東日本大震災や熊本地震において,Twitterなどのソーシャルメディアが重要な情報源として利用された.一方,デマ情報のような誤った情報の拡散も確認されており,デマ情報の抑制手法の確立は災害大国日本において急務である.しかし,デマ情報がどのように拡散するかは明らかになっておらず,そのため有効な抑制手法も確立されていない.本稿では,これまでに提案した口コミに着目した情報拡散モデルにおいて「人の生活パタン」および「複数の情報源からの情報発信」を考慮した新たな情報拡散モデルを提案する.本モデルを用いて,これまで再現性に課題のあった実際のデマ情報を再現し,本モデルの妥当性を確認した.また,デマ情報の抑制手法の検討および評価もあわせて行った.その結果,デマ情報を否定する訂正情報をより多く拡散させるための手法が明らかになった.During the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Kumamoto Earthquake, people used social media such as Twitter as an important information source. On the other hand, misinformation such as false rumor was diffused. There are many disasters in Japan, we need methods to suppressing false rumor. However, it is not clear how false information diffuses, then an effective suppression method has not been established. In this paper, we propose a novel information diffusion model considering "life pattern" and "information dissemination from multiple information sources". We confirmed the validity of our model by reproducing the actual false rumor that was not reproducible before. We also evaluated the method of suppressing false rumor. As a result, we revealed methods to spread more "correction information".

目的:二次元レジリエンス要因尺度(BRS; Bidimensional Resilience Scale)の信頼性と妥当性を看護学生と看護師で検討する.方法:看護学生246名と看護師881名に自記式質問紙調査を実施した.BRSについて,Cronbachのα,精神的回復力尺度(ARS; Adolescent Resilience Scale)との相関・偏相関分析,共分散構造分析による高次因子分析を行った.結果:看護学生230名と看護師742名から有効回答を得た.高次因子分析により2尺度(資質/獲得RS)7因子の2次元構造が確認された.統御力を資質RSから獲得RSに移行したモデルでの適合度改善はなかった.Cronbachのαは0.49~0.85であり,ARSと有意な相関があった.結論:BRSの信頼性と妥当性は確認されたが,一部因子では結果の解釈に注意が必要である.

In this study, it aimed to clarify about the housing problem and the environmental improvement at Yau Lai Estate, in order to grasp the present condition and the measure of HKHA public rental housing in Hong Kong. The aging-residents problem, the SARS problem and the environmental problem are the big issues in the newly developed project, the redevelopment project and the large-scale repair project in HKHA public rental housing in recent years. The measure for the universal design to the aging-residents problem, the hygiene supervision and living manners to the SARS problem and the energy saving, noise, and tree planting to the environmental problem have been taken in HKHA public rental housing.

本稿では,携帯端末の搭載機能として標準採用されつつある三軸地磁気センサ (電子コンパス機能を含む) から取得できる地磁気データの特徴を示し,徒歩,電車,バス,自動車といった人物移動手段の推定に利用可能かどうか検討を行う.ここで,三軸地磁気センサが搭載されている携帯端末にはアップル社製のスマートフォンである iPhone 3GS を用い,特徴量としては平均と分散を検討した.A geomagnetic sensor is becoming a standard feature for mobile phone. In this paper, we show characteristics of geomagnetic data by using a three-axis geomagnetic sensor (including an electronic compass function) in a mobile phone, and suggest effectiveness of geomagnetic data to estimate person mobility. Person mobility means which kind of way a person takes to move from one geographical point to another. In this paper, we check four types of person mobility, which are walking, train, bus, and car. We use Apple's smartphone-iPhone 3GS as a mobile phone equipped with a three-axis geomagnetic sensor. Also, as feature value, we investigate average and variance.

1919年に公布された道路法は我国初の体系的道路法規で、道路改良による自動車交通の促進を重要な目的としていた。自動車の通行と密接に関係する道路の構造は、道路法に付随した道路構造令で規格が定められ、幹線道路を構成する国道・府県道については、自動車2車線交通に必要な幅員が確保された。構造令に基づく国道・府県道の改良は、概ね構造令の幅員規格に則って実施され、戦間期に都市から地方へと広がり、鉄道輸送と競合した貨物自動車輸送の発展に、こうした改良が貢献した。

東日本大震災は日本に長期間に渡ってさまざまな影響を及ぼした.本稿では,Twitterにおいて震災に関連した話題に用いられた単語を抽出し,それらの単語と他の単語との関係の時系列的変化を分析し,震災発生から時間が経過するごとに,どのようにユーザの関心が変化していったかを推定する.

Spatio-temporal distribution of quasi-static slip on the plate boundary east off Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures, NE Honshu, Japan is estimated by using small repeating earthquake data. The analysis of small repeating earthquakes has advantages of relatively high spatial resolution, especially near the trench, and the availability of long-term data (22 years) compared to GPS data. The results show that the repeating earthquakes are distributed outside the coseismic slip areas (asperities) of large earthquakes, showing that fault creep is dominant outside the asperities. The cumulative slip (slip histories) of small repeating earthquake groups reveal the existence of many non-steady aseismic slip events. Most of the episodic quasi-static slip events are associated with <I>M</I>≥ 6 earthquakes and they are frequently seen in the areas near the Japan trench in particular. Minor afterslip (∼15cm) of the 2005 Miyagi-oki earthquake (<I>M</I>7.2) is also estimated in the area which encompasses the coseismic slip area of the 2005 earthquake.

目的 本報告の目的は,東京都における2011年の麻しんの流行状況を把握し,麻しん排除に向けて,今後の対策へ反映させることである。方法 感染症発生動向調査事業によって2011年に都内で報告された麻しん患者の発生届と麻しん調査票の内容を対象とした。年齢階級別,遺伝子型別,ワクチン接種歴別の発生状況,発生届の取り下げ状況,遺伝子検査結果別の IgM 抗体検査結果と検体採取日の関係等について分析を行った。結果 2011年の麻しん患者報告数は178件で,13週から24週にかけて一つのピークを形成し,この期間に128件(71.9%)の報告が集中していた。1~4 歳が40件(22.5%)で最大で,20歳代と30歳代がそれぞれ34件(19.1%)であった。麻しん患者が 2 人以上発生した施設数は 6 か所,1 事例の患者数は 4 人以下にとどまり,散発例がほとんどであった。1~4 歳の年齢層を除くすべての年齢層で,接種歴が無いか不明が過半数を占めた。PCR 遺伝子検査で検出された麻しんウイルスの遺伝子型は主に D4 型,D9 型で,2008年まで国内流行株の中心だった,いわゆる土着株である D5 型ウイルスはみられなかった。結論 2011年の麻しんの流行は,海外から持ち込まれたウイルス株によるものであった。2007年,2008年のような大流行に至らなかったのは,発生後の関係機関の対応が迅速かつ適切になったことと感受性者が減少したことが影響していると思われる。麻しん排除に向けて,引き続き麻しんワクチン接種率の向上に努めること,麻しん疑い患者に確実に遺伝子検査を実施し,的確なサーベイランスを実施することが重要と考えられた。

2010年代に入り、日本でも、電子書籍が普及し始めた。電子書籍では、コンピュータによる音声読み上げ技術 (TTS) を使うことで、音声で書籍の内容を聞くことが可能になる。このことは、視覚障害者に、読書の道が開かれることを意味する。しかし、日本においては、音声読み上げ対応の電子書籍はまだわずかしかない。<br>紙の書籍による読書が困難なのは、視覚障害者だけではない。読字障害者 (ディスレクシア)、身体障害者などの読書障害者ともいうべき者や、健常者であっても、指先をケガしてページをめくれない者、老眼が進んだ者なども含んだ読書困難者、さらには満員電車の中で、イヤフォンで読書をしたいというニーズもある。<br>こういった広範なニーズを踏まえて、政府は、すでに発足した出版デジタル機構などを通じて、積極的に、音声読み上げ対応の電子書籍の普及に取り組む必要がある。

Owing to the approval of reimbursement of fees for antineoplastic chemotherapy on an outpatient basis by the national health insurance scheme in April 2002, an antineoplastic chemotherapy room was set up in the ambulatory area of our hospital in August 2000. In order to ensure the effective use of the safety cabinet and other existing equipment and the safe administration of antineoplastic agents to patients, the authors assigned a mixing pharmacist and a coordinating pharmacist who was to be in charge of antineoplastic chemotherapy for outpatients. First, the mixing pharmacist prepared IV mixtures of the antineoplastic agents and auxiliary medicines in a sterile area and then the coordinating pharmacist audited the mixtures and carried them to the antineoplastic chemotherapy room. Other functions of the coordinating pharmacist included providing pharmaceutical care to patients and cooperating with doctors, nurses and other pharmacists involved in the chemotherapy. They also searched for information on individual medical charts or in patient statements and pointed out doubtful records or potential problems that might affect chemotherapy. Coordinating pharmacists notified 50 potential problems between August 2002 and April 2003. To evaluate our pharmaceutical practices in outpatient antineoplastic chemotherapy, we conducted a questionnaire survey of the patients. Their responses indicated that our pharmaceutical care program was working well and that they hoped we would continue it. However, the usefulness of our program was not entirely clear to all patients and we recognized the need to better inform patients concerning this.

Increasing of double-income, non-blood and single or couple family has revealed the limit of the nLDK housing for nuclear family. In this paper, spatial organization model for future family is proposed and based on the model works of houses are analyzed. We hypothesized that family functions are substituted by the habitation network which builds relationship not only between individuals other than blood relatives, but also between individuals and regional society are substitute for family function. The notion of the Open Common is proposed as a domain in which a resident interact with other people who constitute this habitation network. Furthermore, a model plan and existing houses of the free adaptation type are presented and analyzed.

これまで我々は個人の感性を学習し、それを反映させた楽曲を自動生成するシステムを開発してきた。本論文では、音楽の重要な要素であるメロディのモチーフがどのように展開されるかを学習し、それを自動作曲システムに反映させることを提案する。これにより、メロディの質が向上し、より個人の感性に訴える曲が生み出された。
