Artistic expressions have always been a communication tool of one's protest, andamong those, creating and singing songs can be considered as one of the importantelements. Thus in actual Japan, in the growing civil movement of anti-nuclear powerplant that emerged after the severe accidents of 2011 in Fukushima, the artists stand upin creating and singing their anti-nuclear opinion.The present study will take one example among these songs: "Zutto uso datta" ("Beentelling a lie all the time"), a parody of the same author's famous song: "Zutto suki datta"(Been loving you all the time), created and sung by a Japanese rock singer, KazuyoshiSaito (1966- ).Analysis of this Japanese song will be based on those made of the 1960s anti-warsongs of Vietnam as an object of comparison. In the existing literature, Yoshii analyzedTrinh Cong Son's creation, a famous Vietnamese musician in 1960s, it attempted touniversal success in describing everyday scenes in wartime Vietnam and letting a civilshout his/her feeling (Yoshii, 2004).Though it is only a parody and not a new creation, the success of Saito's 2011creation can also be explained by its characteristic of "letting a civil to shout his/herfeeling".

近年,ホームレス支援現場では,ホームレス状態に陥った人のなかに精神障害者や知的障害者が含まれていることが指摘されるようになった。この背景には,非正規労働者が増加するなど雇用条件が悪化し,貧困状態に陥りやすい状況となっていることがある。しかし,雇用問題だけではなく,我が国の知的障害者への教育や福祉においては,軽度の知的障害は見逃されやすかった,という問題もあると思われる。例えば,療育手帳制度は,身体障害者手帳や精神障害者保健福祉手帳と比べると法的根拠が曖昧で判断基準も都道府県によって異なっているなど,特殊な状況となっている。そうした制度が抱える課題とともに,貧困の世代間連鎖や家族問題が関連し,より障害が潜在化する傾向があるのではないだろうか。本稿では,実際にホームレス状態に陥った知的障害者のライフコースから,彼らが抱えてきた問題や,彼らをホームレス状態に追いやる社会や制度的課題について検討する。

This article explores expression activities in clinical practices focusing on two cases: La Borde Clinic and Bethel House. The former is a psychiatric clinic in France known as a Psychotherapie institutionnelle and the latter is a community in Japan for people with mental disturbances founded in 1984. Both foster unique activities in ways that challenge the dichotomies in clinical practices such as art/therapy, client/therapist and normal/abnormal. In this article, two aspects of expression and art in these unique activities are verified referring to the concept of 'dispositif' by Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze and Giorgio Agamben. First, expression and art may function to analyze the power relations around the clinical site. Next, they function to maintain the dynamism of powers that generate liquidity and porosity among people. However, as Deleuze implies, these functions should be examined using immanent criteria. Therefore, these two cases must not be taken as universal models but should be positioned as nodes or hubs of networks concerning clinical environments. Which is why these two cases also urge us to reconsider the perspectives of disease and disability and the roles of group and community.

Changes in the usage of the verb "ijimeru" (to bully) and the noun "ijime" (bullying) in Japanese newspaper articles were investigated. Full-text searches and postpositional particle analysis were performed on issues of three major Japanese newspapers published between 1987 and 2011. The passive form of ijimeru (to bully) was used much more often than was the active form during the entire period investigated. During several specific years, the noun, ijime (bullying), appeared as a subject very frequently, but this trend was not consistent, and the number of articles containing this word decreased in most of the other years. Ijime (bullying) refers to an action that occurs independently of any particular actor. As such, it would be expected to appear frequently during any period of time. However, the word is construed to refer to suffering endured by an unlucky passive victim or to rare events such as natural disasters. The dissociation of the denotation from the actual usage of ijime (bullying) as well as the use of the term ijime (bullying) more generally are discussed from the perspective of social representations.

本論では、芸術についての社会学理論を概観するために、基本的なアプローチを4つに区分して考察する。まず第一に芸術を道徳や経済などの「社会の反映」として示すコント、マルクス、第二に、芸術を社会と対立する関係にあるものと見なし、「社会の外側」にあるものとして扱うアドルノおよびゲーレン。第三に、芸術は社会的な反映ではないが、政治や経済と同様に、社会制度のひとつであり、「社会の内側」に属するものとして扱うベッカー(アート・ワールド)、ブルデュー(芸術場)、ルーマン(芸術システム)。第四に、芸術そのものを社会の原型として見るジンメル、および芸術がどのように他の社会領域に影響を与えているのか、という視点から芸術と経済との関係を研究するアプローチを取り上げる。これらの4つのアプローチを取り上げながら、芸術をどのように社会的な現象として扱うことができるのか、および芸術の社会学的研究にはどのような意義があるのかについて明らかにする。

A great deal of studies on cognitive development of human being have been explored for decades, and the environment during infancy are gradually recognized as one of the most important terms to accelerate / decelerate human's development. The present paper aimed to summarize the determiner of cognition / emotion arose from infants from the " cultural context " point of view, following Bronfenbrenner's Ecological System Theory.

The completion of the M. S. Tatsuta Maru, the sister ship of the Asama Maru and the biggest motor liner of almost wholly a Japanese production, is an important event for Japanese Shipping and Shipbuilding. On this remarkable occasion, it does not appear to be wholly nonsense to make some reference about these ships.<br>In this paper, a short review is made about the vast designs and long efforts to arrive at the final elaborate design of the Pacific Liners.<br>Some results are also picked up from those of the exhaustive trials, and finally, an attempt is made to lay out 2, 000 B. H. P. geared Diesel installation for a high speed Trans Pacific Liner which might come into question in future.
