言語・コミュニケーションの発達において音韻意識の獲得が重要であることが認識されるようになった。発達障害児は,ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字の読み書き・文章読解につまずきが見られ,音韻に対する気づきや音韻の認知(音韻意識)の習得が課題としてあげられる。従来では,音韻意識を取り上げ,言語指導プログラムに組み込んでいるものは,天野(2006)と小池(2013)のプログラムである。本稿では,知的な遅れが認められず,対人関係にも困難さがある発達障害児に音韻獲得をベースにした読み書き支援プログラムを開発していくための基礎的な研究として,音韻意識の獲得をめざした発達障害児の言語・コミュニケーションプログラムを試作するための要件等を検討した。

【背景と目的】医学部医学科1 年生に対し、入学後のモチベーションの低下を防ぎ、医師のプロフェッショナリズムを意識させながら、能動的な学習姿勢を涵養する教育方法は、未だ確立されたものがない。本学では1 年次に「臨床医学入門」の授業を行なって、この問題への対応に努めているが、その一環として行われたワークショップ授業と教育効果について報告する。【対象と方法】1 年生を対象とし、平成21年度より開講している科目「臨床医学入門」の一環として6 月にワークショップを実施した。学生を小グループに分け、まず附属病院内の七夕飾りとして、患者・家族が願い事を書いた短冊を見せた。その後「患者さんの願いと医師が果たすべき役割」をテーマとして、KJ 法を用いてプロダクトを作成し、全員の前で発表した。更に自由記載形式のアンケートで、ワークショップの感想を記載してもらった。【結果】プロダクトにまとめられた学生たちの意見は、患者・家族の願いは想像以上に多様であり、また医師や医療に対する期待は大きく、切実な思いを痛感したとするものが多かった。アンケートでは、患者・家族の期待に応えるための努力の必要性、高い目的を持ち真剣に学ぼうとしている仲間への尊敬、グループワーク自体が将来のチーム医療の練習であるなど、医師を目指す上での認識を新たにしているものが多かった。【結論】1 年生に患者・家族の医療に対する思いを情報として伝え、かつ同級生同士討論することは、医師の社会的役割を改めて認識させると同時に、学習に対する有力な動機付けとなりうる

This paper introduces the DTCN method; an new method for creative R&D that attempts to achieve the following three aims: (1) to create a new sense with regard to certain values; (2) to develop a useful method to deal with both R&D and the commercialization of its results; (3) to develop a method by which creative thinking finds concrete expressions. In the DTCN method, the origin and the norms for thinking and action are located in the customer. These thinking and action are systematized through DTCN. This method is thus a tool to stimulate and systematize the creativity of an organization and its members so that it may be rendered operational.

ヘア・トラップによる非侵襲性サンプリングおよび遺伝マーカーを用いた個体識別による捕獲再捕獲法に基づく個体数推定がクマ類を対象に広く実施されるようになり,日本でも各地でこの手法の適用に向けた試行錯誤が進められている.この方法には,動物を捕獲する必要がない,捕獲を伴う方法よりも広い範囲でサンプリングが実施できる,生け捕りに比べ偏りのないサンプリングが期待できる,遺伝マーカーによる標識であるため消失する心配がないなどの利点がある.このように理論的には高い可能性を秘めた方法であるが,方法の全体像を理解することなく安易に導入しても,信頼できる個体数は推定できない.日本の実情に,より適した方法論を再検討して行く必要がある.そこでヘア・トラップを用いた個体数推定法を行うための手順,すなわちトラップの構造,調査地の選定とトラップの配置,サンプリング,DNA分析による個体識別,および個体数推定に用いるモデルについてそれぞれ整理し,注意すべき点とともにまとめた.<br>

要旨 : 突発性難聴に対する副腎皮質ステロイド (以下, ステロイド) の鼓室内投与による治療の報告は約10~15年間で数多くみられるようになってきた。しかし, 治療や聴力改善の基準が統一されていないことや症例数が少ないことなどから, その効果は明らかなものではない。我々は突発性難聴に対する治療として短期間連日デキサメサゾン鼓室内注入療法 (IT-DEX) を第一選択として行っている。CO2 レーザーによる鼓膜開窓をステロイドの注入ルートとして用い, 原則として単独治療を行っている。本治療を行った96例における治癒率は39.6%であった。また, 厚生省研究班による突発性難聴に対する単剤投与の有効性の検証に症例の基準を合致させて IT-DEX 単独初期治療の効果を検討したところ, 対象症例27例中治癒は20例, 治癒率は74.1%となり, 厚生省研究班の単剤投与の成績と比較しても良好であった。症例数が少ないことが問題と思われ, 多施設での検討などが必要ではないかと考えられた。

The purpose of this study was to explore whether elaborative processing is sufficient to explain enhanced memory associated with emotion. Two experiments were conducted using events depicted in slides and captions. Participants rated each slide for emotional content on a 5-point scale. Immediately after a series of slides, participants received an on-the-spot yes-no recognition memory test about the contents of the slides. Memory for the slide material was assessed in terms of central gist, general details, and peripheral information. In Experiment 1, 54 undergraduates (42 female, 12 male) watched either an emotional or a control version of the same event that differed in one critical slide. Participants who saw the emotional version, which depicted a man looking at a "nudie" magazine, participants were less able to recall the central details than those who saw a control version, a man looking at a nude in an oil painting. Recognition of central gist was very high in every condition, and there were no significant differences among conditions with respect to this variable.<BR>Experiment 2 was quite similar to Experiment 1, with 32 undergraduates (21 female, 11 male). Participants in the experimental group watched an emotional slide -a man looking at a "nudie" magazine photograph, whereas those in the control group watched a neutral slide -a man looking at the same nude, but now wearing underwear. Recognition memory for general details was poorer in the emotional version than in the neutral version. Consistent with a schema-based expectation, participants presented with the emotional slide showed a higher rate of false recognition on a face recognition test, compared to participants presented with the neutral slide. Findings suggest that elaboration is insufficient to explain the enhancing effects of emotion on memory. Results were discussed in terms of schemata in processing information.

富山大学附属図書館所蔵のラフカディオ・ハーン(小泉八雲)旧蔵書(ヘルン文庫)には,2種類の『ギリシア詞華集』が収蔵されている。そのうち1種類は英語版で,書架番号[302]The Greek anthology : as selected for the use of Westminster, Eton and other Public schools / literally translated into English prose, chiefly by George Burges, to witch are added Metrical Versions by Bland, Merivale, and others, and an index of reference to the originals, London, G. Bell, 1893.であり, もう1種類はフランス語版で2巻本の,書架番号[1641]と[1642]Anthologie Grecque, Tome I-II,traduite sur le texte publié d’après le manuscrit palatin par Fr. Jacobs, avec des notices biograophiques et littéraires sur les poëtes de l’anthologie, Paris, Hachette, 1863. であり,いずれもハーンが来日後に購入したものと思われる。いずれの『ギリシア詞華集』にもハーンによる鉛筆の書き込みが随所に見られるが,本稿はそのうちフランス語訳の2巻本について調査を行った結果を記すものである。

Recently, highly efficient and selective methods for constructing various types of organic fluorine compounds have been demanded both in organic synthesis and in organofluorine synthesis. In view of the high versatility of enolate intermediates, fluorine-containing enolates-particularly those bearing a fluorine and/or perfluoroalkyl (Rf) group at the carbon center of their ambident anionic structure-are one of the most useful building blocks capable of synthesizing a variety of molecules which are fluorine-substituted regioselectively and/or stereoselectively. This review describes the generation methods and the reactions of, β-monofluorinated, β, β-difluorinated, β-perfluoroalkylated, β-fluoro-β-perfluoroalkylated, and perfluorinated enolates, together with their applications to the synthesis of the fluoro derivatives of biologically active compounds.

体内に存在する組織幹細胞の研究が進み、それを用いた再生医療の開発が期待されている。内在性幹細胞を利用することができれば低コストで安全な治療が可能になると考えられるが、その実現のためには再生能力を促進する技術が必要である。内在性幹細胞の分化・誘導因子を局所に供給するドラッグデリバリー技術の有効性が種々の研究によって明らかにされ、臨床応用がなされているものもある。こうした取り組みの現状を紹介する。

一汁三菜の食事に適した食器や盛り付けの要点を調理初心者に示すことを想定し,好ましい食器の組み合わせの数値的な指標を明らかにすることを目的とした。まず,もっとも影響が大きいと考えられる飯碗・汁椀以外の食器の大きさについて調べた。飯碗・汁椀の面積(=大きさ)を1.0としたときの三菜(主菜,副菜,副副菜)の大きさ比を種々に変化させて組み合わせた10通りの写真を作成した。料理を盛り付けた状態で女子大学生に好ましさを評価させたところ,主菜2.5:副菜1.5:副副菜1.0の食器の大きさ比がもっとも評価が高く,これを食器の大きさの基準とした。次に,大きさが同一のときの形の影響を調べるためコンジョイント分析を行なった。基準の大きさ比で三菜の食器の形の組み合わせを変えた8通りの写真の好ましさを調理実習指導経験者に評価させたところ,主菜の食器が縦1:横1.6(楕円や長方形)で,副菜の食器が縦1:横1(正円形や正方形)の組み合わせが好まれた。
