A cyano group in 1, 2, 4-triaznes, regardless of its position, acted as an effective leaving group in reactions with carbanions. Thus, the reactions gave the corresponding substituted products in place of the compounds formed by addition reaction of carbanions to the cyano group. Grignard reaction of these carbonitriles is also described.

Endurance exercise training enhances muscle fat oxidation while concomitantly reducing carbohydrate (glycogen) utilization during exercise, thereby delaying the onset of fatigue. This study examined the effects of dietary fat restriction on endurance training-induced metabolic adaptations in rat skeletal muscle. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were placed on either a control diet (CON: 19.2% protein, 21.6% fat, and 59.2% carbohydrate as a percentage of total energy) or a fat-restricted diet (FR: 21.5% protein, 2.4% fat, and 76.1% carbohydrate as a percentage of total energy) for 4 wks. Half the rats in each dietary group performed daily 6-h swimming exercise (two 3-h sessions separated by 45 min of rest) on 5 days each wk. Endurance training significantly increased the expression of β-hydroxyacyl CoA dehydrogenase (βHAD), a key enzyme of fat oxidation, and pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4 (PDK4), an inhibitory regulator of glycolytic flux, in the skeletal muscle of rats fed the CON diet. However, such endurance training-induced increases in muscle βHAD and PDK4 were partially suppressed by the FR diet, suggesting that a FR diet may diminish the endurance training-induced enhancement of fat oxidation and reduction in glycogen utilization during exercise. We then assessed the muscle glycogen utilization rate during an acute bout of swimming exercise in the trained rats fed either the CON or the FR diet and consequently found that rats fed the FR diet had a significantly higher muscle glycogen utilization rate during exercise compared with rats fed the CON diet. In conclusion, dietary fat restriction may attenuate the endurance training-induced metabolic adaptations in skeletal muscle.

症例は47歳,男性.1995年4月22日午前7時頃,くしゃみをした直後に前胸部圧迫感が出現した.痛みは約15分続いた.さらに,同年5月16日午前7時頃,くしゃみをした直後に前胸部圧迫感が生じた.その際,便意も催し,排便後に失神したが,意識は10分弱で同復し,胸痛も消失した.近医の紹介により同年5月29日に当院に入院した.6月1日に冠動脈造影検査を施行,コントロール造影では両側冠動脈に器質的狭窄を認めなかったためアセチルコリン冠攣縮誘発試験を行った.その結果,右冠動脈,および左回旋枝は完全閉塞し,それに伴って胸部圧迫感と心電図上ST上昇を認めた.以上より異型狭心症と診断した.以後,抗狭心症薬の投与により狭心症発作は一度も起きていない.本症例は狭心症発作の前駆症状にくしゃみを認めた稀な症例である.

本稿は,民俗学における日記資料に基づく研究成果を概観し,その位置づけを再考することを目的とする。民俗学による日記資料の分析は,いくつかの有効性が指摘されてきた。例えば日記資料は,聞き取りが不可能な過去の民俗文化を再現するための有効な素材である。とりわけ長期間にわたって記録された日記は,民俗事象の継起的な持続と変容を検証するうえでも,重要な資料とみなされる。さらに通常の聞き取りではなかなか明らかにし得ない定量的なデータ分析にも,日記資料は有用であると述べられている。確かにこのような目論見のもとに多くの研究が行われ,一定の成果が見られたことは間違いない。ただし日記を含めた文字資料の利用は,民俗学に恩恵だけをもたらしてきたとは,一概にはいえない。文字資料への過度な依存は,民俗学が担ってきた口承の文化の探求とそこで紡がれる日常的実践への回路を閉ざしかねないだろう。そこで本稿では,これまで民俗学が,日記資料とどのように向かい合ってきたのかを問い直すことにしたい。民俗学者が,日記資料からどのようなテーマを抽出してきたのか,また,それらはどのような手順を踏むものだったのか,そこでの成果は,民俗学に対して,どのような展開をもたらし得るものであったのかを検証していく。これらの検証を通して,本論では日記研究自体が内包していた可能性を拡張することで,民俗学の外延を再構成し,声の資料と文字資料との総合的な分析の可能性を指摘した。

In this paper, we focus on business and the impedance that is a concept in the electrical engineering. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to provide a new knowledge in this field by using the concept of impedance, and to show the relation of the analogy between the impedance and business, and attractive approach to business, marketing, design, user experience (UX), etc. The meaning of analogy is to guess from those similar. It can be interpreted as one form of analogy, for example, also “parable”. When we have a new experience, we consider the problem by analogy from previous experience unconsciously. This is the basic idea of what we are practicing on a daily life. This concept will be applicable to create a new idea. Rather than bring the near ones, the important thing in analogy conception is that it borrows from a field with distance in contents. Its methodology leads to produce the innovation. If we borrow from a place close that everyone noticed, it is not possible to obtain a value to be expected. Engineering is a discipline that has been developed in the focus be useful to people originally. In addition, its history is old. For example, a core part of the mechanical engineering and electrical engineering is an area that has been established that have something immovable. This field is not an exaggeration to say that to form a “beautiful systematic academism”. Then the primary subject of this paper is to propose the concept of “business impedance”. Originally, both of “business” and “impedance” belong to the field of quite different respectively. Business is in “commercial world”, and the impedance is the field of “engineering”. Impedance is a concept in the electrical resistance of the exchanges in electrical and electronic engineering.

石原伸晃・国土交通相が、道路公団の藤井治芳はるほ総裁に辞表の提出を求めれば、藤井氏がこれを拒否する前代未聞の行動を見せ、ついに石原氏は解任の手続きに入った。石原氏が更迭・解任にからみ最大の拠り所とするのが、道路公団が健全経営ではなく債務超過とする"裏の財務諸表"の存在だ。この財務諸表についての本誌の質問に、藤井総裁が答えた文書が手元にある。

近年、公共事業に競争原理を導入する動きが見られ、電気事業においても自由化が進行している。電力は需要と供給が常に釣りあっていなければならないが、電力自由化の促進により電力系統の運用が複雑化することが考えられる。そこで、本研究では電力貯蔵装置を有する電力貯蔵会社というものを想定している。電力貯蔵会社は、電力貯蔵装置にエネルギーを貯蔵し電力市場の価格差を利用することで収益を上げる他に、周波数調整や無効電力供給などのアンシラリーサービスを提供することでも収益を上げることができると仮定している。本報告では、それらの収益の中でも無効電力供給の価値と収益性について評価している。

10月24日,石原伸晃国土交通大臣は日本道路公団の藤井治芳はるほ総裁を解任した。国交相は後任に民間人を起用したい考えだが,人選は難航しそうだ。新総裁決定までは村瀬興一副総裁が総裁の職務を代行する。 9月22日に就任した石原国交相は,10月5日に藤井氏と5時間にわたって会談。総裁辞任を要請した。しかし,藤井氏が辞任を拒否したため,解任手続きに着手した。
