本研究では、温熱環境が作業効率に与える影響について、コールセンターを対象とした測定を行い、2004年と2012年の比較分析を行った。震災後の節電状況下の節電意識が高く、省エネルギーが図られた状態において、温熱環境と作業効率の関係を調べたところ、節電意識が高い2012年は、2004年に比べ、中程度の高温環境への許容範囲が広がり作業効率を高く維持した。しかし、空気温度が26.5〜27.0℃を超えると、節電意識にかかわらず作業効率が低下することがわかった。

発光ダイオード (LED) の高光度フルカラー,あるいはディジタルビデオディスク (DVD) などの光ディスクの高密度記録のため短波長青色発光素子の実現はワイドバンドギャップ半導体材料を研究している研究者にとっては長年の夢であった.最近 GaN 系半導体材料を使用して従来の LED より約100倍明るい高光度青,緑色 InGaN 単一量子井戸構造 LED が相継いで開発製品化された.また半導体レーザーの中では最短波長である390~430nmの青紫色半導体レーザーも InGaN 多重量子井戸構造を発光層とすることにより 1995 年末に世界で初めて開発された.ここではこれらGaN系発光素子の現状と将来の展望について述べる.

<p>It is generally agreed that the only early works of Toson Shimazaki was affected by the describing method of John Ruskin. It is sure that "Chikuma River Sketches," (1900–02) one of his early works, was affected by <i>The Modern Painters</i> (1843, 46, 56, 60) by Ruskin about the description of nature. However, in "The Distribution," (1927) his later work, exists Ruskin's saying: "There is no wealth but life." in <i>Unto This Last</i> (1862). The question now arises: Was Shimazaki's later works very influenced by Ruskin's works? Analyzing Shimazaki's essays makes his fundamental principle about writing clear. That is "a life- first policy." This policy lays a foundation for his novels. Therefore, "The Distribution" is also based on it. Moreover, Ruskin's saying symbolizes this policy. We may go on from this to the conclusion that Shimazaki put Ruskin's saying in his work in order to show the readers his policy.</p>

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of high heeled shoes on balance ability and walking on healthy women. [Subjects and Methods] Thirty healthy female subjects, without orthopedic history of the lower extremity were selected for the present study. The 3 cm, 6 cm, and 9 cm shoes were worn according to the prescribed order to perform a balance and walking test. [Results] Significant difference was shown after the experiment, in comparison of the groups in all variance, and as the result of post hoc test. Time, anterior-posterior length and medial-lateral length of balance variables as well as velocity of walking variables showed a significant increase between 3 cm and 6 cm, 6 cm and 9 cm, 3 cm and 9 cm. In addition, the balance index of the balance variables as well as the step length and single support ratio of the walking variables showed a significant decrease between 3 cm and 6 cm, 6 cm and 9 cm, 3 cm and 9 cm. [Conclusion] It was found that the higher the shoe heel height, the lower the balance and the less the efficiency of walking.

「マルクス派最適成長論」は, 労働価値説を基礎にマルクス史的唯物論の基本命題を導くために開発されたものであるが, 個別経済主体の最適化行動を基礎としたモデルを基本としているために近代経済学上の諸概念とも接続可能な論理構成を持っている。また, ここでは価値と価格の関係も明示されているので, 『資本論』の最も原理的な問題領域を論じる特集の基調論文として「マルクス派最適成長論」とその周辺の諸問題をまとめた。具体的には, 限界原理と労働価値説との関係, 「地代」を論じる次元の特定化, 新解釈学派と単一体系学派の問題, 「価格」レベルにおける利子取得を価値レベルでどう捉えるかといった問題である。Marxian optimal growth theory was developed to provide direction to the basic proposition of Marxian historical materialism on the basis of the labor theory of value and is also based on the optimization theory of individual agents so as to connect to modern economic theory. The relationship between value and price is also specified in Marxian optimal growth theory. Thus, I introduce this model in this paper as a keynote article discussing the most fundamental issues of Marx's Capital. In particular, the relationship between the marginal principle and the labor theory of value, special theoretical dimension of "rent," problems of the newinterpretation and single-system schools, and two dimensions of the category of "interest" are discussed in this paper.特集 : 『資本論』数理化研究の最先端
