Microporous films were obtained from an extruded sheet of isotactic polypropylene (PP) containing N,N’-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalene dicarboxamide as a crystal nucleating agent under suitable hot-stretching conditions. The crystalline structure before and after the stretching operations was evaluated by two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction, and it was found that the original sheet contains a large amount of β-form crystals oriented to the transversal direction (TD) by the extrusion at 200 °C, which is lower than the dissolution temperature of the nucleating agent in PP. During stretching of the sheet, α-form crystals oriented to the stretching direction appeared by the transformation from β- to α-form crystals. Moreover, numerous microvoids were generated by stretching around at 100 °C to the machine or flow direction (MD) of the sheet, although the microvoids were prolonged. The sequential TD stretching, however, expanded the area of voids, leading to a microporous film with a pronounced porosity.

The popular sports entertainment, billiards, is rich in mechanical issues such as 3D finite rotation, collision, contact and friction, evoking a research interest in rigid-body dynamics, nonlinear CAE and computational mechanics. However, the 3D nonlinear behavior of a rigid ball has so far hardly received the attention of scholars to exercise the mechanical modeling skill. The represent study focuses, therefore, on 3D nonlinear billiard dynamics and attempts to precisely predict the ball behavior in finite rotational motion with collision, contact and slip friction. In dependence upon ball situations, 4 different models are proposed. They are namely, rotation model, strike model, collision model and reflection mode. The rotation model is an elementary model and describes the 3D ball motion after a cue strike and subject to table friction only. The strike model is useful to study the effects of cue striking. For simplicity, the strike points are limited to the ball center, 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock' in the ball projection. The collision model ignores the ball-to-ball friction and the law of conservation of momentum holds to predict the velocities of two balls after collision. The reflection model simulates the ball-to-cushion contact in bank shots. Incidence angle, translational and rotational velocities, cushion elasticity and frictional properties may be variable in a parameter study. In all these 4 models, the ball is assumed to be in contact to the table surface. Masse or jump shots are excluded in modeling. The equations of ball motion are time-integrated by forward Euler method. The models are verified and validated in numerical examples including optimization and parameter studies. All computed results well agree with the hustler’s experiences in game practice. The present research work will contribute to develop a skill-up program of professional hustlers.

精神疾患をもつ患者の喫煙率は健常者より多いにもかかわらず,積極的な禁煙指導は少ない現状がある。本研究は,統合失調症をもつ患者の禁煙認識や禁煙阻害因子に着目し,よりよい禁煙支援方法を考察するための研究である。研究期間は平成20年5月7日から平成20年5月31日。研究対象者は病院の外来およびデイケアに通院する喫煙中の統合失調症患者16名であった。半構造化面接を行い,分析にはKJ法の手法を用いた。結果,統合失調症患者の禁煙認識と禁煙阻害因子を説明する10のグループが導き出された。統合失調症患者の禁煙認識は,「喫煙者として社会のなかで窮屈さを感じている」などであった。また,禁煙阻害因子は,「日常生活を送るなかで,タバコが日々の営みの支えや,潤い,楽しみ,さらには達成感を与える役割を果たしている」などであった。禁煙を支援する際には,QOLを高める介入や社会からのはたらきかけ,禁煙の目的の設定などが重要であると考えられた。

目的:病院に勤務する女性看護職の妊娠継続を困難に感じた体験を明らかにする。方法: 平成27年〜29年度日本学術振興科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)15K11569)「病院看護職の個人および職場の特性と妊娠・出産に関する階層モデル」第1段階の面接調査で収集したデータの2次分析を行なった。結果:7名の語りから,【妊娠前と同じように働くことを自分に課してしまう】【業務の中で母児ともに危険にさらされる】【切迫早産の不安を抱えながら,子宮収縮抑制剤内服の副作用に耐えて働く】【妊娠による体調変化を相談しても,これまで通りの働き方が求められる】【上司の言動で,働き続けることがつらくなる】のテーマが抽出された。結論:看護職者は周囲に迷惑を考慮し妊娠前と同様に業務を遂行しようとしていた。一方で診療報酬による制限や人材不足により妊婦の負担軽減が難しい状況があることも示唆された。

Bernard Malamud carefully arranged the thirteen stories of The Magic Barrel in their present order. The arrangement depends neither on chronological order nor on the kinds of settings and characters in the stories. Ultimately, only the study of the contents discloses Malamud's intentions in the arrangement.The contents of the stories reveal an arrangement in which there is a certain structure with an axial line. The axial line is Malamud's ideal human relationship. Though each book uses different words for it, such as "sympathy," "love," "trust," "responsibility," the basic idea is that a man has to sympathize with other people's sufferings, share with them whatever little he has, and suffer and live together with them. The man who can practice this ideal relationship is often regarded as "a Jew," a word which Malamud uses symbolically, in accord with the general tendency in the States, after the Holocaust, to consider the Jews as moral men who have suffered.According to the idea of "a Jew," the stories are divided into four groups. In the first four stories ("The First Seven Years," "The Mourners," "The Girl of My Dreams" and "Angel Levine"), the heroes learn how to be "a Jew," but the brightness, purity and relief at the end of the stories soften unnecessarily the harshness and severity of life as "a Jew." Therefore, though the heroes seem to be rescued, they reach a stage generally and optimistically believed to be a heaven, which is, in fact, only a pseudo-heaven for Malamud. The second group of four stories ("Behold the Key," "Take Pity," "The Prison" and "The Lady of the Lake") are free from fair illusions of heaven but their heroes do not learn to stand up to the severity of the real world as "a Jew" and so remain in a spiritual hell. In the next three stories ("A Summer's Reading," "The Bill" and "The Last Mohican"), the heroes have not learned how to live as "a Jew," but there is an angel for each of them. Led by his angel, each hero struggles for his growth. It may safely be said, therefore, that the heroes live in a spiritual purgatory. The last three stories ("The Last Mohican, also included" in the third group, "The Loan" and "The Magic Barrel") are the most peculiar to Malamud. His romanticism claims that the heroes know, or learn at the end, how to live as "a Jew," while his pessimism predicts that their future is very dark. In the juxtaposition of his romanticism and pessimism, their softness and severity fuse into a "bitter-sweet" atmosphere. As this "bittersweetness" is the exact element which belongs to the life of "a Jew," the heroes reach a real heaven for Malamud, however different this real heaven looks from the ordinary idea of heaven.In conclusion, The Magic Barrel spiritually grows upwards in a spiral along the axial line given by the concept of "a Jew," from a pseudo-heaven to a real heaven.

(1)オオジシギの日周活動とその季節変化を1984年4月下旬から8月下旬にかけて北海道東部の十勝川下流沿いで調査した.<br>(2)主な行動はディスプレーで,この他にも杭上,樹上でないている行動などが観察された.<br>(3)4月下旬から6月下旬にかけて,活動個体数は日の出前後と日没後に多くなり,時期によっては日没前にも多くなって,3-4山型の日周活動がみられた.<br>(4)活動個体数は4月下旬から5月にかけて多くなり,その後6月下旬までに徐々に少なくなって,それ以降は急に減少した.<br>(5)オオジシギの生息数調査に適しているのは,5月の6-7時である.

The fish fauna of the Ano River in Mie Prefecture, central Japan, was surveyed between May 2013 and August 2013. A total of 1242 individuals of 38 species belonging to 15 families were collected from 13 stations and 3 species belonging to 3 families were visually confirmed. Six species, Dasyatis akajei, Opsariichthys uncirostris uncirostris, Microphis(Oostethus)brachyurus brachyurus, Plectorhinchus cinctus, Kuhlia marginata, Rhinogobius sp. BF, Rhinogobiussp. OM were newly added to the fish fauna of the Ano River. Six alien species were collected and seven species of threatened fishes in red list of Ministry of Environment Japan or in red databook of Mie Prefecture, such as Cottus reinii were collected. Two of these alien species, Micropterus salmoides and Lepomis macrochirus macrochirus were designated “Invasive Alien Species” by Invasive Alien Species Act (Law of Japan). Other four species, Acheilognathus rhombeus, Opsariichthys uncirostris uncirostris, Rhinogobius sp. OM, and Tachysurus nudiceps were domestic alien speceies and the former three species were evidently introduced from Lake Biwa basin. It seemed that a dam(1.8m in hight) which constructed in the middle leach of the river disturb diadromous migration. Control of alien species and improvement of the fish way on the dam are necessary to conserve fish biodiversity in the Ano River.

A special geminate like ff in maffa "pillow", which does not exist in the Standard Japanese (SJ), is found in the Antoh dialect in Fukui Prefecture. This paper deals with the synchronic and diachronic phenomena concerning the ff geminate in addition to bb and ss. This paper has the following purposes: (1) to illustrate the correspondence of geminates between the Antoh dialect and SJ, (2) to investigate the historical development of the geminates in the Antoh dialect, (3) to point out that the manifestation of the geminates in the Antoh dialect is similar to that of the Miyakojima dialect in the Ryukyuan language, and (4) to propose that the explanation for the process of the geminate in this dialect gives a suggestive source to the discussion on the processes of sound changes in the Ryukyuan language.

本研究は、石川県白峰方言の共時的な記述を行うことを主たる目的とし、方言語彙の資料の整備を行うことを目指した。また、白峰方言は、日本語史の観点から見ても重要な方言であるため、中央語との関わりに注目しながら、次の調査研究を行った。1.形容詞語幹の長母音の記述と変化の研究白峰方言の形容詞は、ターキャ(高い)、サービ(寒い)など語幹に長母音をもっている。これらの形容詞活用の形態とアクセントを記述した。また、この現象は、新潟県北部・中部、長野県秋山郷、島根県隠岐地方、大分県国東半島付近、高知市、和歌山県西南部にみられる。これらのうち、大部分がすでに先年度、新田によって調査が行われたが、まだ未調査の和歌山県田辺市において調査を行い、これらの現象を確認し、その記述を行った。これまでの調査を含めて導かれる結論は次のとおりである。(a)これらの長母音は、「独立語基>ウ音便の融合母音をもつ語基>その他の語基」の順に多く現れ、出現に包含関係が見られる。(b)これらの長母音は短母音より歴史的に古く、語内部の後続の融合母音が出現する環境で保たれる傾向にあった。(c)長母音のかわりに、促音・撥音が現れる方言があるが、これらも長母音から発生したものである。2.民話・自然談話などの録音資料のテキスト研究当方言で語られる民話の採取を行い、テキストを作成した。また、『NHK全国方言資料』の白峰の部分の改訂と注釈を行った。3.基礎語彙調査当方言の基礎語彙の調査を行った。「天候・気象」、「動物」の分野について形態・意味・用法について記述を行った。4.アクセント資料の作成当方言の動詞、形容詞について、アクセント資料を作成した。

心不全は, 心臓のポンプ機能の低下に基づく水分の体内貯留が本態である. 最近, 一般人においては, 心収縮能低下を伴わない拡張障害によって惹起される心不全が約40%を占めることが報告されている. この病態は, hear failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) などの名称でよばれている. 背景因子としては, 高血圧, 糖尿病および肥満が重要であり, 高齢者や女性に多いのが特徴である. 透析患者は体液過剰を伴うため, HFpEFを合併しやすいと考えられるが, その頻度に関しては不明なことが多い. 拡張能の評価は, 心エコーや組織ドップラーにより行われる. 治療としては, 適切なdry weightの設定, 血圧の適正化, 心房細動のコントロール, 虚血性心疾患の治療などが施行されている.

抄録 本研究は,家族介護者にみられる高齢者施設入所時と入所2か月後における生活状況と精神的健康度の変化を明らかにすることを目的に,介護老人保健施設10か所の入所者21人の家族介護者20人を対象に入所時と入所2か月後に面接調査した.その結果,入所時の介護負担感尺度得点は認知症あり,入所期間の設定なし,および家族の協力不十分で高く,精神健康度得点は,入所目的が介護負担の軽減で高かった.入所時と入所2か月後の比較では,家族介護者の自分のための時間が2.8±2.0から5.6±4.9時間(p<0.05),睡眠時間が6.1±1.5から6.7±1.1時間(p<0.01)に増加し,精神健康度は6.0±3.5から2.1±2.4点(p<0.001)と有意な減少がみられた.本結果から,入所時の家族介護者の生活状況と精神健康状態は不良である場合が多く,入所後に改善する過程を理解して支援する必要性が示唆された.

症例は57歳,女性.2011年3月に左乳癌に対して,胸筋温存乳房切除術(Bt + Ax + Ic)を施行した(pT2N3aM0 stage IIIC).術後補助療法として,2011年4月よりエピルビシン+シクロフォスファミド(EC)療法を4クール,同年7月よりパクリタキセル(PTX)療法を4クール施行した.2012年1月に腫瘍マーカーの上昇と多発肝転移を認め,再発1次治療としてEC療法を6クール施行した.投与中,腫瘍マーカーは低下傾向にあり,肝転移巣も縮小傾向にあった.再発一次治療終了直後より食思不振が出現し,近医に入院した.その後,急速にperformance status(PS)が低下し,頭部造影CTを施行したが異常所見は認められなかった.原因検索のため当院に転院となり,第20病日に髄液穿刺および頭部造影MRIにて髄膜播種の診断がついたが,第22病日に永眠された.急速に進行した乳癌髄膜播種症の症例を経験したので,文献考察を追加し,報告する.
