コラージュデルムは水溶性コラーゲン, スクワラン, ゲリチルレチン酸ステアリル, γ-オリザノールを主な構成成分とする全身用保湿クリームである。<BR>乾燥性皮膚疾患患者20名を対象として, 使用試験によりコラージュデルムの有効性・安全性を検討した。その結果, 90.0%の症例に改善がみられ, 対照とした尿素軟膏とほぼ同等の成績を示した。<BR>角層水分含有量測定試験では, コラージュデルムは, 尿素軟膏に比べて, 30分後および2時間後とも有意に高い水分含有量が認められた。<BR>コラージュデルムは乾燥を主訴とした軽度から中等度の乾燥性皮膚疾患に有用であると考えられる。

皮膚の乾燥症状を有するアトピー性皮膚炎または乾皮症の患者26例に対し,オリゴマリン^®をそれぞれ含んだ3種類のスキンケア製剤(ローション,ボディクリーム,ハンドクリーム)の使用試験を実施し,その安全性と有用性を検討した。オリゴマリン^®は,海水からナトリウムなどを減量し亜鉛やセレンなどの微量元素を多く含む化粧品(医薬部外品)原料である。8週間の使用において,ボディクリームを使用した乾皮症の1例に軽いそう痒と炎症を認めたが,それ以外のすべての症例で安全性を確認した。また有用性は,皮膚所見,表皮角層水分量および角層細胞の形態観察にて評価した。その結果,本試験に供した3種類のスキンケア製剤は,乾燥性皮膚に対し安全に使用でき,かつ皮膚症状を改善するとともに,角層のバリア機能を向上させ得ることが明らかとなった。

This paper aims to analyze the street as a topos in contemporary American photography. Historians of photography claim that contemporary American photography originated with the work of William Klein and Robert Frank, photographers who viewed American culture from an alien, critical perspective. In contrast, more recent photographers, who learned from these two pioneers how to use their cameras for more personal purposes, represent the street as a place to encounter people and to frame them extemporaneously. In this paper I will consider a representative of the new generation, Garry Winogrand, as a street photographer. As with his contemporaries, Winogrand never plans his photos in advance. After reading Winogrand's photographs from the perspective of photographic technique and content, I will discuss the meaning of his photographs both from his point of view and from that of the viewer. Photographs of streets become conduits not only of the photographer's but also of the viewer's memory. The memory of the photographer and the viewer passes back and forth through the medium of the image. Through visual stereotypes of experience, the memory of the photographer and of the viewer penetrates the photograph and is released into the image. Likewise, in the opposite direction, the image works upon their memories. Through the two-way circuit of the image and the viewer, images of the street reappear as a common topos of memory. The topos of street comes into being only through the photographic event.

'Aziz Mahmud Huda'i is a sufi of the 16/17th century and the virtual founder of the Jilwatiyah Order. He wrote many treatises and poetry of mystical character both in Arabic and Ottoman Turkish. Seed of Love, written in Arabic, is a short treatise on mystical love. This work consists of three chapters, in each of which is discussed the love for God, the Prophet and the family of the Prophet. Each chapter begins with a verse concerning the subject of the chapter. He who loves God, the ultimate lover, necessarily loves the Prophet, the beloved of God. And he who loves the Prophet necessarily loves his family with whom he is tightly connected by blood and faith. On the other hand, he can love the Prophet and attain the love for God by loving his family. There are three kinds of human beings, i.e., the masses, the elite and the elite of elite. The masses are owners of lower soul, and their love has self-interested and temporary nature based on sensual delight and worldly benefit. The elite are owners of a heart, and their love is based on the beauty and the glory of God,but their piety still remains external and they haven't attained the union with God. The elite of elite are owners of spirit, and their love has a spiritual, essential and radical nature based on the eternal harmony of the spirits before the manifestation of the One, the ultimate principle of existence. Human beings can attain the love of God according to their degree of fana', i.e., fana' of deeds, attributes and self.

Keio University Faculty of Pharmacy opened an insurance pharmacy on its campus in 2001. This pharmacy was opened with the objectives of 1) educating pharmacists to serve the regional community; 2) heightening students' motivation; and 3) providing practical education geared to the needs of actual healthcare settings. Since my appointment as director in 2003, I have led various initiatives to determine an ideal business model for a university pharmacy. This paper reports these initiatives and discusses the mission and future prospects of university pharmacies. In terms of education, all 4th-year students provide medication guidance to simulated patients at our university pharmacy counters, and are briefed by pharmacists about pharmacy administration and dispensing activities. Over three periods each academic year, trainees from other universities have been accepted for long-term on-site training. Students also work at local facilities for elderly persons to learn how to effectively communicate with this demographic and to better understand their unique pharmacokinetic profiles, impaired QOL, etc. Students can also participate in health promotion and drug education courses for regional residents, and support their self-medication. Pharmacies are important points of contact with local communities where residents' lives can be medically monitored. It is important for pharmaceutical universities to operate their own pharmacies in order to determine and stay abreast of the evolving challenges society expects pharmaceutical science to address. University pharmacies need to become models for general community pharmacies.

The present study examined the association between professional behaviors in assessment process and professional activities for discovery of strengths of mentally ill individuals in the psychiatric social workers' practice. As a result, I found that `facilitation of client's self-determination' and `data collection concerning crisis intervention' in assessment practice were strongly associated with `improving client's strengths in an individual level,' `developing a sense of citizen rights in a community level,' `creating network in a community level,' and `developing appropriate environments among a client' in discovery activities. In addition, `observation of group work dynamics' `performing for creating trust with a clients' in assessment practice were associated with `forming mutual support among clients in a group level' in discovery activities.

Experimental comparison of heavy grinding performance is made on the different twogrinding wheels (19A36M8V, 19A60M8V) which have rough and fine grain size respectively.Rough grain sized wheel (19A36M8) have the following character1) Larger cross feeds are obtainable,2) Larger wear rate have been observed,Then, rough grain sized wheel is lower grade of wheel for heavy grinding, while,capacity of grinding machine shoud be about 10 times of that of present machine for obtaining200μm cross feeds.
