本研究は,ラーニング・コモンズにおける学びと活用可能性について,状況的学習論を理論的枠組みとして用いて検討するものである。A大学のラーニング・コモンズをフィールドとし,ラーニング・コモンズという場について調べ考えるという学習活動に取り組んだ65名の学生を対象に,学習活動に使用したワークシートから得られた自由記述文に対して共起ネットワーク分析を施した。結果,【通常教室と異なる場】,【個人・協働学習の場】,【友達同士で集まる場】,【飲み物を楽しみながら授業の宿題に関して相談し合える場】,【気分転換を図りながらリラックスして勉強できる場】,【発表練習ができる場】,【多様な形のコミュニケーションが可能な場】,【その他】の8 つの群が抽出された。得られた群を参照しつつ,文化的透明性概念を手がかりに,ラーニング・コモンズにおける学びと活用可能性について分析的に論じた。またLCの学びを分析する際の視点として,学習者にとっての学習概念の更新を促す「照射」の概念を取り入れることの有効性を論じ,LCの学習論の構築に向けた今後の展望を述べた。

The present paper deals with Apus sinensis UENO (=A. numidicus var. sinensis UENO) inhabiting a temporary pond in the grounds of the Hoten Shrine in Mukden. The water of the pond was fed by an artesian well in its neighbourhood and was introduced for the first time in the beginning of June, 1937. The greatest depth of the water was about 30 cm on July 1st and the water was yellowish brown in color due to the dissolution of loess-like clay which forms the pond-basin. The temperature of the pond water on the afternoon of July 2nd was as high as 33℃, which nearly corresponds to the air-temperature at that time; the pH-values of the water were 6.6-7.1. This habitat seems therefore to be suitable for the propagation of the species which can endure a considerably higher temperature. Since the supply of water by the pump was stopped on July 22nd, the pond dried up on 24th of the same month. All the inhabitants, including Apus sinensis, Eocyzicus mongolianus, certain aquatic insects and tadpoles, exposed in consequence their dead bodies in air. On july 1st, 2nd and 13th there were collected total 362 individuals of Apus sinensis, 200 of which were measured and closely examined. 1. There is a marked difference in the form of the carapace between both sexes. The carapace is more strongly curved downward on both sides in the female than in the male, and the ratio of its median length to the total length of the body is also greater in the female than in the male. 2. The female is much more dark green in color than the male. 3. The number of somites uncovered by the carpace varies greatly, but it is usually greater in the male than in the female. 4. The number of the post-pedigerous somites is comparatively constant, 8-11 (average 9.4) in the male and 5-7 (average 6.6) in the female. 5. In the male the spinules on the ventral posterior margin of the telson and on the ventral surface of the caudal rami are scale-like in shape. 6. The caudal rami are mostly shorter in the male and longer in the female than the total length of the body. 7. The egg is spherical in shape, reddish brown in color, and is 0.4-0.5mm in diameter. The number of eggs carried in the egg-sac is from 73 to 186 in four females examined. 8. Two hundred and sixteen males were found among 362 individuals caught in the pond mentioned; the ratio of the male to the female is therefore 1.5:1.

This study examined the ability in recursive thinking to solve problems. To think recursively is one of the most effective ways to break up large and complex problems into smaller ones. This study prepared two problems with the same tail recursion: The “Guess-the-Number game” and the “Hat puzzle (Wise men puzzle).” Because participants (N=35) were not familiar with recursive thinking, they learned how to think recursively in the Guess-the-Number game. Then, we tested whether they could solve the Hat puzzle recursively. The results show that two-thirds of the participants could solve the problem recursively, even if the size of the problem increased. Furthermore, their solution times had differed between correct and incorrect answers. This suggests that the difference reflected a “saving” of effort for problem solving.

本研究では、『太平広記』『古小説鉤沈』の字句の校勘と厳密な読解を行いながら、約7000話の中国古小説の話題事項を抽出し、それを分類整理した。これによって、中国古小説の類話を検索するための利便性が高まり、中国古小説研究のみならず、日本あるいはアジアの諸地域、広くは世界の説話との比較研究を行う上で、関連ある話題事項を提供することが可能になった。また、古小説の訳注作業を着実に進展させるという成果も得られた。

長野県東筑摩郡『神社誌』は、柳田国男および文部省国民精神文化研究所哲学科助手堀一郎、東京高等師範学校講師和歌森太郎の指導・助言により、東筑摩教育会が昭和一八年度から実施した『東筑摩郡誌別篇』氏神篇編纂事業のなかで作成されたもので、東筑摩郡内の一七一社におよぶ氏子を有する神社である氏神一社ごとに「総記」「神職」「祭」「神社をめぐる氏子生活」「祝殿」の五項目に関する氏子の語りを、東筑摩教育会教員が記録した「神社誌」である。東筑摩郡『神社誌』が平成一八年三月に刊行された国立歴史民俗博物館基幹研究「戦争体験の記録と語りに関する資料論的研究」の『翻刻資料集』二に収録された理由は、『神社誌』が国立歴史民俗博物館基幹研究資料報告書一四『戦争体験の記録と語りに関する資料調査』と同じく「戦争体験の語り」に関する貴重な記録であること、および『神社誌』が戦時下の氏神が果たした機能、戦時下の氏神信仰と祭祀の諸相、氏子制度・隣組・部落会、学校など氏神を支える社会的基盤を考察できる「戦時中に書かれた記録」であることによる。本稿は、右のような問題意識をふまえ、東筑摩郡寿村(現松本市)『神社誌』を対象に、八冊におよぶ寿村『神社誌』の記述を、『戦争体験の記録と語りに関する資料調査』と『神社誌』における話者の語り方の位相に着目しながら、役場・学校所蔵資料などの記録(資料)と語り(記憶)の視点から検討する作業を通じて、『神社誌』の資料論的意義を考察したものである。戦時下の氏神に関する氏子(個人)の語りは、どのようなプロセスをへてムラ(集団)の語りとして記述され、東筑摩郡『神社誌』という記録(資料)に結実したのだろうか。

Processing and activation of the precursor of an extracellular <i>Streptomyces</i> transglutaminase were achieved by using three <i>Streptomyces</i> proteases (SAM-P20, SAM-P26 and SAM-P45), all of which are widely distributed in <i>Streptomyces</i>. The use of these proteases would allow us to develop a production process for the active form of this enzyme in recombinant bacteria.<br>

犬の僧帽弁閉鎖不全症 (MR) は小型犬に多く認められる傾向にある。そこで本邦で飼育頭数の多いマルチーズのMRの発生状況について疫学的検討を行った。対象は1986年1月より1991年1月の5年間に来院したマルチーズのうち, 生存例392例と死亡例68例の計460症例について検討を加えた。診断方法は聴診において僧帽弁口部に最強点を有する収縮期逆流性雑音の聴取された症例に対して, 単純X線検査あるいは断層心エコーでMRを診断した。その結果, 症例数に雌雄差は認められなかった。聴診上, 収縮期逆流性雑音が聴取された症例は全症例の23.5%であり, 心雑音症例の97%がMRと診断された。MR症例における雌雄比は1 : 1.4と雄に多く発生する傾向が認められた。年齢との関係に関しては, 心雑音が最初に指摘された年齢は5歳齢が最も早かったが, 最多聴取年齢は9歳であった。また, 死因に関しては, 心不全で死亡した割合は雄では54%, 雌では32%であり, 心不全で死亡する割合も雄の方が高い傾向が認められた。

Cell motility, including smooth muscle contraction and cell migration, is regulated by reversible phosphorylation of myosin. Recent studies have shown that myosin phosphatase (MP), along with kinases, contributes dynamically to the regulation of myosin-II phosphorylation. An MP specific inhibitor named CPI-17, which is expressed in smooth muscle and neuronal cells, mediates receptor signaling leading to myosin-II phosphorylation. In this review, we discuss structure/function relationships of CPI-17 stemming from our recent NMR studies and computer modeling results. The combination of biophysical approaches with biochemical techniques has revealed the inhibitory mechanism of CPI-17.

C<SUB>3</SUB>Hf/He系マウス頭部へのX線516mC/kg (2000R) , 1回照射による口腔組織上皮基底層の細胞動態を<SUP>3</SUP>H-チミジン標識を行うことにより, 細胞周期回転に関しては標識分裂細胞頻度 (PLM) 解析法によって, また, 基底細胞の分化相への移行は標識細胞の移行率の経時的変化によって調べた。舌上皮基底細胞では, 照射によりG<SUB>2</SUB>期および分化層への移行開始時間の遅れが起こる。しかし, 口唇粘膜では照射による障害が大きく基底細胞の増殖は著しく抑制された。
