デザインリフレクションとは、チームメンバーで実践知を共有し、メンバー同士のより良い関係性構築につなげる活動である。良い関係性のチームになることで、よりユーザーに利用されるサービス開発につなげることがこの研究の目的である。デザインリフレクションでは主に以下の項目を語り合う。1)苦労を語り合う。2)工夫を語り合う。3)ものごとを判断するときに大事にしている考え方を語り合う。4)やってみてわかったことを語り合う。本研究で扱う実践知とは、サービス開発をするメンバーが開発を展開するために無意識に方略としている行為とその行為の背景にある感情である。本稿では、Yahoo!天気・災害サービスの「避難場所マップ」を開発したチームで行ったデザインリフレクションについて考察する。この事例から、デザインリフレクションを実施する意味を3点見出した。1)自分たちの実践知の素材を見出す。2)実践知の共有によってメンバーの相互理解が深まる。3)チームメンバーとのより良い関わり合い方がわかる。

1) 卒後募集の趣旨を実践しようとする意志は高かったが,現状の学士編入制度の価値への評価,貢献意志は高くなかった.現在の編入学者の自己評価の低さや実践の欠如を反映していると考える.2)募集や試験は,大学が医学教育や医療をどうしたいのかを明確にすることを求める意見が根底にあるものが多かった.3) 自身が将来価値を生み出すと評価した学士編入者は5,6割で,必要とする時間は1年から10年とする者が多かった.具体的な実績を今後さらに厳しく問われることになるだろう.

対話ロボットの振り向き停止方向を変化させ,ユーザが 「視線を感知する度合い」 と 「視線方向の正確さの度合い」 の評価実験を行い,明示的な目が付いていないロボットであっても,目が付いているロボットと同様に視線を感じること,視線のずれの許容限界値は 10°であること,水平方向の回転不足については甘くなる 「流し目効果」 があることを明らかにした.そこから得られた知見に基づいて,ユーザの視線を感知したときにロボットが振り向いて視線をあわせるシステムを開発し,対話ロボットへの話しかけやすさの向上の検証実験を行った結果について報告する.We conducted a experiment in which a conversational robot turns toward a subject. The subject evaluated "the degree of a gaze" and "the correctness of the gaze". The gaze of the robot without eyes clearly showed that it is felt the same as a robot with eyes, and that 10-degree error is permitted. Moreover, we discovered that the horizontal shortage of rotation, gave "sink eye effect". Based on the knowledge acquired from the experiment, we developed the system with which a robot turns and makes eye contact when a user's gaze had been perceived. This paper reports the result of the experiment which verifies whether a user speaking to a conversational robot easily by this system.

霧の発生が気管支喘息患者に及ぼす影響について検討する目的で, 45歳, 女性の喘息患者のピークフロー値と, 霧などの気象条件との関係について検討した. 患者は以前より, 香水, 野焼き, 工場からの煤煙などの臭気で発作が誘発されていたが, 2年前に転居してから発作が頻発するようになり, 霧との関係が疑われた. 平成6年6月から71日間のピークフロー値 (n=251) の中で, 霧と臭気のない時間帯 (n=195) の値は403±40L/分 (平均±標準偏差) であった. 霧の発生時間帯 (n=40) では347±60L/分, 臭気のあった時間帯 (n=5) では333±60L/分, 霧および臭気が同時に発生した時間帯 (n=11) では340±53L/分であり, いずれも有意(p<0.01)に低下していた. また, 1日の平均気温, 最低気温, 平均相対湿度, 気圧, 風向きとは有意な関連性はなかった. 気管支喘息患者において, 霧の吸入によりピークフロー値は低下し, 発作誘因の一つとなりうることが示唆された.

Patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) were reported to suffer from hypogeusia that affects quality of life. Proton pump inhibitor (PPI) is a useful drug in the treatment of LPR, but its effect on hypogeusia is not known. We therefore assessed the effects of PPI or a histamine H2 receptor antagonist (H2 blocker) on hypogeusia among patients with LPR. Both PPI and H2 blocker could inhibit acid reflux. LPR was diagnosed with reflux finding score and reflux symptom index. The visual analogue scale (VAS) of taste disturbance symptoms and the gustatory tests were assessed before and 8 weeks after treatment with esomeprazole, a PPI (20 patients, aged 50.0 ± 1.7 years) or famotidine, a H2 blocker (20 patients, aged 47.1 ± 1.8 years). There were no significant differences in VAS scores and recognition thresholds for four basic tastes between the two groups before treatment. Only PPI therapy significantly decreased the VAS scores, suggesting the improvement of taste perception. Moreover, PPI therapy significantly decreased recognition thresholds for bitter taste in the anterior tongue (chorda tympani nerve area) and the thresholds in the posterior tongue (glossopharyngeal nerve area) for salty, sour, and bitter tastes. By contrast, H2-blocker therapy caused no significant changes of thresholds in the anterior tongue, but improved the threshold only for bitter in the posterior tongue, the value of which was however significantly higher than that in PPI group. In conclusion, PPI could ameliorate hypogeusia by improving bitter, salty, and sour tastes among patients with LPR.

This paper, taking Futsuka-machi, Tozan-Nakaokutama Village, Iwai District in the area of Sendai clan as an example, clarifies the historical process of the formation of the town belonging to the countryside in Tohoku area in the Edo period through an analysis of the town form and its historical materials. This town originated in a late medieval small castle town which had been founded under a fort, and this restricted its reconstruction in the early Edo period (about 1639). Features of this reconstruction are as follows ; (1) Machikonoshn who were the habitants of Machiyashiki (townhouse) established their own community, and reconstructed the town by themselves. Particularly they built a streight street which had a L-shaped bend at the south end of the town. This arrangement arised from their consciousness of the regularization of Mchinami (townscape on a street). (2) On the east side of the street lined Machiyashiki, and on the west was the huge farmhouse, originated in Zaike (a type of medieval farmhouses), which didn't belong to the town community. Such difference of dwelling places on each side of the street had been succeeded since the late medieval ages. (3) The area of Machiyashiki is of a small scale as compared with others in this village, and its frontage was divided almost equally. However the habitants had large differentials in landholding. This is one of the characteristics of the townplanning in Tohoku area in the early Edo period.
