Since Saitama Medical University applied to carry out a sex reassignment surgery (so called "sex change surgery") in 1995, medicalization of "gender identity disorder" is actively encouraged in Japan. There has been a corresponding increase in number of treatises on this mental disorder published by specialists. By analyzing those professional discourses, I will illustrate how a domain of "the sexual" is socially constructed.<br> The social constructionism has argued two important views: First, objects are produced in and through a series of linguistic practices of signification; second, some knowledge is cited/referred when the practices are intelligible. The question of how "the sexual" is constructed will not be limited to the work of showing the particular way of construction of "the sexual." I will also show how and what kind of knowledge is cited in the constructing process.<br> Having learned constructionism from Judith Butler, this paper keeps the interest of describing gaps and fissures that are produced in the very process of the constructing practices. Those gaps and fissures are observed as logical discontinuity, and are taken as the possibility to change the hegemonic meaning of "the sexual."<br> I hold the attention of its changeablity because I am anxious that the construct of "the sexual" by professionals becomes standard and legitimate knowledge. Examining carefully the practices, we will find cited knowledge there operates against not only other "sexual minorities" but also transsexuals themselves.

Nelle opere di Tabucchi si possono riconoscere alcuni elementi che si ripetono diverse volte : i nomi dei personaggi che appaiono in alcuni racconti, senza avere la medesima identita, ma con qualche caratteristica in comune; esperienze autobiografiche ripetutamente inserite nella narrazione come quella della malattia del padre; la data ricorrente del 23 settembre; ecc. Tra questi elementi, vi e il tema dell'infanzia che viene affrontato in quattro racconti. In un articolo del 1985, Tabucchi afferma di aver scritto due romanzi mai pubblicati, le cui pagine sono state buttate nelle acque dell'Oceano Atlantico. Queste pagine affidate al mare, tuttavia, riaffioreranno, sotto la forma di un ricordo, dal titolo <<Storia di una storia che non c'e>> (ne I volatili del Beato Angelico, 1987). Lo scrittore infatti aveva dimenticato di aver pubblicato su una rivista una parte del romanzo il cui manoscritto non esisteva piu, e le copie della rivista sono sbucate all'improvviso da un cassetto. E sono state queste copie abbandonate e dimenticate per tanti anni ad aver spinto lo scrittore a ricreare una nuova storia. Il racconto <<Capodanno>> (ne L'angelo nero, 1991) nasce cosi, utilizzando le pagine ritrovate in modo da integrarle con altri capitoli scritti in seguito, come spiegato dall'autore stesso nella nota che accompagna il libro e in un'intervista. Nel racconto si narrano i giorni d'estate di diversi anni di un bambino, trascorsi senza la presenza del padre che e stato ucciso durante la seconda guerra mondiale dai partigiani, e senza poter ottenere l'attenzione e l'affetto da parte della madre che ha un esaurimento nervoso. Questa storia inquietante e assai complicata dal punto di vista strutturale, dato che tra i capitoli, carenti di una continuita temporale, ci sono tante lacune che vanno riempite dal lettore. A rendere ancora di piu complicata la struttura narrativa ci sono le immagini fotografiche dei genitori rievocate nel ricordo del bambino e a partire dalle quali il protagonista immagina i possibili episodi e storie rinchiusi nelle foto. I capitoli messi insieme in <<Capodanno>> in precedenza avevano un ordine diverso, sotto forma di un altro romanzo : si tratta di un testo narrativo pubblicato su Paragone nel 1978. Siccome siamo di fronte, come viene precisato nella nota, ai <<Capitoli scelti dal romanzo Lettere a Capitano Nemo, di prossima pubblicazione>>, ma che poi non venne pubblicato, non si puo sapere come era strutturato il romanzo nella sua interezza. Si puo comunque notare che quasi tutti i capitoli pubblicati sulla rivista sono stati inseriti, senza subire maggiori ritocchi, in <<Capodanno>>, capovolgendo pero l'ordine originale di ciascun capitolo. Se da un lato esiste la linea che parte da <<Lettere a Capitano Nemo>> per arrivare fino a <<Capodanno>>, ve n'e un'altra che collega quest'ultimo e <<I pomeriggi del sabato>> (ne Il gioco del rovescio, 1981). Uno degli elementi salienti che uniscono i due racconti e di nuovo la fotografia dei genitori del ragazzo protagonista nel loro viaggio di matrimonio. Infatti la foto descritta ne <<I pomeriggi del sabato>> e quasi identica a quella che appare in <<Capodanno>>, cosi da far intravedere al lettore un legame tra due opere : legame rinforzato non solo dalla presenza della fotografia in questione, ma anche dall'assenza del padre, dalla scarsa attenzione della madre nei confronti dei suoi bambini e dal fatto che la storia si svolge in un periodo del dopoguerra. <<Gli incanti>> (in Piccoli equivoci senza importanza, 1985), invece, e legato al <<Capodanno>> per via dell'assenza del padre, probabilmente ucciso dai tedeschi e della presenza di un personaggio dal nome Tullio, come il nuovo marito della zia nel primo o come l'amante della madre vedova nel secondo. Pur essendo storie indipendenti e diverse una dall'altra, i quattro racconti di Tabucchi con bambini come protagonisti sembrano formare un mondo narrativo tutt'uno, sempre ambientato in una citta italiana del secondo dopoguerra, osservato dai ragazzi che trascorrono le loro giornate in una famiglia priva di allegria, dove regna un'atmosfera pesante e dolorosa. E un'infanzia di un determinato periodo storico che anche l'autore, tra l'altro, ha vissuto da bambino.

A great Greek philosopher, Aristotle once said that laughing is a nature of human beings. Since then, agreat number of scholars such as philosophers, linguists, psychologists, literati, and writers have tried toexamine the mechanisms of laughter from their unique viewpoints, although a satisfactory explanation of thecause of laughter has not yet been made. In this paper, I first presented the classification of laughing intoseveral types such as a pleasurable laughter, a social smile, and so on, from phylogenetic and ontogeneticperspectives. Then, I overviewed various interpretations of the cause of laughter from philosophical,linguistic, and psychoanalytic viewpoints, presenting concrete examples of wit, humors and jokes,whichleads to an investigation of how and why people could laugh. Finally, the mechanisms of a smile andlaughter an a physiological level were discussed in terms of the brain systems and its relation to facialexpressions.

平成26年4月に施行された精神保健福祉法は,その改正の柱がわが国の精神科医療の性格を特徴づけている医療保護入院の改正をめぐるものであり,注目されてきた。治療医学における精神病や精神疾患という従来の枠組みに,精神障害者という障害概念が重なってきた現在において,国際的な障害者をめぐる動きは無視できない。国連等の障害者権利条約や,障害者差別禁止法,といった障害者の人権課題を問う趨勢,あるいはICF(国際生活機能分類)といった社会モデルが導入されるようになったことなどの影響が,精神保健福祉法にも及ぶに至り,「医療保護入院・保護者制度」の大幅な改変が期待されたのである。筆者は前回,昭和25年の精神衛生法から,精神保健法,そして精神保健福祉法改正にかけて,非自発的・強制的入院という性格から脱することのできなかった医療保護入院・保護者制度の論議をまとめた(1)。今回は平成21年度から,障害者権利条約の批准を意識した国内法の整備の観点から,特に権利擁護(代弁者)に焦点を当てて,平成29年度法改正に影響を及ぼすであろう主要な論議を整理し,わが国における精神科医療と精神障害者の人権について考察を加える。精神保健福祉法改正医療保護入院権利擁護非自発的入院代弁者

The purpose of this paper is to overview the transition of the concept of the need of approval from the psychological point of view and to discuss the need for approval in young people in the light to the situation with human relations and society, especially with regard to SNS. In the field of psychology, the need for approval is well known as one of the stages of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. In addition, the need for approval is studied from two aspects, the praise seeking need and the rejection avoidance need. It was understood that contemporary youth maintain friendships while paying attention to circumstances surrounding them so as not to hurt others or be hurt by them. Nurturing the sense that children are approved of by their parents in their parent-child relationships also affects subsequent human relations. The pathological aspect of that not working out well has been pointed out. The psychological feature common to such pathology is the "approval with conditions". This is not such form of parental approval of children as "loving them the way they are", but the "if you can do ..., then I will love you" form of approval. Contemporary parent-child relationships seem to be presenting "approval with conditions" while securing "unconditional approval". As a result, young people became worried whether they will be accepted if there is no condition for approval even in relationships with friends. On the other hand, while SNS can easily satisfy the need of approval for young people who use them, it is possible to obtain infinite approval with them. Also, unlike in case with real human relationships, there is a peculiarity of SNS allowing for obtaining approval while minimizing the anxiety of being rejected by someone.

徳田秋声の『足迹』『黴』に見られるオノマトペの特徴について、『新世帯』、島崎藤村の『家(上)』、田山花袋の『生』と比較しながら考察した。各作品からオノマトペを抽出し、1)心情を表すオノマトペ、2)笑いを表すオノマトペ、3)「見る」行為を表すオノマトペ、4)「湿度」に関わるオノマトペ、5)その他の特徴的なオノマトペという五つの観点から検討を加えた。特徴的なオノマトペに関しては、二作品に多用されていた静寂を表すオノマトペ、偶発的動作を表すオノマトペ、所在なく歩く行為を表すオノマトペ、女性主人公に使われた独特なオノマトペを取り上げた。『足迹』『黴』は、女性主人公の描写や作品の情景描写において、オノマトペにも共通性が見られた。また、『新世帯』も含めて、秋声が人物描写においても情景描写においても、オノマトペを多用して巧みに表現していることが見て取れた。It was examined with comparing it with 'Arajyotai', Shimazaki Toson's 'Ie( the first half)' and Tayama Katai's 'Sei' about the characteristics of the onomatopoeia seen in 'Asiato' and 'Kabi' of Tokuda syusei. Onomatopoeia was extracted from each novel, and an examination was added from the following five viewpoints. 1)the expressin of feeling, 2)laugh, 3)"act to see and look", 4)"humidity", 5)others. Other onomatopoeia was examined from the next four points.Those are the onomatopoeia which shows stillness, the onomatopoeia of seeing by chance, the onomatopoeia of aimless walking and heroine's unique onomatopoeia. Onomatopoeia had commonness about the heroine's description and the scene description in 'Asiato' and 'Kabi'. Investigating three novels of 'Asiato', 'Kabi' and 'Arajyotai', it was found that Syusei used onomatopoeia skillfully in description of a character and scene description.

<p>科学技術・学術政策研究所と科学技術振興機構(JST)情報企画部情報分析室は現在,相互協力に関する覚書およびJSTの所有する情報資産の利用に関する覚書に基づく共同研究を実施している。本稿では,その共同研究の一つである,JREC-IN Portal掲載の求人票に基づく大学における研究関連求人の推移の分析プロジェクトに関して紹介する。本分析は2つの目的をもっている。一つはこれまで総体的な分析対象とされてこなかったJREC-IN Portalの統計的性質を明らかにすること,もう一つはJREC-IN Portalの統計により研究関連求人市場の動向を示すことで当該人材の流動性の増進を促した近年の政策の帰結を明らかにすることである。本分析プロジェクトは現在進行中であり,結果の数値は最終的な研究成果公表において変わりうるものではあるが,現段階で得られた近年の研究関連求人の動向の一端を示す集計結果も本稿に示す。</p>

本論は江戸から東京への変動期にみられる都市オープンスペースの形態的変化を,社会的な意味生成の場としてのオープンスペースという観点から検討することを目的とする。江戸の社会は,制度的空間的に各町を構成単位としていたことから,オープンスペースは各構成単位の狭間の空間として自らを表していた。そこはまた大道芸人たちが宗教的色彩の濃い諸芸能を披露する舞台であり,意味的には中世以来の〈定住-漂泊>の関係がみられる。本論の考察の結果,明治初期の東京で実施された各種芸能の禁止,統制等の文化政策は,オープンスペースの形態的変化,社会的諸制度の変化と密接に絡みつつ,江戸の意味的世界観を変更することが明らかになった。

<p>"Phantom Genji Scrolls "are one of the most debatable artifacts whose painter school is still unknown in the history of art. In this study, the authors have reached a conclusion that the Phantom Genji Scrolls would have been painted by the painters who studied Kyoto-Kano and Tosa painter schools but not Edo-Kano painter school.</p><p>As a learning data set, more than 1500 face images are extracted from well-known the Tale of Genji pictures painted from Heian (12 Century) to Edo (17 Century) periods whose painter schools are all established in the history of art. The face images are written in typical old painting style so called"line-eye and hook nose (hikime-kagihana)" which often represents the characteristics of the painter schools.</p><p>The authors not only identified the painter school of the Phantom Genji Scrolls but also discovered the inconsistency in Iwasa painter school by means of artifact-based painter school learning model. The t-SNE scatter plots clearly indicated that the 266 face images extracted from the Phantom Genji Scrolls were surrounded by the Kyoto- Kano painter school learning data sets. It should be also noted that the 266 face images were far from the learning data set of Ujinobu Kano, one of the typical Edo-Kano painter. Interestingly, the Phantom Genji Scrolls and Ujinobu Kano were intercepted by Mitsuyoshi Tosa, one of the typical Tosa painter in scatter plot. This suggests that the painters of the Phantom Genji Scrolls may have been affected by both Kyoto-Kano and Tosa painter schools, instead of Edo-Kano painter school.</p><p>As for the Iwasa painter school, the authors came across strange behavior that the artifacts of Katsutomo Iwasa were identified as the Tosa painter school, even if the validation data of Katsutomo Iwasa were all included in the learning data set of Iwasa painter school, mostly constituted by Katsutomo Iwasa (244 face images). After careful observation and discussion, the authors have concluded that Matabei Iwasa and Kastutomo Iwasa may be too different to be categorized into the same Iwasa painter school with regards to face characteristics.</p>
