This study investigated the long-term transition of community conflict caused by cat breeding, especially the case of `community cats' activity in Isogo, Yokohama-city. In this practice, residents treated `cat problem' as `residents-relation problem' thoroughly to manage community conflict, and established "guideline" including two divided claims (like/dislike cats). To examine the features of the long-term practice, content analysis on volunteers' annual reports from 2001 to 2011 was performed. The results suggested that volunteers faced many difficulties during the `community cats' activity and that appropriate communication in a community is vital in conducting the `community cats' activity.

A study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of sprint motion in top-ranking elementary school sprinters. The subjects were 10 first-class elementary school sprinters (sprinter group), and 31 standard elementary school children (control group), all aged 12 years. Measurements were performed for sprint speed, step frequency, step length, and sprint motion in terms of angular kinematics for both groups. In addition, the isokinetic peak torques at 60 and 180 deg/s were analyzed. The results obtained were as follows: The mean values of body height and mass were larger for the sprinter group than for the control group. Isokinetic peak torques during knee extension and flexion (angular velocity; 60, 180deg/s) were greater for the sprinter group than for the control group. The sprint speed, step length, and step frequency of the sprinter group were significantly greater than those of the control group. On the other hand, the support time of the sprinter group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The relationship between sprint speed and sprint motion in the sprinter group was as follows: The maximal thigh lift angle (θT) showed a negative correlation (r = - 0.369) with sprint speed, and the ankle joint angle at the moment of foot contact (θA-on; r = - 0.619) and the minimal angle of the ankle joint during the foot contact phase (θA-min; r = - 0.372) showed a negative correlation with sprint speed. However, the maximal extension velocity of the ankle joint (ωA) showed a positive correlation (r = 0.326) with sprint speed. Although sprint motion in the sprinter group showed specific features, the correlation between sprint speed and sprint motion was not significant in either group. In particular, positively and negativity were contrary in the relation between θA-on, θA-min and ωA and sprint speed in the sprinter group, compared with the correlations in adult sprinters. The relationship between sprint speed and sprint motion showed that sprint motion in the sprinter group was not always similar to that in adult sprinters.

本研究では,高齢者に対するロボット介在活動(Robot Assisted Activity: RAA)の事例を取り上げ,RAAを,ロボットをめぐる物語の共同的承認の過程であるとして検討した。筆者らは,有料老人ホームに入所する高齢者を対象とした,ペット型ロボットを用いたRAAを実施し,参与観察するとともに,RAA実施中における参加者群の相互作用を,定量的・定性的に分析した。定性的分析の結果,RAA時には,対象となった高齢者のみではなく,施設職員やRAAの進行係等,RAAの参加者全員が,ペット型ロボットの挙動に対して独自の解釈を行い,それを共同的に承認しあう様子が見出された。また,定量的分析の結果,RAA実施中における参加者群の「集合的行動」のうち,最も頻度が多かったのが,「ロボットの動きを参加者群が注視しながら,発話を行う」というパターンであることが明らかになった。筆者らは,RAAを,参加者によるロボットの挙動に対する心の読み取り,及びその解釈の共同的承認を通して物語が生成され,既存の集合性とは異なる集合性,<異質性>が生成される過程であると考察した。

In this study, the relationship between pet animals and elderly residents in need of care was examined using a narrative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven elderly residents of Nobeoka-city, Miyazaki, and with the social workers assigned to them. The author enquired about the relationship between the elderly individuals and their pets and focused on the benefits or difficulties associated with the animals in daily life. The analysis of narratives focused not only on the narrative content, but also on the manner in which the stories were narrated. The narratives fell into two general categories: (1) narratives including attachment and emotional bonding with the pet, based on a"model story"about the pet, and (2) narratives of the individuals own life story structured by their relationship with their pets. It is suggested that relationships with pet animals may contribute to the process of reconstructing the life story of elderly individuals.

The present study examined relationship between older persons and companion animals from a long-term perspective. In concrete, (1) Previous studies concerned with relationship between companion animals and elderly people from 1980 to 2013 were examined based on International Federation ofAfing(IFA)'s review, (2) Newspaper articles about this issue were collected from 1985 to 2014, and examined long-term tendency quantitatively. Based on this discu sion, importance of long-term perspective to support the relationship between older persons and companion animals were considered preliminarily.

本研究では、コミュニティにおけるコンフリクトを解消するための「対話」の特徴について、横浜市磯子区において実施されている『地域猫』活動を事例として取り上げ、検討を行った。磯子区では、地域の野良猫問題への対策として、住民が話し合いを通して猫の飼育方法に関するガイドラインを作成・遵守し、地域住民と猫との共生を果たしている。本稿では、これらの取り組みを、猫をめぐる社会問題の構築過程として捉え、検討を行った。具体的には、ガイドライン制定のための住民集会の議事録、ガイドライン制定前後に推進団体が発行したニューズレターを分析した。分析の結果、ガイドライン制定前の住民集会の議事録には、「『地域の問題』としての野良猫問題」という社会問題が構築される過程が見出された。一方、ガイドライン制定後は、『地域猫』活動を行うボランティアの紹介等を通して、周辺住民の視点が示され、『地域猫』をめぐる「問題」の再構築が行われたことが示された。

本研究では, 動物介在療法 (Animal Assisted Therapy: AAT) の効果を, 集合体の全体的性質 (集合性) の変容という観点から検討し, 廣松 (1989) の表情論を援用して考察を試みた。近年, 医療・看護・介護などの治療場面に動物を介入させるAATが導入され, これまでに, 生理的・心理的・社会的効果が見出されている。本研究では, AATに関する諸研究を概観し, その中で見出されたAATの諸効果を批判的に検討した。その上で, 老人性痴呆疾患治療病棟A病院において実施された, AATの一種であるドッグ・セラピーを参与観察した。A病院でのドッグ・セラピーは, 約10ヶ月間継続されたが, 対象者はもちろんのこと, 病院職員やドッグ・セラピーを実施するボランティアなど, ドッグ・セラピーに携わる人々に様々な変化が見られた。筆者らは, ドッグ・セラピーが実施された集合体において観察された, 対象者自身, 病院職員, ボランティアの3者の変化を, 表情性感得を契機とする集合性変容過程であるとし, その含意を考察した。

Rats with puromycin-aminonucleoside (PAN) induced nephrosis (PAN rats) exhibit disruption of the components of the GBM, visceral epithelial glycocalyx, loss of podocyte pedicles, and degeneration of renal tubules. NAG activity and proteins in urine were assayed to evaluate the degree of renal tubular damage in PAN rats. PAN nephrosis was induced in male wistar rats weighing 150 g, with the cutaneous injection of 0, 5 mg/100 g Ba W. PAN for 7 days. The NAG activities in urine and renal tissue were assayed by MCP-NAG methods. Urinary protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Urinary NAG activity significantly increased from the 5th day with its peak on the 14th day. The NAG activity was detected not only in the cortical tissue but also in iso-lated glomeruli The NAG activity in renal tissue was decreased from the 2nd to 4th weeks after PAN injection as compared with that in the normal control rats, However, the activity was recovered to the normal control level by the 9th week, The major component in the urinary proteins of PAN rats was albumin in the majority of the rats, but in several rats, low molecular weight proteins (37 K, 52 K daltons) were detected as the major components in the early stage after PAN injection, Chemical analysis of these low molecular weight proteins were performed, Immunoblotting indicated that these proteins were also found in the serum, However, the following evidence indicates that these proteins are apparently derived from renal tissue: 1) Very small amounts of these proteins are found in the blood. 2) In the urine of some rats, these proteins were found at higher levels than albumin. 3) These proteins are also found in renal tissue.Further investigation is necessary to characterize these proteins.

縮合型タンニン(CT)はアントシアニン生合成の中間体であるフラバン-3,4-ジオールとその誘導体フラバン-3-オール(カテキン類)の重合体で、抗菌作用や昆虫に対する防御作用、食品成分として健康増進に役立つなど、様々な生理活性が注目されている。発表者らはCT生合成調節機構の解明を目的として、アントシアニンとCTがともに欠失しているマメ科モデル植物ミヤコグサ(<I>Lotus japonicus</I>)の<I>viridicaulis1</I>(<I>vic1</I>)および<I>vic2</I>変異体を解析している。昨年の本大会では<I>VIC1</I>がbHLH型転写因子をコードすることを発表した。今回、<I>vic2</I>遺伝子のポジショナルクローニングを行い候補遺伝子の塩基配列を調べたところ、WD40リピートタンパク質をコードするシロイヌナズナの<I>TTG1</I>オルソログの354番目の塩基にナンセンス変異が見つかり、翻訳産物のWD40リピートドメインが欠失していることが推定された。野生型遺伝子を用いて<I>vic2</I>の相補実験を行ったところ、アントシアニンとCTの蓄積が確認された。リアルタイムPCRによる発現解析の結果、<I>vic1</I>および<I>vic2</I>変異体ではジヒドロフラボノール4-還元酵素とアントシアニジン合成酵素をコードする遺伝子の転写物レベルが大きく低下し、相補株では回復しており、VIC1とVIC2がこれら酵素遺伝子の調節因子であることがわかった。

This study focused on the social issues surrounding the rescue of companion animals during disaster relief efforts. It (1) reviewed previous reports on this topic and applicable laws and (2) performed a quantitative analysis of newspaper articles related to animal rescue in times of disaster from 1985 to 2011. The review was based on three perspectives: self-help, mutual assistance and public assistance. -Based on this review, future responses to animal rescue during disaster were considered.

In this study, the relationship between pets and elderly people who need care was examined through a narrative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four elderly residents of Nobeoka City, Miyazaki, and with professionals who have the ability to support elderly people's caring for pets (i.e. a social worker, home-care workers, a pet sitter and administrative officers). The interviewer asked about the relationship between the elderly people and their pets, specifically about any benefits or difficulties in their daily life. The results of the interviews revealed that even those elderly people who had lost their pets linked their own life stories to their pets, structuring them according to their relationship with their pets. In contrast, the professionals often emphasized the difficulties for elderly people in caring for pets. The study suggests that we need to construct a social support network, in particular, a `narrative community' to listen attentively to elderly people's narratives as a way of supporting the relationship between the elderly and their pets.

<p> 本研究では、小学生の投動作をクラスター分析によって類型化するとともに、標準動作モデルを用いた投動作の練習を実施し、その効果を投動作の類型別に検討して、指導のための知見を得ることを目的とした。投動作の類型化では、6年生女子40名のソフトボール投げを3次元動作分析し、投球腕の関節角度などについて標準動作モデルからの動作逸脱度の指標(zスコア)を求め、これを変数としてクラスター分析を行った。投動作の練習では、6年生女子15名に対し、投動作の標準動作モデルの提示や画像遅延表示システムを用いた小学生自身の動作の観察を含む投練習を計4回(各40分)行わせた。練習期間の前後において投動作を3次元動作分析した。投練習によって、女子全体では投距離とボール初速度は有意に増加した。標準動作モデルからの逸脱が大きい類型では、体幹の側屈や前方回転が改善され、肩関節まわりの力学的仕事が増大し、投距離とボール初速度が増加した。このことから、本研究で用いた方法(目標とすべき動作との比較や修正)は、特に標準動作モデルからの逸脱が大きい小学生に投動作の改善と投能力の向上をもたらすと言える。</p>

<p> 本研究では小学生男子の投動作をクラスター分析によってパターン分けし、そのバイオメカニクス的特徴を明らかにして、指導のための基礎的知見を得ることを目的とした。対象者は国公立小学校2校の男子とし、1年生18名、2年生13名、3年生16名、4年生13名、5年生18名、6年生16名、計94名のソフトボール投げを3次元動作分析し、投球腕の関節角度、体幹の部分角度などを算出した。さらに、関節角度および部分角度を変数としてクラスター分析をおこない、各群の平均的な動作を構築した。各学年の投距離では、1年生は7.4±2.6m、2年生は13.0±6.6m、3年生は14.6±3.9m、4年生は18.9±7.4m、5年生は17.2±4.5m、6年生は28.3±7.7mであった。動作パターンに分けられた各群をみると、平均投距離が大きい群ほど高学年児が多く存在する傾向にあり、平均投距離が小さい群では体幹の水平回転の動作範囲が小さい、リリース直前での肩の水平内転が大きいなどの特徴がみられた。また、平均投距離が小さい群には、低学年児だけでなく高学年児も存在した。このことから、小学生の投動作を指導する際には、児童の学年とともに動きのパターンも考慮する必要がある。</p>
