個人が制作する同人誌市場がマンガのファンや制作者のコミュニティとして機能し、日本のマンガ文化の隆盛を支える要素となっている。多くの同人誌がコミックマーケットに代表される同人誌即売会や同人誌取扱書店を通じて流通している。しかし内容が多岐にわたる同人誌探索の手がかりとして用いられる制作者や制作物の主題に関する情報は統制が充分でなく、効率的な探索は困難である。特に、即売会の保有する出展者情報と取扱書店が保有する書誌情報との連携は行われておらず、また即売会が提供するジャンルは統制されていないまま利用されている。 本稿ではLinked Open Data技術を適用したデータモデルを制定し、作者やジャンルの関連性を表現する。それらの情報を利用し、同人誌の内容にアクセス可能となるような検索システムを提案する。

The Kirishima geothermal area is located in the Kagoshima graben which is a volcanic-tectonic depression. The Ogiri geothermal field is one of the active geothermal zones in the Kirishima geothermal area. A thick pile of volcanic rocks of Pleistocene age, reaching 2, 500m in thickness, deposited in the area. These volcanic rocks overlie the Cretaceous basement rock of the Shimanto group which is depressed to a depth of more than 1, 300m in the area. Features of the geothermal resources in the Ogiri field are of the typical fracture type. The Ginyu fault accompanied by hot water reservoirs is the target for developing geothermal resources in the field.Geological surveys such as predicting underground temperatures, analysing fracture systems, clarifying permeable zone, calculating drilling depth intersecting the Ginyu fault and evaluating characteristics of the Ginyu fault reservoir have been made during the process of exploration and development in the area. The underground temperatures were predicted by the studies on the ditribution of alteration minerals and fluid inclusions. The fracture systems were analyzed by measuring thermo-remnant magnetism of the cores and mineral assembleges of the alteration minerals and quantity of the hydrothermal vein minerals in the cuttings. Based on the results of the fracture analysis, multiple regression analysis were efficiently used to estimate the subsurface location of the Ginyu fault.As a result of the geological surveys, all of the production wells drilled in the Ogiri field intersected the Ginyu fault reservoir successfully, and steam production equivalent to 30 MW of electricity could be secured. On the basis of the informations obtained, excellent reservoir models in the Ogiri field were developed.

This paper analyzes the relationship between participation and learning represented in ethnographic case studies of ten informants aged 23-59 participating in a common-based peer production site, the FabLab Kamakura community. Digital-based personal fabrication is a new wave culture of mavens, who are devoted to alternatives to massproduction, and are on a mission “to make (almost) anything”. FabLab Kamakura is a valuable venue for exchanging information about, for example, digital tools, Arduino,crafts, textiles, and so on. First we frame this work as an effort to think about their participation and learning using the concept of “wildfire activity theory”(Engeström,2009) and “legitimate peripheral participation (LPP)”from Lave and Wenger (1991). Then we argue an overview of FabLab culture in Japan and at FabLab Kamakura. Us-ing SCAT methodology (Otani, 2011), we group our findings in two different categories:(1) learning through participation in FabLab Kamakura, (2) the visualization of weakties and mobility through participation in wildfire activities. We conclude that partic-ipants at FabLab Kamakura are producing and designing available artifacts for their lives and works, and in doing so, what they are designing is the physical manifestation of their very thoughts.

本研究の目的は、少女向けコミック誌および女性向けコミック誌における恋愛行動・性行動の描写数をもとに、それぞれの特徴を比較し、また、前後の文脈をもとにキス場面の内容分析を行い、少女向けコミック誌および女性向けコミック誌における恋愛像、あるいは男性像と女性像の描かれ方を明らかにすることである。それぞれの恋愛行動・性行動の描写数から、少女向けコミック誌は恋愛関係が構築されるまでを描く傾向にあるが、女性向けコミック誌は関係構築以降の口論や別れまで描いている、告白や別れの場面では男性が主導権をもっている、などの特徴が見出された。また、キス場面の内容分析から、恋愛関係・夫婦関係以外でのキスも半数程度描かれており、男性が一方的に女性にキスをする場面が多数みられることも確認された。今後は、読者である子どもや青年が描写されている恋愛行動・性行動をどのように受け止め、感じとっているかを明らかにする必要があることが示唆された。

The purpose of this study was to classify icebreaking in workshops. The data were nine books introducing icebreaking. Based on book chapters, we undertook a major classification and made minor classifications based on the heading of the page introducing each icebreaking. The main results were as follows: (1) three major categories and ten small categories were identified. (2) In order to understand the whole picture of icebreaking, it might be effective to show classification through the "formation" as well as through "human relationships" and "purposes." (3) "Preparation", "required time", "formation", are "number of people" are criterion for selecting an effective icebreaking.

Reducing public debt is one of the most urgent issues for local governments in Japan. In this paper, I focus on the political aspect of this problem and examine the relationship between fiscal efficiency and gubernatorial turnover in local governments. The main purpose of this paper is to assess the governors' Moral Hazard problem called “Kenpu-Jyunen.” (An epigram: Over ten years of the same administration makes governments corrupt.)Using panel data of 47 prefectures from FY 1976 to FY 1999, I find U-shaped relationship between the governors' tenure of office and the increase of the net debt and/or the primary deficit. More specifically, as the governor's tenure lasts, its administration becomes more efficient for up to twelve years. However when he keeps in power beyond twelve years (over three times of reelections), harmful effects of reelection turn out and it becomes less efficient. In addition, we find administration becomes more efficient as the governor's age of inauguration is high, and as the prefectural assembly is more solid in supporting the governor.This finding suggests that administrative and fiscal discipline in local governments could not work well due to the Moral Hazard when long tenure weakens the pressure of gubernatorial turnover. In the trend toward the decentralization, governors' authority and responsibility are supposed to be intensified. Correspondingly, we should have more profound discussion on the introduction of governor's term limits as a rule of democracy.

関東大震災をきっかけに固定電話網の整備のためにダイヤル式電話機と自動交換機の技術のニーズは生まれ、黒電話が産声を上げた。終戦を経て高度成長期に黒電話の完成版600型が世に姿を表した。電電公社がダイヤル自動化100 %を目指す中、日本はオイルショックの狂乱物価に見舞われた。黒電話の製造コストを下げるため、完成されたと言われた黒電話600型をさらに改善することを余儀なくされた。山形大学工学部電気工学科を卒業して間もない鈴木を中心として山形県米沢市の田村電機で黒電話601A型ダイヤル開発が行われた。新しく開発された黒電話601A型は日本の家庭を電話で隅々までつないだといっていい。本稿はその開発の状況がいかがなものであったか時代背景とともに書き残すものである。

シュリンク包装された紙カップ容器を用いたピーナッツクリームやチョコレートクリーム製品へのノシメマダラメイガ終齢幼虫の侵入について、その侵入方法と防止法を調べた。市販されているピーナッツクリーム製品を用いた幼虫侵入実験を温度30℃、湿度70%の全明条件で行った。終齢幼虫は包装材を穿孔する場合もあるが、大部分はシュリンク包装に開口した空気抜き穴をかじり、穴を広げてラップフィルムとカップ容器のふたとの隙間に侵入することが示された。本実験の条件では容器への幼虫侵入頻度は70%であった。製品の中身によって幼虫侵入の頻度に差があるか調べたところ、ピーナッツクリームとブルーベリージャムの両方に侵入し、その間には有意な差がなかった。また、中身を水にして製品臭を抑えた容器を試作した侵入実験からは、ピーナッツクリームよりも侵入頻度は減少したが、統計学的に有意差はなかった。しかし、かじられた穴の数はピーナッツクリーム製品の方が有意に多く、幼虫が食品臭に対して誘引される可能性が示された。幼虫侵入防止のため、空気抜き穴をふた面から底面に開けるようにシュリンク包装を改良したピーナッツクリーム製品の紙カップ容器を試作した。この容器に対しての幼虫侵入頻度は5%と明らかに低下したことから、この包装方法を用いてシュリンク包装を行えば、ノシメマダラメイガ終齢幼虫の侵入を効果的に防止できると考えられる。

An individual narcomedusa assignable to Solmissus incisa sensu lato was observed having ingested a fish at 573 m depth near the southeast slope of the Kaikata seamount, Japan. Solmissus is a very common deep-sea narcomedusan genus that is widely considered to be a predator specializing on gelatinous plankton. Several cryptic species, with differences in the number of tentacles and form of manubrial pouches, are thought to be included in the nominal species Solmissus incisa. Therefore, the present study gives a short description of the morphotype of Solmissus incisa s.l. observed with a fish in its stomach, as well as several individuals of the same morphotype that had ingested gelatinous prey.

A theoretical method to obtain the vibration mode of the tuning fork is explained and some discussions are done relating to the obtained vibration mode. Here, the tuning fork is regarded as the one composed of three straight bars which are connected with each other at right angle to form the U-shape. Through the above method, the resonant frequencies n_j (j=1, 2, 3, .....) and the corresponding modes of vibration can be calculated. In the results, it is seen that, when j is odd, the bending motion of the two paralledl sides of the tuning fork are in the opposite direction, when j is even, however, those are in the same direction. Moreover, when two tuning forks are of the similar shape, it is certified that there exists a simple relationship between the vibration modes of these two tuning forks. By using this relationship, unknown vibration modes of the one can be obtained easily, if the modes of the other are known. In the tuning fork, having uniform material and section, the resonant frequencies are given by n_j(k)=m^2_j(k)^-2√<EI/Sp,> where E, p , I, S and l are Young's modulus, the density of the material, the moment of inertia, the area of the section, and the total length of the tuning fork, respectively. k means the ratio of the bottom side length of the U-shape to the parallel side length, and the proportional constants m^2, are shown in a table, with the various values of k. On the asymmetrical tuning forks of which two parallel sides have a slight difference in length, the vibration modes are calculated. The changes of the resonant frequeny and the nodal point are shown in connection with the change of the difference of the parallel sides. The results of the above theoretical analysis are compared with the experimental one, and it is ascertained that both are in good coincidence.
