和文要約 中井正一の「委員会の論理」(1936)における嘘言の媒介には後藤宏行(1965),ついで針生一郎・松岡正剛(1982)が言及し,両者は嘘言によるコミュニケーションの発展を肯定的に把握した.他方,荒瀬豊(1979)は中井における嘘言の克服を強調した.しかし「委員会の論理」を仔細に読むとテクストは双方を支持し,嘘言が遍在する点を本稿は論じる. 「委員会の論理」は,連載時の『世界文化』編集後記で元原稿を紙幅の関係で圧縮するように依頼した旨記され,中井の既存の諸論考の議論を補わないと理解しがたい. 中井の重要概念,基礎射影及びコプラという言葉は「委員会の論理」でそれぞれ一つの節で僅かしか現れないが,先行あるいは後続する彼の諸論考と重ね合わせると,それらは嘘言の文脈で理解できる.また「委員会の論理」の本題とされる十六節のループ状のモデルにも嘘言は媒介する. 以上のように「委員会の論理」において嘘言が遍在することを本稿は論じ,難解な「委員会の論理」の理解をやや明快にする一助となることを目指す.

血中カリウム(potassium; K)値は腎機能などによって変動するが,体内での変動とは別に,検体の溶血や採血時のクレンチングなどの条件によって偽高値を示すことがある。今回,これらに問題はなく一過性に高K血症をきたした症例を経験した。この症例ではカリウムを多く含む食事の影響が推測されたため,その検証を行ったので報告する。同意が得られたボランティア12名を対象に,患者から聞き取りを行った内容と同様の食事を摂取させ,食前,食後1時間,2時間で血清Kと尿K,尿クレアチニン(creatinine; CRE)を測定した。個人別の変動では,12名のうち2名において血清K値が食後1時間で0.7 mmol/L上昇,食後2時間の尿K/CREが60 mmol/g·CRE上昇した。また,血清K値は食前の値に対して食後1時間**,2時間*で有意に上昇し,尿K/CREは2時間**で有意に上昇した(*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01)。12名のうち5名で血清K値が0.3 mmol/L以上上昇しており,この群では食後1時間の尿Kの排泄量が少なく食後2時間で大きく増加していることより,K排泄が遷延していると考えられた。今回の検討で,健常者においても短時間で食後の血清K値の上昇を認めたことから,臨床像と乖離のある高K血症においては採血手技や検体の取り扱いの確認だけでなく,食事内容や食後の時間経過の聞き取りも重要であると考えられた。

自然言語文中のエンティティ名をWikidataなどの大規模知識グラフのリソースと対応づけるタスクであるエンティティリンキング(EL)は,質問応答などの基盤技術として注目されている.最先端のEL研究は英語を対象としており,日本語を対象としたEL研究は少ない.ELモデル構築には言語モデルや知識グラフ埋め込みを利用しており,日本語ELモデルを構築するには言語モデルや知識グラフ埋め込みの日本語対応が必要となる.本研究では,英語ELモデルを日本語対応するための課題の分析を行う.Wikidataを対象とした英語ELモデルPNEL(Pointer Network based Entity Linker)構築において言語依存の埋め込みを変更することにより,日本語ELモデルを構築した.英語データセットであるwebQSP,SimpleQuestions,LC-QuAD2を翻訳し,日本語と英語ELモデルの比較評価から,モデル構築における課題を埋め込み手法の観点から分析した.

近年、義足部品は目覚ましく発展している一方で、下肢切断者に対する理学療法は十分に提供できていないのが現状である。下肢切断者を実際に担当する機会は少ないように感じる。また、 理学療法を進めていくうえで義足やソケットの知識は必須であるが、切断者に関わることが少ないと勉強する機会も必然的に少なくなる。切断者が義足を装着して歩行練習などを実施していく中で医師や看護師はもちろんではあるが、義肢装具士との連携は重要である。本稿は理学療法士が切断者を担当した際に、どのように進めてよいか迷った時に役立つように作成した。詳しくは、切断者の術前からの関わりや術後早期の理学療法、義足を装着した初期の練習方法、日常生活での実用的な義足歩行を獲得するための練習、そして在宅での生活動作練習の実践方法と義足部品の活用など写真を含めて説明する。また、最後に下肢切断者とスポーツについても述べたい。

A mixture of egg yolks and hot water was beaten with a “Mixmaster of Sunbeam”. Other substances were added into the mixture in some experiments. Effects of the consistency of egg yolk, the temperature of water and added substances on the formation and stability of the egg yolk foam were studied. The effect of the egg yolk foam on the sponge cake was also studied. The following results were obtained.1. When much water is added to egg yolks, more foam is made, but the stability of foam decreases.2. When the temperature of water added to egg yolks is high, the formation of foam is accelerated, and its stability increases.3. One per cent of tartaric acid in the mixture of egg yolks and water retards the formation of foam, but none of oil, sugar and salt of 1% does not affect it.4. When the more sugar is added, the less foam is formed, but the stability increases.5. When whipped egg whites are mixed in batter together with beaten yolks, soft texture of sponge cake is obtained.

Arima-type hot spring waters that exhibit unique geochemical characteristics and their formation are reviewed based on subduction-zone-scale perspectives and studies concerning fluid circulation. Arima-type hot spring waters produced in non-volcanic regions exhibit properties similar to those of volcanic fluids. In order to clarify the formation mechanism, we first review the definition of volcanic/non-volcanic regions and their essential differences. Then we discuss the dehydration reactions in the subducting plates, the resulting distribution and geochemical characteristics of slab fluids, and present evidences of their ascent into the Japanese crust and their role in the global material cycling. In addition, the characteristics and causes of the recently discovered Arima-like hot spring water in the Eurasian continent are reported, and the extent of the material circulation in the wide subduction zone is discussed.

In this study, a discomfort feeling scale to other’s gaze was made based on the free description survey, and the relation with metacognition was examined. As a result, the discomfort feeling scale to other’s gaze consisted of a two factors structure of “anxiety/fear” factor and “irritability” factor. And people who were easily embarrassed by other’s gaze had low self-control ability. Also, females were more likely to feel uncomfortable (especially “irritability” factor) to the gaze of others than male.

Non-timber forest products (NTFPs) are essential for rural livelihoods but are often threatened by deforestation and overexploitation. Rauvolfia serpentina is a critical NTFP species; however, there have been no studies on the impact of future climate change on its potential habitat distribution. We used the Maxent modeling approach to address this knowledge gap and determine this species’ current and future suitability under climate change scenarios. The areas more suitable to its occurrence were mainly located near the southwestern coastal regions of Myanmar and India. Based on our predictions, these ‘very high’ suitability areas are likely to decrease in 2070 under both low and high CO2 emission scenarios, indicating the future vulnerability of this species’ habitat to the impact of climate change. This species is a highly valued NTFP species in the study region; therefore, such a reduction in habitat suitability may result in reductions in NTFP production and economic benefits for the dependent populations. Our findings can help define and conserve areas containing the natural habitats of this high-valued NTFP species.

Esophageal achalasia is classified into three subtypes according to manometric findings. Since several factors, including clinical characteristics and treatment response, have been reported to differ among the subtypes, the underlying pathogenesis may also differ. However, a comprehensive understanding regarding the differences is still lacking. We therefore performed a systematic review of the differences among the three subtypes of achalasia to clarify the current level of comprehension. In terms of clinical features, type III, which is the least frequently diagnosed of the three subtypes, showed the oldest age and most severe symptoms, such as chest pain. In contrast, type I showed a higher prevalence of lung complications, and type II showed weight loss more frequently than the other types. Histopathologically, type I showed a high loss of ganglion cells in esophagus, and on a molecular basis, type III had elevated serum pro-inflammatory cytokine levels. In addition to peristalsis and the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) function, the upper esophageal sphincter (UES) function of achalasia has attracted attention, as an impaired UES function is associated with severe aspiration pneumonia, a fatal complication of achalasia. Previous studies have indicated that type II shows a higher UES pressure than the other subtypes, while an earlier decline in the UES function has been confirmed in type I. Differences in the treatment response are also crucial for managing achalasia patients. A number of studies have reported better responses in type II cases and less favorable responses in type III cases to pneumatic dilatation. These differences help shed light on the pathogenesis of achalasia and support its clinical management according to the subtype.

We report two cases of accidental ingestion of a press-through package (PTP) . Case 1 was a 57-year-old woman who visited our hospital and stated that she possibly swallowed a PTP. Abdominal CT did not detect a foreign body. During upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, the PTP was identified directly in the esophagus and removed endoscopically. Case 2 was a 75-year-old woman who visited our hospital because of ingestion of a PTP. Abdominal CT revealed an object with high-density opacity, which was suspected of being a PTP, in the esophagus. Under the diagnosis of ingestion of a PTP, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed and the PTP was removed. Abdominal CT imaging is generally useful for correct diagnosis of ingestion of a PTP, although CT sometimes cannot detect a PTP depending on the materials it is made of. It is noteworthy that the materials that make up a PTP affect various CT imaging results.

高校における表現教育のアポリアの1つに、何を表現していいかわからないという生徒の反応がある。生徒が自己の見方に自信を持ち、想いを言葉にして他者に届けるにはどうすればよいか? ラジオドラマ制作を通して生徒に反映された効果を分析したところ、(1) 物語創出能力 (2) 物語構築能力 (3) 物語表現能力 (4) 物語共感能力が検証された。その4つの能力を表現教育に敷術化する試みの中で、生徒は想いを言語化することが可能となった。

インスリノーマは膵神経内分泌腫瘍(p-NET)の中では非機能性腫瘍についで多く,機能性腫瘍の中では最も多い。臨床症状としてはWhippleの3徴が知られているが,典型例は多くないため診療を進める上で注意すべき問題がいくつある。一般に診断が遅れがちであるため,低血糖患者に対しては積極的にインスリノーマの存在を疑い,機能検査を駆使して正しい診断に到達することが重要である。単発で転移を有さないことが多いが,正確な局在診断が重要であり,選択的動脈内刺激物注入試験(SASIテスト)や術中超音波検査での確認が有用である。術式選択について,ガイドラインでは腫瘍径および腫瘍と主膵管との位置関係によって,核出術,膵切除術を決定するアルゴリズムを示している。脾動静脈温存手術や腹腔鏡下手術も術式選択としてあげられる。

Many literary works left behind by condemned criminals have been found to be incredibly thought-provoking and moving. Yoshiki Sumitama’s tanka (a form of Japanese poem) anthology, “A Deadly Sin,” is one of such. As one can comprehend how deeply the poet’s thoughts with regard to death as a form of atonement for a criminal’s sin, through reading his tanka in “A Deadly Sin,” I consider what his personal religious beliefs were, his views of sin and death, how he confronted his internal agony of his own deadly sin, and how, ultimately, he faced his own fears of death. He reflected his beliefs through his tanka, questioning that the belief in which one can pay for one’s sin through death, is an illusion. The questions with which he questioned himself are the very same questions he questions society and the current law system with.
