Der Verfasser stellte eine eingehende Untersuchung der tuberkulösen Veränderungen des Darmes an 208 Sektionsfällen von Lungentuberkulösen an. Darunter wurden tuberkulöse Veränderungen insgesamt makroskopisch bei 184 Fällen (88.5%) und tuberkulöse Geschwüre bei 168 Fällen (80.8%) festgestellt.Es ist schwer, die Darmtuberkulöse vom Standpunkt der pathologischen Anatomie in bestimmten Krankheitsformen schematisch einzuteilen, da bei jedem einzelnen Fall die Veränderungen in Darmabschnitten, ja selbst in einem Darmabschnitte, vielfältig waren und keine Einheitlichkeit zeigten. Die Herde lässt sich doch nach ihrem Gestalt und Grösse in gewissen Gruppen oder Typen anordnen.

It seems tha when people have a meal, their wil gives priority to the traditiona food culture, which is likely to be declining. This is because now is the time when food is so abundant. Therfore, we wanted to know the statusquo in menus, Haizen and arrangement, ment, and examine meals in general. So we conducted a factfinding survey by taking pictures of dinne tables for three days. The research wa given to students of Fukuoka Jogakuin Junior College in Fukuoka area, students of Mukogawa Joshi Junior College in Hyogo area and their families 622. and 606We analyzed the data and got the following results. 84.7% of the staple food for dinner is rice. The position of the rice bowl on the table is traditionally recognized to be in the front on the left, and 74.2% of the dinner tables have the right position. There are more main dishes and side dishes than we expected. The more main dishes and side dishes they have, the more diversity and disorder of the table setting they have. When they have soup in their menu, many of them put the rice bowl at the given position, which is in the front on the lefe, and the main dish in the back on the right, which is the given position.

The flavor of food is not just limited to the sense of taste, however it changes according to the perceived information from other perception such as from the auditory, visual, tactile sense or through individual experience or cultural background etc. Our proposed entertainment system "Gravitamine Spice" focuses on the cross modal of our perception, where we perceive the weight of food when we carry the utensil. This system consist of a fork and a seasoning called the "OMOMI". User can change the weight of the food when flaking the seasoning onto it. Through this sequence of actions, user can enjoy a different eating experience, which may change the taste of their food or the feeling of the food when they are chewing it.

COPDにおける終末期の定義は,明確に示されていない.一般に,終末期とは「疾患の進行に伴う症状に対して治療は可能であるが,原疾患に対しては治療による効果が期待できない状態」と定義され,およそ余命6ヵ月と予測される時期である.COPDの終末期では,高度な呼吸困難や運動耐容能の低下がみられ,医学的のみならず社会的問題をも含有することが多い.本稿では,こうした諸問題と終末期医療や緩和ケアの重要性について述べたい.

ソフトウェアの開発において,開発総工数のうちソフトウェアテストプロセスが占める割合が多いにも関わらず,産業界の多くの開発現場ではソフトウェアテストのプロセスが最適化されているとはまだまだ言い難い状況である.昨今のソフトウェア開発で求められている,できるだけ短い開発サイクルでソフトウェア品質を維持しつつ,開発コストとのバランスを取るようにするためには,ソフトウェア開発全体のプロセス改善とともに,テストのプロセス改善をも同時に進めることが不可欠である.本稿では基本的なテストプロセスの解説およびテストプロセス改善手法について紹介する.

エポキシ樹脂は力学的特性がすぐれているので, 構造用成型品として広く用いられている。しかしその硬化過程における硬化反応と冷却時での樹脂の収縮変化を拘束するような成型品構造とした場合には, 成型品中に大きな内部応力を発生しき裂の発生要因ともなる。これらの基礎となる問題を解くために硬化過程での体積変化, 発生応力に関し, 一つの関係式が得られた。エポキシ樹脂の硬化過程における物理量の変化は, 反応論的には見かけ上1次反応で取り扱うことができ, その主なものは体積収縮率, Tgの変化, Tg以上の熱膨張係数, 弾性率である。

これまでの投票参加に関する研究においては,問題の本質が投票率の「低下」という変化にあるにもかかわらず,結局のところ「誰が投票するのか」という極めて記述的な問いに対する答えが与えられてきた。それらは基本的に,クロスセクショナルなバリエーションから,時間的なバリエーションを説明しようとするものであり,「なぜ人は投票するようになる(しなくなる)のか」という変化について直接説明するものではなかった。本研究ではこうした現状を踏まえ,衆議院選挙,参議院選挙,そして統一地方選挙における投票率という三つの時系列から "recursive dyadic dominance method" を用いて「投票参加レベル」を表す年次データを構築し,それを従属変数とする時系列分析を行う。またその際,失業率,消費者物価指数,与野党伯仲度などを独立変数とする時変パラメータを組み込んだARFIMAモデルを用いることで,時代によって異なる変化の要因を検証する。

We conducted subjective evaluation on the relationship between TV volume and background sound level for the elderly. The participants themselves found no hearing problem, but they had small hearing loss. The results showed that positive subjects of recruitment phenomena annoyed louder than negative subjects when they listened at loud volume.

院内感染予防のための効果的な手指消毒法を石ケンと流水による手洗い, ベースン法および速乾性擦拭消毒剤 (塩化ベンザルコニウム・アルコールローション) で検討した.ICU病棟における排便介助後に手指細菌数が増加し, 日常看護業務で手指が細菌汚染を受けることが示唆された.石ケンと流水による手洗いでは除菌率42.5%であり, ベースン法では除菌効果を認めなかったのに対し, 塩化ベンザルコニウム・アルコールローションによる擦拭消毒では除菌率93.1%と高く, 前二者にくらべ有意に優れた除菌効果が認められた.また本剤は皮膚刺激性が少なく, 皮膚炎をおこさないことが重要である手指消毒薬としても推奨されるべき方法と考えられた.
