Infusion pumps are one of the most frequently used medical instruments in hospitals. Newer devices are equipped with the History Function. This function keeps the logs of device movements such as alarms and key operations on the device. This study is to investigate the correct usage of the device by utilizing this function. The usages investigated are power-on procedure, and procedures at occlusion alarms and bubble detection alarms.As a result, wrong sequences of usage at the power-on procedure and the procedure at occlusion alarms became clear. In addition, more than half of the devices recorded the occlusion alarms and the bubble detection alarms, during usage for a single patient. We notified to nurses these findings and the right procedure of the device. After notification, we repeated the similar evaluation. The procedure at the occlusion alarms was improved remarkably. However, there was no change about the frequency of alarm appearance.The History Function is useful when we study the usage of the device in the clinical settings. This study indicates that the information about error occurrences and the right procedure to nurses can improve the usage of the infusion pumps effectively.

Depuis la moitié des années 1980, Jacques Derrida aborde de front des problèmes juridico-éthico-politiques. Après ce qu'on appelle 《le tournant éthico-politique》, il semble qu'il défend la déconstruction contre le nihilisme. Autrement dit, il s'agit de surmonter l'absence de règles, de normes et de critères transcendants que la déconstruction, dans son impossibilité même à marquer la limite des oppositions hiérarchisantes de la métaphysique, a engendrée. Cet article a pour objet de montrer que la pensée de Derrida d'après le tournant éthico-politique trouve sa source dans ses propres travaux antérieurs, plutôt que dans des travaux de Levinas. <br> Dans sa philosophie du droit, <i>Force de loi</i> (1994), Derrida a mis l'accent sur la force dans la fondation du droit. Mais ce qu'il a mis en lumière dans cet ouvrage, c'est non seulement que le droit se fonde sur la force illégitime, mais aussi que cette force implique potentiellement l'impuissance, dans la mesure où elle nécessite d'avoir recours à la 《crédit》 ou à 《l'acte de foi》 du peuple. Même si un droit s'institue, il ne se rend légitime qu'à condition de remplir une promesse de se répéter un jour ou l'autre. Le fondement du droit dépend de l'avenir et on accorde crédit à sa justice sous réserve de son itération. En ce sens le droit doit toujours différer son fondement ou son origine à cet avenir. Par conséquent la philosophie derridienne du droit se rattache aux idées de la 《différance》 et du 《supplément d'origine》. <br> Selon la pensée derridienne sur la religion, "Foi et savoir" (1996), ce crédit ou cette foi, qui contribuent à établir le fondement du droit, sont également indispensable au 《messianique》, c'est-à-dire à l'ouverture à l'avenir ou à ce qui vient. À ce propos, Derrida fait une allusion suivante : plus le monde contemporain fait des progrès télé-technologique, plus il faut ce crédit ou cette foi.

Whole-genome sequencing has emerged as one of the most effective means to elucidate the biological roles and molecular features of obligate intracellular symbionts (endosymbionts). However, the de novo assembly of an endosymbiont genome remains a challenge when host and/or mitochondrial DNA sequences are present in a dataset and hinder the assembly of the genome. By focusing on the traits of genome evolution in endosymbionts, we herein developed and investigated a genome-assembly strategy that consisted of two consecutive procedures: the selection of endosymbiont contigs from an output obtained from a de novo assembly performed using a TBLASTX search against a reference genome, named TBLASTX Contig Selection and Filtering (TCSF), and the iterative reassembling of the genome from reads mapped on the selected contigs, named Iterative Mapping and ReAssembling (IMRA), to merge the contigs. In order to validate this approach, we sequenced two strains of the cockroach endosymbiont Blattabacterium cuenoti and applied this strategy to the datasets. TCSF was determined to be highly accurate and sensitive in contig selection even when the genome of a distantly related free-living bacterium was used as a reference genome. Furthermore, the use of IMRA markedly improved sequence assemblies: the genomic sequence of an endosymbiont was almost completed from a dataset containing only 3% of the sequences of the endosymbiont’s genome. The efficiency of our strategy may facilitate further studies on endosymbionts.

Recently, the concern with acrylic resin as a new repair material has been growing. The acrylic resin is characterized by high quality, low viscosity, highly elongation percentage and so on. Several studies have been made on the crack repair by using acrylic resin, but little is known about the effect of acrylic resin as a crack repair material for concrete.<br>The purpose of this study is to examine the applicability of acrylic resin for using as a crack repair material for the concrete structures. The fundamental mechanical properties of acrylic resin by using super lightweight powder were examined. And the repair effects of acrylic resin as crack repair material were examined by the flexural loading test of the concrete member repaired by crack injection technique. As a result, acrylic resin could adjust the viscosity by using super lightweight powder, and the elongation percentage of acrylic resin was superior to epoxy resin. The crack repair effects of acrylic resin were equivalent to the epoxy resin under drying condition of the crack surface of concrete member.

大分県湯布院町は1960年代の九州横断道路開設を契機に, ひなびた寒村から著名な温泉リゾートへと劇的に発展したが, 際立った魅力の中心は, その優れた農村らしい景観にある。この景観は, その時々の景観をめぐる争点に対する対処を通して次第に形成されるものであり, 人為的な行為の結果である。本研究は, 60年代から現在に至る間, 当町で発生した景観をめぐる出来事を各種資料を収集分析することを通して, その争点が自然景観から産業景観へ, そして生活景観へと移行してきたプロセスを実証するとともに, それから生み出された施策や活動が時代の価値観や社会的状況を如実に反映したものであることを明らかにする。

咬合力を電気的に時系列に計測できる咬合検査装置T­-Scan Ⅲを研究および臨床に応用してきた.習慣性咬合位から咬頭嵌合位に至る咬合力上昇時間の指標であるオクルージョンタイム(以下,OT とする)は,健常有歯顎者と比較して顎機能障害者で有意に延長することが報告されている.しかし顎機能障害者の中にはOT が比較的短いものがいるなど,その機序には不明な点も多い.そこで本研究では,T­-Scan Ⅲを用いて,健常有歯顎者と顎機能障害者の咬合状態の違いを明らかにすることを目的とした.健常有歯顎者 20 名と顎機能障害者42 名を選択し,T­ScanⅢを用いて習慣性咬合位から咬頭嵌合位に至るOT を計測した.また,早期接触の検出に有用であるとされているデルタの咬合力を求め,デルタのraw sum 値を咬頭嵌合位における咬合力のraw sum 値で除し,正規化したものを早期接触の指標とした.健常有歯顎者と顎機能障害者のOT の中央値は,それぞれ0.36 秒と0.61 秒で統計学的に有意な差を認めた(p<0.01).咬頭嵌合位の咬合力に対するデルタの咬合力の割合は,顎機能障害者をOT で0.7 秒未満と0.7 秒以上の2 群に分け,健常有歯顎者と合わせて3 群間で比較したところ,3 群間で有意な差を認めた(p<0.01).健常有歯顎者と顎機能障害者(OT≧0.7 秒)間(p<0.01),顎機能障害者(OT<0.7 秒)と顎機能障害者(OT≧0.7 秒)間(p<0.05)に有意な差を認めた.デルタは水平面内での下顎変位が生じる際に検出されると考えられることから,顎機能障害者(OT<0.7 秒)は,水平面内での下顎変位が比較的少なく,回転中心の下顎変位を示すためOT が短く,顎機能障害者(OT≧0.7 秒)は下顎の水平面内での変位を伴う早期接触のため,習慣性咬合位から咬頭嵌合位に至るOT が延長したと考察した.

ロボットと共同作業をし,それが失敗したとき,人間はその失敗を自分とロボット,どちらの責任だと感じるのだろうか.本研究では,共同で行ったゲームが失敗した際の相手エージェントの責任と心の知覚を評価することで,その関係を明らかにすることを目的とする.さらに,相手エージェントとして,人,ロボット,コンピュータの三種類について比較することで,人の場合と人工物の場合で,責任帰属に変化があるかを調査する.実験の結果,課題を成功させるために重要な心の知覚が高いほど,失敗に対する責任は小さくなることがわかった.「相手は課題の成功のために行動している」という印象が責任を低減させたと考えられる.また,課題による相手エージェントの心の知覚の減少量と責任の大きさに関係があることがわかった.このことから,課題前に相手に対して抱いていた期待が課題中に裏切られることが,相手への責任帰属につながる可能性がある.これは,人条件で顕著である一方で,人工物に対してはほとんど見られなかった.人に比べると,人工物が心を持っていることを期待していないことがこの原因であると考えられる.
