本研究では,大学教員を対象としたブレンド型授業を設計するための教員研修プログラムを開発した.教員研修プログラム開発の指針を得るため,多様な教員がブレンド型授業を実施する上での課題を分析した.その結果,教員はオンラインツールを用いたことなどによるメリットを感じた一方で,授業方法の変化に伴う不便さや困難を感じ,学生を含め心身への影響を及ぼした状況が明らかとなった.この分析をもとに,教員研修プログラムの構成要素として,教授者目線で3つのステップを踏みブレンド型授業を考案する「リビルド法」と,リビルド法に基づきブレンド型授業を設計する「授業デザインツールキット」を開発した.ツールキットを用いた教員研修プログラムを実施した結果,ツールキットと教員研修の場が,ブレンド型授業を設計するために有用であったことが示唆された.

The purpose of this research was to explore the characteristics required of a leader for adventure journeys. The study comprised 2 parts. In Part 1, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the Arctic adventurer Yasunaga Ogita to clarify the concepts he regarded as essential for an expedition leader. This yielded an understanding of the characteristics of adventure journeys, i.e. repeatedly taking active steps, while accepting uncertainty and freedom. On that basis, it was shown to be vital to identify and manage risks through objective assessment, and to make choices based on active observation. In Part 2, a participant-observation method was used, focusing on Yasunaga Ogita, as well as 8 6th-grade elementary school students and 7 staff members who participated in a 100-mile expedition. As practical knowledge, Part 2 clarified the actions required for achieving an adventure journey based on the expert knowledge of Mr. Ogita revealed in Part 1. This clarified the characteristics of risk management and acceptance of the freedom of children, and demonstrated that “instruction”, “education”, “acceptance”, “response”, and “delegation of decision-making to the team” should be properly applied based on active observation. It was concluded that an effective expedition leader needs to repeatedly engage in selfregulation, manage the contradictory elements of risk and freedom, and adapt to change. To develop such characteristics, it is crucial to build up experience while actively going into the field and engaging in group action.

In general, we use expressions of other sensory modalities when expressing scents (e.g., sweet smell, sharp smell). Hence, it is possible that information processing in olfaction involves information processing in other sensory modalities. Particularly, many studies have been conducted on vision and olfaction, revealing that visual stimuli such as colors and pictures affect olfaction, and that shape characteristics affect scent intensity (e.g., Sakai et al., 2006; Ayabe, 2011). These findings can be applied to the package design of fragrance products such as fabric softeners and perfumes. Childers & Jass (2002) found that many elements constituting package design, font design, in particular, influence consumers’ evaluation and impression of a product. Therefore, in this study, we examined how the visual characteristics of font type (round font, square font) affect scent impression (likeability, intensity, softness, gender associated with the scent). The results indicated that the visual characteristics of the font, presented simultaneously as the scent, influence scent likeability, intensity, and associated gender. The likeability ratings were a significant main effect of font type, and were significantly higher for the round font than for the no letter condition. Thus suggesting that round font enhanced scent likeability. The intensity ratings and associated gender significantly interacted in the scent and font conditions. The match (or mismatch) between scent image and visual characteristics influenced scent impression. However, not all font types were found to be effective for all scents in this study. These results suggest that the effect of vision on scent impression may be influenced not simply by whether the image of the scent matches the visual characteristics, but by the degree of harmony between the scent and font impression (the degree to which the impression matches).

症例は動悸を主訴とする46歳,男性.発作時の心電図でnarrow QRS tachycardiaが記録されている.EPSではS1=600ms,S2=330msの心房期外刺激にて心室に2:1伝導する上室性頻拍が誘発された(心室の周期650ms,心房の周期320~350ms).房室伝導のブロック部位はHis束より近位で,心房興奮の最早期はCS入口部であった.2:1伝導の頻拍は連結期440~570msの範囲に限定されたPVCにより心房がリセットされずに1:1房室伝導に変化した.頻拍停止後の右室ペーシングにて頻拍中と同じsequenceで逆伝導を認めた.Para-Hisian pacingはAV nodal patternであった.頻拍はfast-slow型AVNRTであり,房室結節の下位共通路で2:1ブロックされていたものと診断した.PVCによる1:1伝導への変化は適度な連結期を有するPVCが下位共通路に侵入し,同伝導路内で順行性伝導とcollisionすることでERPの短縮が生じたため出現したと考えられた.

鉱質コルチコイド反応性低ナトリウム(Na)血症(MRHE:mineralocorticoid-responsive hyponatremia of the elderly)は,脱水を伴った高齢者に発症することが多い疾患である.バソプレシン分泌過剰症(SIADH:syndrome of inappropriate secretion of anti-diuretic hormone)と臨床像が類似するが,治療法が異なるため鑑別が重要である.
