株価を予測するために様々な方法が提案されている.本研究では,株価予測のため,現在の株価の変動が過去のいつの時点に似ているかという価格変動パターンを抽出する.抽出にあたっては,日次の株価変動を月初の値との比で表現した月間の株価変動に対してDTWを適用するIndexation DTW(IDTW)による手法を提案する.抽出された変動パターンの将来値が予測に有効な特徴量であることを,日本市場を例に示す.

We developed a smart handcart with autonomous returning function. In the conventional handcarts to carry baggage, a user pushes a handcart with baggages on the way to destination, and then, he also should carry it back without load. The developed handcart is equipped with odometry function and a laser range scanner. It records its trajectory and surrounding environment while going to destination, and it can autonomously return back to the station by retracing the recorded trajectory and environmental information. As feature of the environment to compensate the accumulating error in odometry, the cart uses flat wall and edge of pillar which is extracted by its laser range scanner. Experimental results shows the effectiveness and reliability of the system.

The two-step aging behaviors of various Al–Mg–Si alloy extrusions have been studied mainly by tensile testing, differential scanning calorimetric analysis (DSC) and electrical resistance measurements. The natural aging at 5°C, 20°C and 40°C for 86.4 ks has a beneficial effect on the strength after artificial aging of the low Mg2Si containing alloys. On the other hand, the natural aging has a negative effect on the strength after artificial aging of the high Mg2Si containing alloys. The β″ peak on the DSC curve shifts to a higher temperature with natural aging for the high Mg2Si alloy. However, no β″ peak was found for the low Mg2Si alloy. This suggests that there is no negative effect dominated by β″ phase for the lower Mg2Si alloys.

室町将軍三代義満より六代義教を経て八代義政へと至る間に形成された唐物コレクション「東山御物」に関する研究は膨大な数に上る。絵画史分野においては、資料に限りがある中で、将軍の鑑蔵印を有する現存作品の研究や、『御物御畫目録』、『室町殿行幸御錺記』、『小河御所并東山殿御錺図』、「君臺観左右帳記」(諸本)、『圖繪寶鑑』等、重要史料の精査が蓄積されている。 所蔵品目録あるいは画人録といった要素を有する上記諸史料に対し、『蔭凉軒日録』は相国寺塔頭の鹿苑院内に設置された蔭凉軒主の日記であり、性格が大きく異なるため比較し得る部分が少ない。従来、『蔭凉軒日録』の記述は断片的に扱われることが大半であった。 本課題は『蔭凉軒日録』の精査を経て、当時の相国寺に伝来した絵画に関する記述に注目している。当該絵画に関する記述からは、応仁・文明の乱以降の相国寺における絵画受用の在り方が垣間見られる。本稿では『蔭凉軒日録』の記録内容を詳述・検討し、十五世紀の将軍家及び寺家における宋・元・明絵画の受容と室町絵画の様式変遷について考察を進めていくための足がかりとしたい。

岩手医科大学附属病院(以下,当院)では院内感染予防のための新たな支援策として,実施すべき予防策を指標色制定(color coding)により視覚的に周知させることを意図した,当院独自の「感染経路別ゾーニング・システム」を2005年4月から導入した.   本論文では,システム導入の経緯を示すとともに,新たな支援策が各種の感染制御指標に及ぼす影響について,1) 擦式手指消毒薬および2) 医療用手袋の使用量,3) MRSAの発生届出件数,4) 入院患者10,000人当たりのMRSA分離報告件数,5) 院内のアウトブレイク疑い事例に対するICTの介入件数の5指標を,システム導入前(2004年度)と導入期(2005年度),導入後(2006年度)の各年度で比較した.   調査の結果,導入前,導入期,導入後でそれぞれ,1) 擦式手指消毒薬の月平均総使用量は242L, 250L, 235Lと差が認められず,2) 医療用手袋の月平均使用量は261,700枚,338,000枚,410,100枚で導入期・導入後に増加,3) MRSA月平均発生届出件数は23.6±4.3, 20.3±5.5, 19.8±4.6と導入後有意に減少,4) MRSA月平均分離報告件数は21.1±5.1, 14.5±3.9, 13.6±3.1で導入期・導入後に有意に減少,5) 年間ICTの介入件数は7件,5件,3件と減少した.以上から「感染経路別ゾーニング・システム」の導入は院内感染対策の充実,特に大多数を占める接触感染の予防支援策として有効と考えられた.

コードクローンとは,ソースコード中に存在する互いに一致,もしくは類似したコード片を指す.コードクローンの存在は,ソフトウェアの開発および保守に悪影響を与える恐れがあるといわれている.本稿では,コードクローンを取り除くためのリファクタリング方法と近年の研究成果について紹介する.

〔目的〕大殿筋および股関節外旋筋群への静的ストレッチングがしゃがみこみ動作に及ぼす影響を検証した. 〔対象と方法〕対象はしゃがみこみ動作が不可能な健常大学生26名として,大殿筋のストレッチングをする群(SGM群)13名と,股関節外旋筋群のストレッチングをする群(SER 群)13名に分けた.セルフストレッチングを各群で1週間実施し,しゃがみこみ動作時の股関節屈曲角度,安静時股関節屈曲角度,指床間距離,椎体間距離を測定した. 〔結果〕介入後,しゃがみこみ動作が可能となった者はSGM群3名,SER群9名であった.SER群は,SGM群と比較して, しゃがみこみ動作時の股関節屈曲角度が有意に増加した.〔結語〕SERは, SGMに比べてしゃがみこみ動作の獲得に効果が期待できることが示された.

本稿では,アメリカにおけるバリュールーブリックの動向を紹介することを目的としている。目的の解明にあたり,AAC&Uのウェブサイトとバリュープロジェクトの関係スタッフの論考等を引用しながら,バリュールーブリック開発の背景,バリュープロジェクトとバリュールーブリックの概要を取り上げた。その結果,次の3点が明らかとなった。第1に,CLAやMAPPのような標準化されたテストでは学生の多面的な学習成果の評価が困難であることを受け,バリュールーブリックが開発された。第2に,バリュープロジェクトでは,多くの高等教育機関からの協力を得て,バリュールーブリックの開発が進められた。また,同プロジェクトは,学生の学習成果を評価する際に,eポートフォリオの活用を推奨している。第3に,バリュールーブリックは15種類作成されており,活用に際しては個々の機関・プログラム・授業の文脈に即して表現を書き換えることが求められている。

In 2012, the Medical Care Plans were revised, following which the Ministry ofHealth, Labour and Welfare has promoted home care and the Integrated Community Care System. The Medical Care Plans, allow pharmacies to take an organizational role in home care equivalent to that of hospitals and clinics. However, according to Central Social Insurance Medical Council, only 11.7% of pharmacies nationwide implemented home care in 2015, making it difficult to say pharmacy home care is prevalent nationally. Therefore, I have researched what legal reform is necessary for the advancement of pharmacy home care. Moreover, I considered the use of current legal system to promote participation home care.Based on my survey, a lack of pharmacy-based pharmacists to cope with home care related workload was identified as a cause for prevalence of pharmacy home care in 2014; this is likely to continue until 2035. By judicial precedent and law structure, pharmacies cannot be established as a Medical Corporation ensuring stability of medical care, even though pharmacy home care is a largely common medical service; in other words, the present legal system does not encourage home care.According to Onda et al. (2016), the outreach of pharmacy home care depends on the number of prescriptions per pharmacist. Moreover, creating sustainability and securing human resources are part of medical law reform. Therefore, I suggest revising the ministerial order establishing the framework for operations conducted by pharmacies, and which bases pharmacist numbers on prescriptions as workload. Accordingly, the Medical Care Plans and Integrated Community Care System of the ministerial order will facilitate the nationwide expansion of pharmacy home care. Moreover, I found two current legal systems that promote home care in terms of Japanese medical insurance system. I considered using two systems is the key to promoting home care under the current legal system.

"本研究はワールドカップ2015 に出場した一流選手のジャンプサーブを3 次元動作分析することにより、強く打撃する一流選手のジャンプサーブの実態を明らかにすることで今後のコーチング資料を得ることを目的とした。被験者は、Anderson 選手(アメリカ)、Zaytsev 選手(イタリア)、Ishikawa 選手(日本)、Yanagida 選手(日本)であった。得られた知見は以下の通りである。1)本研究で得られた打球速度は、先行研究よりも速く、Anderson 選手が30.91m/s、Zaytsev 選手が35.38m/s、Ishikawa 選手が31.31m/s、Yanagida 選手が31.60m/s であった。2)ジャンプサーブの頭部中心を原点とした打撃の相対位置について、Ishikawa 選手とYanagida選手はスパイクに関する先行研究で報告された打撃位置と大差はなかったが、 Anderson 選手とZaytsev 選手は頭上付近で打撃していた。3 )Ishikawa 選手とYanagida 選手の打撃時における腰部速度は水平方向がそれぞれ0.70m/s と0.92m/s であった。跳躍の仕方は、跳躍前に沈み込み、踏み切り足で助走の水平方向の運動量を鉛直方向へ変換するという従来の指導書で述べられている前衛でスパイクするための助走方法であった。4)Anderson 選手とZaytsev 選手の打撃時の腰部速度は、水平方向がそれぞれ2.05m/s と1.87m/sであった。外国人選手のジャンプサーブは日本人選手と比較して跳躍前に大きく沈み込まず、腰部の水平速度を活かして打撃していた。

関東山地両神山地域に分布する両神山チャートユニットは,地質図に表現しうる3つのサブユニットに区分される.両神山チャートユニットは全体として,チャート砕屑岩シーケンスが構造的に積み重なったパイルナップ構造を呈している.サブユニット1とサブユニット2のチャートからジュラ紀中世Aalenianを,両サブユニットの珪質泥岩からはジュラ紀中世Bajocian〜Bathonian前期を示す放散虫化石がそれぞれ得られた.復元した海洋プレート層序の比較からは,両神山チャートユニットが秩父累帯北帯の柏木層あるいは橋立層群に起源をもつナップであるとするとらえ方は成立しがたい.両神山チャートユニットに比較可能な秩父累帯の地質体としては,南帯の海沢層と北帯の上吉田層がその候補として挙げられる.

In recent years, hospitals have routinely implemented antimicrobial stewardship (AS) programs, and it is important that these programs are effective. Consequently, we utilized a customized computer system to support infection management and implemented a pharmacist-driven AS program in our hospital. Using this computer system, a pharmacist monitored the daily usage of carbapenems and agents against anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and generated a patient database. With the use of this computer system, we found that the patient database entry time significantly decreased from 24 to 12 min (p<0.01). Subsequently, we were also able to monitor tazobactam/piperacillin usage owing to the increased efficiency of our AS program. As a result, the average number of monitored patients significantly increased from 51 to 72 per month (p<0.01) and the number of proposed prescriptions increased from 189 to 238 per year. Additionally, the usage of carbapenems and tazobactam/piperacillin significantly decreased (p<0.01) after implementation of this computer support system. In summary, we recommend that pharmacists utilize computer systems to implement AS programs because they increase the efficiency of interventions and monitoring of patients and promote appropriate antibiotic use.

Regulation of anger is fatal for well-being. Recent study has revealed that an effective means of anger regulation depends on interpersonal relationships in that constructive expression has a positive effect on relationship quality in close and equal relationships. To reveal the effective process of anger regulation, the present study focused on attitudinal factors toward emotional expression as determinant factors on constructive anger expression in close relationships. A survey was conducted on romantic adolescent couples and pairs of close friends. Results showed that a negative attitude toward one's emotional expression restrained constructive expression. While another attitudinal factor, expectation of others' emotional expression, had no effect on partners' use of anger regulation tactics, one's cognition of the partners' attitude promoted constructive anger expression. The role of communication for attitude decoding and changeability of attitude were discussed.
