<p> 本研究では, 職業的音楽家を志してきた若い成人を対象に, その過程にはどのような課題があったのかを, 質的に検討することを目的とした。主に学校卒業以降の困難や葛藤の詳細に焦点をあて, インタビュー調査から得られたデータの分析をおこなった。その結果, 6つの課題が抽出された。学校卒業時には, 仕事内容や仕事の獲得方法など, 職業としての音楽についての知識や情報が不足しており, このことは職業生活への移行を漠然とさせていた。仕事を始めてからも, 志の揺らぎや, 否定的な評価を受けるといった困難が認められた。ある程度音楽の仕事が増加してきても, 音楽以外の仕事とかけもちすることによるアイデンティティの葛藤や, 音楽的充実感と収入をはかりにかけるといった葛藤が認められた。また, 職業的音楽家として自立した生活を送りつつある協力者であっても, 音楽の仕事を継続した将来を展望することは難しく, 音楽を志す若者の人生設計が, 大変不確実なものであることがうかがえた。</p>

We demonstrate the characterization of a horn antenna in the full F-band (90 ∼ 140 GHz) based on far-field transformation from near-field electro-optic (EO) measurement. Our nonpolarimetric self-heterodyne EO sensing system enables us to simultaneously measure the spatial distribution of the amplitude and phase of the RF signal. Because free-running lasers are used to generate and detect the RF signal, our EO sensing system has wide frequency tunability. Owing to the stable and reliable amplitude and phase measurements with minimal field perturbation, the estimated far-field patterns agree well with those of the simulated results. We have evaluated the estimation errors of the 3-dB beamwidth and position of the first sidelobe. The largest standard error of the measurements was 1.1° for 3-dB beamwidth and 3.5° for the position of first sidelobe at frequency 90 GHz. Our EO sensing system can be used to characterize and evaluate terahertz antennas for indoor communication applications such as small-size slot array antennas.

Teleconnection patterns in boreal winter were sought by using the streamfunction based on one-point covariance analysis. As a result, five patterns with two new patterns, i.e., the North and South Pacific Oscillation pattern (PO) and the Middle Atlantic pattern (MA), were obtained. The PO is an interhemispheric pattern with major centers in the Pacific, related to the El Niño/La Niña. The MA has a similar structure with the East Atlantic pattern (EA), though the orientation of the pattern and the difference in the sustaining mechanism, as well as a relatively low correlation between the two indices, distinguish the MA from the EA, with the primary importance of the MA from several pieces of evidence. The PO and MA have significant relations to the surface air temperature mostly through the temperature advection. By comparing the result of the combined EOF for the zonal and meridional winds, the appropriateness of the use of the streamfunction in association with wind variations was also confirmed.

本研究は東アジアにおける茶に関する調査を通じ、そこに共通する思考を明らかにしようとするものである。文献調査により、日本、韓国、中国の茶の精神的な部分に多くの共通点があることを明らかにした。そして、韓国の茶の中心である全羅常道を現地調査し、それらをさらに確かめた。茶のもつ「安らぎ」という薬効が、茶と自然とのかかわりにおいて重要な要素となっている。しかし、茶の持つ自然との共生、共存の思考は、単に自然とかかわるだけでなく、東洋的思想の中核に茶が位置することを示唆している。茶による東洋的思想の広がり、とくに西洋への広がりを今後の茶の在り方として提案する。

In this paper, first, analyses of local community mascot characters are carried out to obtain knowledge to be the popular ones. Next a mascot characters automatic creation system is proposed using these findings. As for the analyses, we used 200 mascot characters. Many interesting findings could be obtained such that dark-round eyes tend to contribute to be popular as a mascot character. The proposed system utilizing these findings can create a mascot character reflecting a user's image inputted by affective words. Many parts having degrees of affective images are prepared in the proposed system and are combined to form a character using Rough Sets Theory and an Interactive Genetic Algorithm framework. We performed evaluation experiments. Many mascot characters satisfying user's image were created and remarkable results were obtained through subjective evaluations. For example, by using the extracted rules from the analyses and Interactive Genetic Algorithm, the proposed system can create much favorable mascot characters. Moreover, we found some interesting tendencies of the color used to paint characters. One of them is that gentle characters are often painted in colors with low saturation.

細胞治療や再生医療は、今後、新たな事業機会を提供する産業へと成長していくことが期待されている。しかし、この新たな事業機会を日本経済の成長へとつなげるには、国内企業が、当該産業に新規参入する必要がある。本研究では、旭化成による細胞治療を対象とした新規事業の開発に焦点をあて、川下企業との共同開発の有効性を示す。そして、川上と川下の企業間の関係を構築する仕組みの整備が当該産業に関連した新規事業の開発を促進し、新規参入を後押ししていく可能性を指摘する。
