<p>宮崎県児湯郡川南町の一般国道 10 号には,沿道商業施設の往来等から,乱横断する歩行者・自転車が多く,死亡事故が発生する単路区間が存在していた.このため,交通安全対策として,我が国で初めて信号機を設置せず,横断歩道を食い違いに配置した無信号の食い違い二段階横断施設が導入された.本研究は,我が国で初めて導入された,この二段階横断施設の導入効果を明らかにするために,導入前後に実施した各種調査の結果を用いて,二段階横断施設の安全性,円滑性の評価と,横断特性の変化を分析した.分析の結果,二段階横断施設の利用者が増加して乱横断が減少し,車両と接近した横断の減少や横断待ち時間の短縮等の安全・円滑面の効果が確認できた.また,歩道部より横断待ち時間が短縮する等の食い違い二段階横断の特性が確認できた.</p>

本論文は、企業が特許権を保有したまま国内外の第三者に無償提供する、いわゆる「知的財産のオープン化(特許の無償開放)」が法人税法 22 条 2 項にいう無償の役務提供に該当するか否かについて論じたものである。知的財産のオープン化とは、同業他社に自社技術を解放することによって、自社技術の技術標準化を図ることを目的としたものである。本論文では、無償取引が収益を認識するのかという問題提起を行い、収益の擬制や役務提供の範囲について検討した。結果として、特許の無償開放は無償の役務提供に該当し、それは法人税法上、みなし特許収入として益金に算入されるべきであると結論づけた。

草型改良による生産性改良のため,ソルガム類の市販品種を用いて,草型・茎葉関連形質および乾物生産性について評価した。出穂期および葉身長,葉身幅,葉面積,着生角度,中央部および下部稈径,茎数,草丈の草型・茎葉関連形質間の関係および乾物生産性との関係から,中央部および下部稈径は,草丈,着生角度を除く他の草型・茎葉関連形質との間で中~高い相関関係が,また,乾物生産性との間でも中程度の相関関係が認められ,特に,中央部稈径は収量性を評価するための簡易な指標になると考えられた。これに対し,草型の指標の1つである着生角度は,他の草型・茎葉関連形質および乾物生産性との間でも相関関係は認められなかった。さらに,写真を利用したソルガムの草型解析の結果から,縦幅,縦幅の差,縦横比および空間面積の和など項目で,ソルゴー型が他のタイプとは大きく異なり,葉身は大きく,立葉であることが認められ,草型は立葉の方が乾物生産性に優れることが推察された。

Firstly, a theoretical comparison of performance of Stirling engine cycle of various types, the Rombic type, L (or V) type, and Inversed T type (I-T type), is shown in this report.<BR>By the results, the non dimensional power &Delta;<I>pm/pm</I> is highest for the I-T type with adequate value of <I>x</I> (non dimensional volume difference between low temperature cylinder and high temperature cylinder of displacer cylinders) .<BR>Also it is shown that, the weight ratio of gas which pass through regenerator to the total gas is highest at I-T type.<BR>Secondly, an experiment of Stirling engine of L-type by atomospheric air is reported here.<BR>By its results, the power is high when the pressure drop by the regenerator is smaller than 1/10 of mean absolute pressure.<BR>The tendency of performance is known to be proportional with Schmidt theory that uses two region model of constant temperature.<BR>By this study many fundamental knowledge about Stirling Engine is accumulated very much.

Subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) with non-standardized house dust (HD) extracts has been used in Japan since 1963 for house dust mite (HDM)-allergic patients. Since the potencies of HD extracts are unknown, the allergenic potency of HD extracts was examined by comparing with a standardized HDM allergen extracts. The major allergen content of HDM in the extracts was measured using a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The immunoglobulin E (IgE) inhibitory activities of the extracts were measured by a competitive ELISA. The extract concentrations giving 50% inhibition of IgE binding (log10 IC50) were determined from dose–response curves and defined as inhibitory activities. A linear regression line was constructed from the log10 IC50 values of the standardized HDM extract to interpolate the relative potency of the HD extract with strength of 1 : 10 w/v (HD 1 : 10). The amounts of major allergens (Der f 1, Der p 1 and Der 2) were 116.3 µg/mL in the HDM allergen extract (100000 Japanese Allergy Units [JAU]/mL) and 0.77 µg/mL in the HD 1 : 10. The inhibitory activity (log10 IC50 values) of HD 1 : 10 was 2.389 ± 0.078, indicating the allergenic potency was between 200 and 2000 JAU/mL. Based on regression analysis (R2 >0.99), the allergenic potency of HD 1 : 10 was estimated to be 842 ± 128 JAU/mL. The present study determined the major allergen content of HD extract, which contributes to its allergenic potency. The allergenic potency of HD 1 : 10 was ca. 100-fold less than that of HDM allergen extract.

This review describes efficient means of preparing optically pure compounds via bakers' yeast mediated reaction or lipase-catalyzed reaction : (1) Bakers' yeast mediated reaction of cyanoketone was demonstrated and was discovered a new type of C-C bond forming reaction. (2) Hydrolysis of 2-substituted-3-acetoxy esters by Aspergillus lipase (lipase A 6) was demonstrated. According to summarize the stereo favoritism between substrates, the active site model of an Aspergillus lipase is proposed. (3) A simple preparation of optically active α- or γ-hydroxystannanes using Pseudomonas lipase (lipase PS) was realized. (4) Two effective means were discovered for enantioselective reaction of lipase PS : one is the modification of the acyl group by a sulfur functional group and the other is addition of a catalytic amount of l-methioninol or crown ether derivatives to the reaction mixture. (5) Optically pure (R) -4-hydroxy-3- (3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) methylbutanenitrile, obtained by this reaction, was applied to the synthesis of three anti-tumor lignans. (6) As a new chiral building block for tertiary alcohols, (R) -2-ally1-2- (phenylthio) methyloxirane was synthesized via lipase-catalyzed reaction.

目的:ニカラグァ国グラナダ県の若者のHIV関連の問題について調査の実施を支援し、関係者に対する働きかけを行った。<br>方法:グラナダ県の中等学校在学の10代後半の生徒に性行動調査を実施した。調査参加校は教育セクターの協力により選ばれた。<br>結果:689名が調査に参加した。16歳男子では33.3%、女子は7.2%、18歳ではそれぞれ48.1%と18.5%に性経験があり、性交経験者のうち、過去1年間に性交をした割合は男子で66.4%、女子で80.0%となった。金銭授受のない性行為でのコンドーム使用は、男子の28.2%、女子の13.3%だった。<br>考察:調査結果からは、現状とニーズの情報が得られ、保健と教育セクター及び当事者である生徒代表らの討議により、保健と教育セクター間の連携促進の契機となった。行動調査は、地域住民や行政のセクターを越えた支援を得るのに有効と考えられる。今後、保健と教育の連携を促進しニーズを満たす一方、ピア・グループの能力を高め、より効果的な対策が目指されている。

On 16 April 1970, a fresh carcase of an adult female of Japanese serow, <I>Capricornis crispus</I> (TEMMINCK, 1845), was found at an elevation of 1600m near Konsei Pass, Nikko-National Park, Tochigi Prefecture.<BR>The stomach contained a large quantity of plant materials. The contents were examined and the main plant species were identified (Fig. 1 and Table 1) .
