurred when young people use online game have broadly discussed, we could not find out effectvie solution to those problems. The purpose of this study is to know actual conditions of online game using among young people. To this end, we investigated young users in online game "Ameba-pig", and analyzed the conversation log by the method of text analysis. Also we tried to figure out the actual conditions of young online game users by questionnaire survey to more than one thousand junior high school students. Outlines of actual conditions of young game users were presented roughly and the further problems were discussed.

1997年の「臓器の移植に関する法律」の施行以来、脳死からの臓器移植に関する諸問題は、そのほとんどが片付き、残る課題の中心は、小児からの臓器摘出の可否の検討とドナー増を図ること、と考えられている。しかし、日本も採用している全脳死の概念への疑義が「臓器移植先進国」アメリカで再燃し、本質的な問題は、再び、「脳死とは何か」に戻ってきている。「脳死は人の死」というのは過去の理解であり、今やアメリカで移植医療に関わる医師や生命倫理研究者は、全脳死の概念を「論理的整合性を若干欠いていても、移植医療を支える社会的構成概念として有用」と理解しているが、ドナーになる一般市民はこれを知らない。しかし、善意のドナーが臓器移植システムの土台を成す以上、一般市民には正確な情報が与えられなければならない。善意のドナーの誤解を利用したまま臓器移植システムを運営することは許されない。

【はじめに】打撃動作は、投球動作と同様に両下肢から体幹・両上肢へと全身の各関節が連動しながら遂行される。打撃動作のスキル向上を目的とするならば、障害予防だけではなく、打撃動作の運動特性を捉える必要があると考える。そこで今回我々は、2001年度より定期的に実施している高校野球チームに対するメディカルチェックの中から、打撃動作時のバットヘッドスピードと各関節の可動域との関係を検討し若干の知見が得られたので、考察を加えて報告する。【対象】某高校野球部に所属していた高校生32名(右打者30名・左打者2名)を対象とした。【方法】野球部員に対して実施したメディカルチェックの中から関節可動域測定値、三次元動作解析器による打撃動作解析結果を用い、分析した。 関節可動域は、肩関節外・内旋、肘関節屈曲・伸展、前腕回内・回外、SLR、長座位体前屈(以下FFD)、股関節屈曲・伸展・外・内旋、膝関節屈曲・伸展、足関節背屈、体幹回旋・屈曲・伸展を測定した。尚、肩関節外・内旋においては、肩関節基本肢位(以下1st)、90°外転位(以下2nd)、90°屈曲位(以下3rd)にてそれぞれ測定した。 動作解析には、三次元動作解析system(ヘンリージャパン株式会社製)を用いて、打撃動作を分析し、バットのヘッドスピードを算出した。 統計処理は各関節可動域測定値、三次元動作解析器による打撃動作解析の各項目とバットのヘッドスピードとの相関分析を行った。【結果および考察】 バットのヘッドスピードと左肩3rd外旋可動域(r=0.393)、右肩3rd内旋可動域(r=0.487)、左股関節屈曲(r=0.373)・外旋可動域(r=0.554)、右SLR(r=0.423)、左SLR(r=0.334)、右足関節背屈可動域(r=0.295)、両体幹回旋可動域(右回旋r=0.535・左回旋r=0.272)、体幹屈曲可動域(r=0.428)等との間にそれぞれ有意な相関関係が認められた。 以上の結果から、打撃動作のスキルを向上させるためには、打撃動作において運動学的に要求される関節可動域が確保されていること。また、例えば、左股関節外旋可動域は、打撃動作中に運動学的には要求されないが、硬化した内転・内旋筋よりも柔軟性に富んだ内転・内旋筋を確保しておくこと、つまり、測定項目の拮抗筋の柔軟性確保が重要であると推察できる。換言すれば、柔軟性に富んだ筋は、機能を発揮しやすいことを裏付けている。 本学会において更にデータ解析、考察を加え詳細について報告する。

This paper seeks to elucidate the recent language policies of the European Union and the Council of Europe. The European Union was founded upon the reconciliation between West Germany and France after World War II, while the Council of Europe has also been searching for world peace with human rights and good communication between nations. With its six member states, the European Economic Community recognized four official languages. As it developed with additional member states, the European Community, later renamed European Union, increased its official languages. The European Union now maintains its multilingual policy: it consists of 27 member states with 23 official languages. Some states have regional, co-official languages recognized by the European Commission. Both translation and interpretation are big official business in EU institutions such as the European Commission, the European Council, the European Parliament, and the European Court of Justice. Moreover, the EU supports multilingualism in education, cultural exchange, and labor migration. Its language education policy has been influenced by the proposals made by the Council of Europe. The Council of Europe has developed its language education policy in three stages : (1) The Threshold Level provided a functional basis for language learning. It led to notional syllabus and the communicative approach to language teaching. (2) With its can-do statements, the Common European Framework for Reference of Languages is a new model for describing and scaling language use and the different kinds of knowledge and skills required. (3) The most recent development is the emphasis on intercultural citizenship and the proposal of a new paradigm named Platform: all education and human development must be based on language. In short, the European Union is a multilingual supranational agency, which now encourages intercultural citizenship and a command of both "plurilingualism" and "pluriculturalism"- terms recently coined by the Council of Europe's Language Policy Division.
