ソフトウェアの信頼性確保を目的として,faultの有無を推定するモデル(faultproneモジュール判別モデル)が数多く提案されている.しかし,どのようにテスト工数を割り当てるのかといったfault-proneモジュール判別モデルの判別結果の利用方法についての議論はほとんどされておらず,信頼性確保の効果は不明確であった.そこで,本論文では,faultの有無の判別,テスト工数の割当て,ソフトウェア信頼性の関係のモデル化を行い,TEAR(Test Effort Allocation and software Reliability)モデルを提案する.TEARモデルにより,与えられた総テスト工数の枠内で,ソフトウェア信頼性が最大となるような(モジュールごとの)テスト工数割当ての計画立案が可能となる.TEARモデルを用いてシミュレーションを行った結果,推定される判別精度が高い,もしくは,fault含有モジュールが少ない場合には,fault-proneモジュールに多くのテスト工数を割り当てた方がよく,推定される判別精度が低い,もしくは,fault含有モジュールを多く含む場合には,判別結果に基づいてテスト工数を割り当てるべきではないことが分かった.Various fault-prone detection models have been proposed to improve software reliability. However, while improvement of prediction accuracy was discussed, there was few discussion about how the models shuld be used in the field, i.e. how test effort should be allocated. Thus, improvement of software reliability by fault-prone module detection was not clear. In this paper, we proposed TEAR (Test Effort Allocation and software Reliability) model that represents the relationship among fault-prone detection, test effort allocation and software reliability. The result of simulations based on TEAR model showed that greater test effort should be allocated for fault-prone modules when prediction accuracy was high and/or when the number of faulty modules were small. On the other hand, fault-prone module detection should not be use when prediction accuracy was small or the number of faulty modules were large.

We analysed possible pathophysiology of cubitus varus deformity after supracondylar fracture of the humerus using clinical materials and experimental models. In addition to varus, distal portion of the humerus usually rotates internaly and extends posteriorly. As a result, pronation of the forearm, external rotation of the shoulder and elbow flexion are limited in the patients with cubitus varus deformity.

トカマク型核融合炉の定常化にとって高ベータ化は必須である.この高ベータ化には最終的にはMHD不安定性の一種である"抵抗性壁モード"がボスキャラのごとく立ちはだかる.逆転磁場ピンチに至っては抵抗性壁モードによって寿命が決まってしまう.この十年,閉じ込め改善や加熱装置の進展により高ベータ化の敵,抵抗性壁モードとの実戦が始まった.この敵を駆逐する(安定化する)武器には"プラズマ回転"と"磁場のフィードバック制御"があるが,最近その戦いにちょっとしたどんでん返しがあった.その結構ドラマチックな戦歴を楽しんでもらうために,まずは敵を知ってもらい,これらの武器の説明をしよう.その領域は物理から工学までの広い分野にわたる.現在の戦況は混沌としているが,さらに,問題点や今後の戦い方について考える.さあ,抵抗性壁モードの世界へ,ようこそ.

Comparative studies of congenitally deaf human and white cats with partial albinism of the eyeball were made. Pathology of inner ear lesion in man was explained by electrophysiological and histopathological data obtained from the deaf white cat. Absence of the endocochlear resting potential in the deaf white cat indicated an ionic alternation of endolymph. A cochleo-saccular degeneration of Scheibe's type which observed in the white cat may be produced by this ionic change. Cochlear lesion in the deaf human was attributed to the same pathology. Majority of the human cases had canal paresis while the histopathologic observation of the deaf white cat demonstrated normal structures of the semicircular canals and the utricle. Reasons of this discrepancy have not been explained. Inheritance of deafness in the white cat was a dominant autosomal mode while majority of the human cases did not show the dominant inheritance.

Na_3PO_4, Na_2SO_4が石こうの水和反応に及ぼす影響について, X線回折, 走査型電子顕微鏡観察, 硬化時間の測定を行い検討した.石こう練和水へのNa_3PO_4の少量の添加は, 石こうの水和反応を抑制し, 生成した二水塩結晶の形態を変化させた.このNa_3PO_4の石こう水和反応に与える影響は, Na_2SO_4に比べ著しく大きかった.Na_3PO_4水溶液で練和した石こう泥を, 滲出液中にリン酸分を含まない, アルジネート印象材と同様に親水性である寒天印象材上で硬化させると, Na_3PO_4の添加量が増加するに従い表面あれは大きくなった.以上の結果から, アルジネート印象材による石こう表面のあれの原因の一つは, 印象材滲出液中のリン酸分であると推断することができる.

小児インスリン依存型糖尿病患児4例に対して, 診断後早期に非修飾型免疫グロブリン製剤を400mg/kg, 4~5日間点滴静注する治療 (免疫グロブリン大量療法) を行い, その前後で食後2時間における血清C-peptide [以下CPRと略す], アルギニン負荷テスト [以下ATTと略す] におけるCPR反応, 1日インスリン必要量およびHbAlcを測定するとともに, その他若干の免疫学的検査を行って比較検討した.免疫グロブリン投与後, 全例において食後2時間における血清CPRの上昇を認め, ATTでも50%の症例でインスリン分泌能の改善を認めた. また4例中3例は診断後6~11ヵ月を経過しても0.5U/kg/day以下のインスリン必要量でコントロールが可能であり, 免疫グロブリン大量療法によって, 経過とともに本症の内因性インスリン分泌能が低下するのをある程度阻止し得るものと思われた.そしてこれらの機序は明らかではないが, 免疫グロブリン大量療法によって, 細胞性免疫系や抗体産生系に抑制効果をもたらすことが考えられるが, その他製剤中に含まれる抗Ia抗体や抗イディオタイプ抗体が免疫反応を抑制して臨床効果をもたらすのではないかと推測された.

We evaluated ARCHITECT®・iCarbamazepine using chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) with carbamazepine (CBZ) concentration in the serum of patients with epilepsy. The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation were 0.87-1.34% and 2.20-6.06%, respectively. Cross-reactivity of CBZ analogs by CLIA varied from 7.00-9.26% with carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide lower than that evaluated by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA), and 2.09-2.51% with 10-monohydroxycarbazepine higher than that evaluated by FPIA. Oxcarbazepine was not detected. In addition, we observed a correlation between the values obtained by CLIA method and the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method (y = 1.07x - 0.09, r = 0.98), and FPIA method and HPLC method (y = 0.95x - 0.22, r = 0.97). Our results suggest that ARCHITECT®・iCarbamazepine measured the CBZ concentration in serum lower than that measured by FPIA. However we conclude that ARCHITECT®・iCarbamazepine can be used for routine monitoring of CBZ for the reason that ARCHITECT®・iCarbamazepine showed low cross-reactivity with CBZE by classification of CBZE/CBZ ratio.
